Abstract

Abstrak: Riset ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan pengembangan model pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Perwanida Blitar. Tipe riset ini kualitatif deskriptif. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis informasi dicoba dengan mereduksi, menguraikan serta merumuskan. Keabsahan informasi diuji dengan kredibilitas, triangulasi informasi serta member check. Hasil riset menunjukkan perencanaan model pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna ditentukan oleh  kemampuan pedagogi guru dan dukungan sumber daya manusia; 1) kemampuan pedagogis terdiri dari; a) pembuatan silabus, b) menentukan tujuan intrusksional umum dan tujuan intruksional khusus, c) pengintegrasian kurikulum, d) menentukan penilaian, e) menentukan waktu pelaksanaan, f) menentukan sumber belajar, g) menentukan media yang digunakan 2) Dukungan sumber daya manusia dengan memberikan a) pelatihan, b) workshop dan c) seminar. Sedangkan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna dengan menekankan pada  a) kedisiplinan, b) menjaga kebersihan kelas, c) menumbuhkan motivasi individu guru dan peserta didik, d) menciptakan komunikasi efektif, e) menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi, f) menggunakan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi, dan g) pembelajan kolaboratif. Sedangkan evaluasi atau penilaian untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran efektif dan bermakna terdiri penilaian pengetahuan menggunakan teknik test, penilaian sikap dengan teknik non test dan penilaian keterampilan dengan teknik performa. Penilaian pengetahuan dikemas  dalam computer basic test  dengan memperhatikan instrumen penilaian yang meliputi Lower Order Thinking Skills , Midle Order Thinking Skills dan Higher Order Thinking Skills. Penilaian sikap  dengan menggunakan instrument rubrik. Sedangkan penilaian keterampilan menggunakan instrumen kriteria.DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE AND MEANINGFUL LEARNING MODELS IN MI PERWANIDA BLITARAbstract: This research intends to explain the development of an effective and meaningful learning model in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Perwanida Blitar. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Information is collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The analysis of information is attempted by reducing, describing and formulating. The validity of the information is tested by credibility, information triangulation and member check. The research results show that planning an effective and meaningful learning model is determined by the pedagogical ability of teachers and human resource support; 1) pedagogical ability consists of; a) making a syllabus, b) determining general intrusional goals and specific instructional goals, c) integrating the curriculum, d) determining the assessment, e) determining the implementation time, f) determining learning resources, g) determining the media used 2) Human resources support by providing a) training, b) workshops and c) seminars. While the implementation of the learning model is effective and meaningful by emphasizing a) discipline, b) maintaining classroom cleanliness, c) fostering individual motivation for teachers and students, d) creating effective communication, e) using a variety of learning media, f) using a learning model that varied, and g) collaborative learning. Meanwhile, evaluation or assessment to develop effective and meaningful learning consists of assessment of knowledge using test techniques, assessment of attitudes using non-test techniques and assessment of skills using performance techniques. Assessment of knowledge is packaged in a computer basic test with attention to assessment instruments which include Lower Order Thinking Skills, Midle Order Thinking Skills and Higher Order Thinking Skills. Attitude assessment using a rubric instrument. Meanwhile, the assessment of skills uses criteria instruments.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) problems are familiar at all educational institutions, such as the Islamic Basic Educational Institution. This study aims to reveal and introduce the concept of HRM in improving the quality of teachers at the SDI (Islamic elementary education) Qurrota A'yun Tulungagung, Indonesia, to show the importance of HR in improving the quality of teachers in Islamic Primary Educational Institutions. Furthermore, this research involves ten informants, including a school principal, teachers, committees, parents, and community leaders. Subsequently, data were collected through in-person interviews (via telephone and online by WhatsApp messaging services), participant observation, and documentation. The results show the process of human resource management in improving the quality of teachers through planning, training, and evaluation. Firstly, the planning strategy is conducted through pre-service education or recruitment, while the training strategy is conducted by making on-the-job and off-the-job training programs. Lastly, Every week, semester, and year, the evaluation is completed, and rewards are given. In conclusion, the findings imply that human resource management has an important role in determining the quality of teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan prestasi belajar menggunakan strategi PAIKEM dengan model gallery walk pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam kelas V di MI Siti Mariam dengan MI Darut Taqwa Banjarmasin. Adapun hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Prestasi belajar SKI menggunakan strategi PAIKEM model gallery walk kelas V di MI Siti Mariam ialah 60,00 termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. 2) Prestasi belajar SKI menggunakan strategi PAIKEM model gallery walk kelas V di MI Darut Taqwa ialah 62,50 termasuk dalam kategori baik. 3) Prestasi belajar SKI menggunakan strategi PAIKEM model gallery walk kelas V di kelas V dari MI Darut Taqwa lebih besar dibandingkan prestasi belajar SKI menggunakan strategi PAIKEM model gallery walk kelas V dari MI Siti Mariam dengan selisih 2,50. Tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara prestasi belajar menggunakan strategi PAIKEM dengan model gallery walk pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam kelas V di MI Siti Mariam dan MI Darut Taqwa Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology impacts the world of education. So, educational institutions need leader figures who can adapt to the development of digital technology. This article aims to explain the leadership of madrasah principals in digital transformation at MIN Blitar City. The method used is descriptive qualitative, collecting data using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and data analysis using the Milles, Huberman, and Saldana’s model, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The main issues in digital transformation are: building awareness or understanding of technology, developing strategies and action plans for a suitable technology to be used in the digital transformation process, choosing the right human resources to succeed in technological change is followed by a change in technology-based work culture, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration with the digital community, and carrying out supervision as a form of controlling the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Teachers must provide stimulus to students to be able to achieve optimal learning outcomes. One of them is a stimulus in learning Calistung (reading, writing, and arithmetic) because this Calistung is a milestone for lifelong learning. During the pandemic, learning is carried out online and face-to-face, which is limited because it must be following strict health protocols. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the efforts made by teachers in improving the calistung skills of class IA students at MIN 2 Banjarmasin. The results obtained in this study are the teacher's efforts in improving students' Calistung skills, the teacher plans to learn well through making lesson plans; using learning models, strategies, and methods that enable students to actively participate in learning; holding games that support Calistung learning; provide motivation to increase students' enthusiasm for learning, and provide additional study hours for students who need more guidance in Calistung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the activeness of students' learning and creative thinking of students while face-to-face learning is limited to the transition period in thematic subjects of grade VI elementary school. The form of research used is qualitative. The subjects in this study were homeroom teachers and students of class VI Darul Hijrah, Kelumpang Hilir District, Kotabaru Regency, totaling 20 students, for the 2021/2022 school year. The respondents that the researchers succeeded in getting were as many as 20 populations. Data collection techniques used are question and answer and direct observation. The results of the study stated that 75% of student learning activities were in the good category, namely students were able to achieve the parameters of student learning activity. Meanwhile, students' creative thinking skills at the time of face-to-face learning were limited to 68% in the good category, and were able to achieve the parameters of creative thinking abilities ABSTRAK:

