Abstract

Kendala teknis yang dihadapi petani kacang hijau salah satunya yaitu serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman (OPT) baik berupa hama, penyakit, maupun gulma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi, sasaran, cara pengambilan keputusan, saluran komunikasi, dan penyuluh pertanian pada pada penerapan pengendalian penyakit mosaik kuning kacang hijau pada petani kacang hijau. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai 10 Juni 2022 sampai 1 Agustus 2023 di Desa Bendungan, Kecamatan Kuwarasan, Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang yang berasal dari Kelompok Tani Mekar Jaya I dan Mekar Jaya I. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan pengendalian penyakit mosaik kuning kacang hijau pada aspek inovasi memiliki kategori sedang dengan persentase 64,07%, aspek sasaran memiliki kategori sedang dengan persentase 62,70%, aspek cara pengambilan keputusan memiliki kategori sedang dengan persentase 67,78%, aspek saluran komunikasi memiliki kategori sedang dengan persentase 66,67%, dan aspek penyuluh pertanian memiliki kategori tinggi dengan persentase 85,93%. Pemberdayaan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan perilaku petani dalam mengambil keputusan pengendalian penyakit mozaik kacang hijau. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap petani dalam mengendalikam penyakit mozaik kuning sebesar 39,45 dan 36,33 %.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT XYZ in Batam City. The results indicate that work conflict does not significantly affect employee performance, as evidenced by a correlation coefficient of only 0.001. The t-test results show that H0 cannot be rejected with a t-value of -0.005 < t-table value of 2.042. On the other hand, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.459, indicating a 21.06% impact of work stress on performance. However, when considered together, conflict and work stress have a significant combined effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.647, accounting for 41.86% of the influence on performance. The remaining 58.14% is affected by factors not included in this study

Abstract

Corruption, Asset Misuse and Financial Statement Fraud are three types of fraud that often occur in financial and business contexts. The forerunner of opportunities to commit fraud is one of the reasons for the weakness of Internal Audit in a company. This study aims to find out how the perception of government bank employees in Batam City about the Internal Audit is carried out. The qualitative descriptive research method is by collecting data in the form of a questionnaire using indicators presented by The Institute of Internal Auditors. The collected data is then processed and interpreted and conclusions are drawn using the level of perception, namely: Negative if the average percentage of total component items ≤ 40%, and Positive if the average percentage of total component items > 40%. The results of the study showed: (1) The perception of Government bank employees (BUMN) for the indicators of Manage Internal Audit Activities, The Nature Of Work, Assignment Planning, Implementation Of Assignments, Communication Of Assignment Results, Monitoring Progress, Communication On Risk Acceptance showed positive results because the percentage of respondents who answered Agree and Strongly Agree > 40%.; (2) There is a perception of Government bank employees who show Negative by answering Disagree, namely for The Nature Of The Work indicator, statement item number 4, which is 1.3% and for statement indicator number 9 as much as 1.3% as well. However, this result is < 40% so it can be said that it is not significant indicating a negative result.

