Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak globalisasi terhadap demokrasi di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks stabilitas dan kualitas demokrasi. Globalisasi, selain membawa kemajuan ekonomi dan integrasi global, juga menimbulkan tantangan serius bagi demokrasi di negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Salah satu dampak negatifnya adalah dominasi korporasi besar dalam politik yang dapat melemahkan peran masyarakat dalam proses demokrasi. Selain itu, krisis kepercayaan terhadap lembaga-lembaga demokrasi muncul ketika pemerintah dianggap kurang tanggap terhadap kesenjangan ekonomi yang diperburuk oleh globalisasi. Di era digital, penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran internet dalam memperluas partisipasi politik masyarakat sekaligus menekankan pentingnya literasi digital untuk mencegah manipulasi informasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan upaya untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi pemerintah, serta memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat sipil untuk memperkuat landasan demokrasi di tengah tantangan globalisasi.

Abstract

Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada Pemerintahan Kota Batam saat ini sedang giat-giatnya berusaha mengembangkan potensi usaha dengan menggandeng para UMKM. Pelaku usaha UMKM khususnya di daerag Batu Aji Kota Batam saat ini masih ada yang menggunakan manajemen dan administrasi pembukuan secara manual/tradisional dan masih banyak ditemukan kesalahan-kesalahan dalam pembukuan sehingga sulit untuk dewan pengawas menjalankan fungsi pengawasanya. Sehingga tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pembinaan dan penyuluhan secara komprehensip kepada UMKM yang ada di Kota Batam agar dapat menghasilkan UMKM yang mampu bersaing baik disisi kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, maupun dalam kualitas pelayanan. Dalam melaksanakan program pengabdian ini pengabdi menggunakan metode adalah melakukan pembinaan dengan penyuluhan dan sekaligus melakukan pelatihan tentang manajemen kewirausahaan, manajemen keuangan serta manajemen pemasaran kepada UMKM yang berada di wilayah Batu Aji Kota Batam. Dengan dilakukannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, hasil yang didapat adalah para UMKM telah mampu me-manage usahanya (manajemen kewirausahaan), dan mengetahui tata kelola keuangan (manajemen keuangan) dengan menggunakan aplikasi menjadi zero kesalahan, dan para peserta UMKM dapat menerapkan ilmu pelatihan yang sudah didapatkan dalam manajemen pemasaran (administrasi) dalam mengembangkan produk (omset) yang berkualitas dan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien. Abstract The Office of Cooperatives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the Batam City Government is currently actively trying to develop business potential by cooperating with MSMEs. MSME business actors, especially in the Batu Aji area, Batam City, currently still use manual/traditional bookkeeping management and administration and there are still many errors in bookkeeping that make it difficult for the supervisory board to carry out its supervisory function. So that the purpose of this community service is to provide comprehensive coaching and counseling to MSMEs in Batam City so that they can produce MSMEs that are able to compete both in terms of the quality of the products produced, as well as in the quality of service. In carrying out this service program, the servant uses the method of conducting guidance with counseling and at the same time conducting training on entrepreneurship management, financial management and marketing management for MSMEs in the Batu Aji area of ​​Batam City. By doing this community service, the results obtained are that MSMEs have been able to manage their business (entrepreneurship management), and know financial governance (financial management) by using the application to become zero errors, and MSME participants can apply the training knowledge they have learned. obtained in marketing management (administration) in developing quality products (turnover) and effective and efficient services..