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between active learning and student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MIS Al-Ashriyah Banjarmasin. This study uses a correlation research type with a quantitative approach. Data collection using observation sheets, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Processing data using statistical analysis correlation test to determine the relationship between two variables and determine the correlation coefficient. Based on data processing with the help of SPSS version 26, a correlation coefficient of 0.588 was obtained with the number N = 37 at the 5% level of 0.325. The result showed that 0.588 > 0.325 or value of r-count more than r-table. It shows a correlation or relationship with the medium category between learning activity and student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject MIS Al-Ashriyah Banjarmasin. This research hopes to spur enthusiasm to increase active learning to achieve the best learning results.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to describe: 1) various Banjar’s traditional games implemented in schools 2) Benefits of Banjar’s traditional games, 3) Strategy to cultivate Banjar’s traditional games at school. This study used descriptive-qualitative method and the research is done in SDN Mekar 9 Banjarmasin. The subjects of this study were 5 people consisting of principal, teachers, staff and 2 students. The data collection techniques used are 1) Observation, 2) Interview, and 3) Documentation. The process of data analysis using Miles Huberman consisting of four stages in analyzing data, namely: 1) Data collection, 2) Data reduction, 3) Data exposure and 4) Conclusion. Banjar’s Traditional games are cultivated bacucuk bimbi, bahasisnan, ba-u-upauan, badaku, ampar ampar pisang, badamprak, jump rope and bakujur. Benefits of traditional games of the banjar, among others, can be classified on moral development of religion, social emotional, cognitive and physical motor. While the strategy to cultivate Banjar’s traditional games at school through 4 stages, namely. (1) structural approach, (2) formal approach, (3) mechanical approach, (4) organic approach.Keywords: Cultivating, Traditional Games Banjar, School Culture