Abstract

This study set out to determine if hedonic values and utilitarian values both had an effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) To examine the relationship between hedonic and utilitarian values and consumer happiness. 4) To determine how utilitarian and hedonistic values affect consumer satisfaction. The quantitative descriptive techniques used in this investigation. the procedure of collecting data via a questionnaire. The population of the research consisted of clients of PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in Batam. The Slovin formula sampling method was used to choose up to 423 respondents. The research's conclusions are as follows: With a significance threshold of less than 0.05, the t test variable utilitarian value (X1) on customer happiness (Y) provided a value of 5.905 that was higher than the t table (5.905 > 1.9719). (0 . 000 0.05). The value of t arithmetic, which is more than t table (136.479 > 1.9719), is 136.479 in the hedonic variable value (X2) to Repurchase Intention with a significance of less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05). (Y). the multiple linear regression formula, Y = (-1.351) + 0.413 (X1) + 0.674 (X2) + e The study's findings suggest that hedonic and utilitarian value determinants have an impact on PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) consumers in Batam.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), competence, and motivation on the performance of employees in property companies in Batam City. It also seeks to measure the extent of the influence of these variables through regression analysis, as well as the outcomes of t-tests and f-tests. The study originated from a survey that highlighted various complaints regarding OCB, competence, and motivation within these companies, prompting the researchers to investigate the issue further. The methodology involved conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to 10 property companies in Batam City, deemed representative for the study. A total of 125 respondents were sampled, and several tests were conducted, including validity, reliability, regression, normality, t-test, and f-test. The validity test results indicated that all variables and statements were valid, while the reliability test confirmed the reliability of all statements. The analysis concluded that OCB, competence, and motivation significantly affect employee performance. Both the t-test and f-test results also demonstrated a significant impact on employee performance. The R-squared test results revealed that 81% of the variance in employee performance could be explained by the independent variables.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh dari beban kerja, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Top Baker Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari bagian operator pada PT Top Baker Indonesia dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 125 responden. Sampel yang terdapat penelitian ini ditentukan dengan penarikan berdasarkan pada sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data dan perangkat lunak SPSS digunakan untuk menguji kualitas data, menguji asumsi klasik, menguji pengaruh, dan menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 17,7% terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 30,0% terhadap produktivitas kerja, sedangkan motivasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 19,9% terhadap produktivitas kerja. Analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, pelatihan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama dapat menjelaskan 71,9% kepada produktivitas kerja pada PT Top Baker Indonesia. Hasil dari dari temuan penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan simultan, beban kerja, pelatihan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Top Baker Indonesia.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to scrutinize the influence of Human Resource Empowerment, Work Commitment, and Organizational Culture on employee performance at PT Ihsanindo Sukses Makmur in Batam. Employing multilinear regression analysis with SPSS 27, the study aims to furnish comprehensive insights into both the individual and collective impacts of these factors. Employing a quantitative approach, the research includes a population of 288 employees, and a sample of 167 respondents chosen through the Slovin formula and random sampling. The aim is to yield statistically significant findings, supported by key metrics such as regression coefficients, t-test results, and an F-test value. The overarching goal is to contribute to a profound understanding of the intricate dynamics shaping colleague performance within the organizational context. The subsequent findings uncover substantial and independent impacts of Human Resource Empowerment, Work Commitment, and Organizational Culture on employee performance. These variables collectively exert a robust and statistically significant influence on performance, highlighted by a calculated regression coefficient of 7.107 and an F-test value of 149.301, surpassing the tabulated threshold. The acceptance of study hypotheses underscores a substantial and positive relationship between these factors and employee performance at PT Ihsanindo Sukses Makmur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, lokasi, dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan pembelian produk jasa di Lina Laundry. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Lina Laundry yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui karena banyaknya pelanggan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, dengan 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, termasuk uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh 26,8% terhadap keputusan pembelian, lokasi berpengaruh 18,3%, dan fasilitas berpengaruh 32,3%. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R²), ditemukan bahwa promosi, lokasi, dan fasilitas secara bersama-sama menjelaskan 56% variasi keputusan pembelian. Uji t dan uji F juga menunjukkan bahwa promosi, lokasi, dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk jasa di Lina Laundry.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Jumlah Kunjungan Wisatawan, Jumlah Objek Wisata, dan tingkat hunian hotel terhadap pendapatan asli daerah sektor pariwisata Di Kota Batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif sebab data penelitian berupa angka dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik. Dalam teknik analisis Non- Probability, yaitu purposive sampling. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menentukan ciri-ciri khusus yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat dan wisatawan di Kota Batam. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan ialah program SPSS versi 25. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis pengaruh menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa variabel jumlah kunjungan wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah sektor pariwisata di Kota Batam, jumlah objek wisata berpengaruh positif dan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah sektor pariwisata di Kota Batam, tingkat hunian hotel, berdasarkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, jumlah objek wisata dan tingkat hunian hotel mempunyai pengaruh positif dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah sektor pariwisata di Kota Batam.