Abstract

SD Negeri 1 Sidorejo Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat merupakan Sekolah Dasar yang warga sekolahnya terdiri dari berbagai agama dan suku. Maka untuk menjaga kerukunan dan dapat hidup rukun berdampingan perlu untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai moderasi Beragama di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di SD Negeri 1 Sidorejo Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dilakukan melalui kegiatan jum’at beramal, Apel Senin, internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada saat pembelajaran di kelas dan membiasakan budaya 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan dan santun).  Nilai moderasi yang diinternalisasikan dalam kegiatan Jum’at beramal adalah nilai tasamuh, I’tidal dan Musawah. Nilai Musawah adalah nilai moderasi yang diinternalisasikan dalam budaya 5S. Nilai moderasi yang diinternalisasikan pada saat apel senin adalah nilai tasamuh, i’tidal, musawah dan syura (musyawarah). Nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang diinternalisasikan pada saat pembelajaran PAI di kelas adalah nilai tawazun (berkeseimbangan), tasamuh, I’tidal Musawah dan Syura (musyawarah).

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of gender-responsive school programs in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with research subjects including teachers and students. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews and documentation, with data validity strengthened through triangulation of techniques. Data analysis adopted an interactive model. The results showed that the implementation of the gender-responsive school program in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Al-Ashriyah Banjarmasin was carried out through three stages: habituation, intervention, and special activities. The implementation of the program in learning includes five aspects: classroom concepts that are in accordance with gender needs, gender-oriented lesson plans, learning resources that are accessible to men and women, learning media that are impartial to gender, and learning methods that provide equal opportunities for men and women. Gender-responsive school infrastructure includes lactation rooms for nursing mothers, equal distribution of bathrooms between men and women, and school health units that pay attention to the health needs of men and women. Supporting activities for gender-responsive school programs include routine activities such as women's studies and incidental activities such as gender-responsive school poster competitions, Dimas Diajeng, and student band competitions. Supporting factors from within the school include gender-responsive school management and gender-oriented learning, while factors from outside the school are support from the community and student guardians. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the implementation of gender-responsive school programs and the factors that support them, with the potential to improve gender equality in the educational environment. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami implementasi program sekolah responsif gender di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan keabsahan data diperkuat melalui triangulasi teknik. Analisis data mengadopsi model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program sekolah responsif gender di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Al-Ashriyah Banjarmasin dilakukan melalui tiga tahap: pembiasaan, intervensi, dan kegiatan khusus. Implementasi program tersebut dalam pembelajaran mencakup lima aspek: konsep ruang kelas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gender, RPP berwawasan gender, sumber belajar yang dapat diakses oleh laki-laki dan perempuan, media pembelajaran yang tidak memihak gender, dan metode pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi laki-laki dan perempuan. Sarana prasarana sekolah yang responsif gender mencakup ruang laktasi untuk ibu menyusui, pembagian kamar mandi yang seimbang antara laki-laki dan perempuan, dan unit kesehatan sekolah yang memperhatikan kebutuhan kesehatan laki-laki dan perempuan. Kegiatan penunjang program sekolah responsif gender meliputi kegiatan rutin seperti kajian keputrian dan kegiatan insidental seperti lomba poster sekolah responsif gender, Dimas Diajeng, dan lomba band peserta didik. Faktor pendukung dari dalam sekolah meliputi manajemen sekolah yang responsif gender dan pembelajaran berwawasan gender, sementara faktor dari luar sekolah adalah dukungan dari masyarakat dan wali murid. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang implementasi program sekolah responsif gender dan faktor-faktor yang mendukungnya, dengan potensi untuk meningkatkan kesetaraan gender di lingkungan pendidikan.