Abstract

UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 Pasal 3 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional  bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan masyarakat yang didasarkan pada budi pekerti dan kepribadian warga negara Indonesia. Dengan adanya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ditentukan oleh Kementerian Indonesia akan membantu meningkatkan karakter siswa. Permendikbud Nomor 62 Tahun 2014 kegiatan ekstrakurikuler adalah kegiatan  yang diikuti siswa di luar jam pelajaran dengan diawasi dan dibimbing sekolah. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan secara optimal potensi, bakat, minat, keterampilan, individualitas, kerjasama dan kemandirian siswa dalam rangka mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Melalui penelitian tinjauan pustaka diketahui bahwa pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan nilai, pendidikan moral, pendidikan budi pekerti dan pendidikan watak  yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan siswa sekolah. Pengembangan karakter siswa di sekolah berlangsung melalui kegiatan  sekolah dan peran guru serta orang tua dalam membimbing aktivitas anak di sekolah dan di masyarakat. Pendidikan tidak hanya harus membuat anak menjadi cerdas, namun juga harus  menciptakan nilai-nilai luhur dan karakter bangsa. Penanaman nilai-nilai luhur dan budi pekerti harus dimulai sejak dini agar kelak dapat menjadi anak kebanggaan negara. Permasalahan kemerosotan moral dan karakter anak di sekolah membutuhkan inovasi dalam pendidikan karakter untuk meringankan berbagai krisis moral. Indikator kinerja melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang rutin memungkinkan anak mewujudkan nilai-nilai perilaku yang positif atau baik. Di sisi lain, peran guru dapat dipenuhi melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dan keteladanan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, maka kegiatan sehari-hari memerlukan pengawasan dan kerjasama yang baik antara  sekolah, komite sekolah, dan orang tua untuk memantau setiap aktivitas anak di sekolah dan di masyarakat melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in PT Harapan Jaya Sentosa is quite high, the reason there are still many employees who do not obey the rules of safety such as not using personal protective equipment, wear occupational health safety equipment is not appropriate, not obedient to the work procedures, and do the work that does not comply with its employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of occupational health safety and work discipline on the employee's performance at PT Harapan Jaya Sentosa. This research uses quantitative methods. and use simple random sampling technique. The formula used to determine the sample count is to use the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. The study used multiple linear regression analysis methods, with a sample count of 102 respondents. The measurement and scale measurement methods in this study use the Likert scale. Data collection using questionnaires, with the help of SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study showed that partial occupational health safety has a significant impact on employee performance, indicated by T Count of 6.917 > T table 1.984 sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Then the work discipline is significant to the performance of employees with the T count of 10.611 > T table 1.984 with the level of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Then occupational health safety and work discipline significantly affect employees ' performance simultaneously demonstrated by the value of F count 121,628 > 3.08 with significance rate of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

The rapid development of housing in the city of Batam make to community more and more choose to choose the criteria of occupancy in want. This makes the competition among developers increasingly tight, in because of increasingly fierce competition companies to complete to attract consumers to choose their products. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and service quality to purchase decisions. The sample used was 100 respondents with incindental sampling method. Data processing using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis processed with the help of SPSS program 21. The results showed all the data valid and reliable. From t test result known that t count for variable price (X1), product quality (X2) and service quality (X3) > t table 1,983 with significance < 0,05. So the first hypothesis, the second hypothesis, and the third hypothesis are accepted. The f shows F arithmetic > 2,70 and significance < 0,05 this the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze compensation and motivation on performance of employees at PT Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam as well as searching for variables which influence. The results of the analysis using SPSS Version 20 showed that compensation and motivation of a positive effect on performance of employees. The test results with the Test t note that variable compensation is the variable that influence positively and significantly to the performance of the employees at PT Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam. From the explanation above, the authors suggest that the compensation given to employees should be appropriate and just in time so that the beliefs of the employees against the company is getting bigger, quietness and concentration will work better, so employees will feel more satisfied in their work as well as it can improve the performance of employees. The motivation given to employees should be more thrust in again and give a positive referral referral to the employee, in which case the grant awards, attention, competition, participation, pride and punishment are treated equitably on the each of the employees. So there happen to social jealousy between employees and can improve the performance of employees. Satisfy the granting of compensation and motivation of the good will of course enhance the productivity and performance of employees increased.

Abstract

This research has objective to find out the effect of work environment and discipline against employees’ performance in PT Transcal Suntech International. The research was using quantitative method. The data was obtained based on 115 people’s answer that participated in questionnaries. The data that already collected will be analyzed by using SPSS version 25 helping tool. This research showed that the result for the coefficient of determination (R2) was giving value 0.750. It concluded that the work environment and discipline give 75,00% of effect to performance of employees at PT Transcal Suntech International and 25,00% remaining was influenced by different variable that unincluded as research variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of work discipline and incentive variables on employee performance at PT BPR Dana Central Mulia. The research method used is quantitative approach, data analysis using SPSS version 25 software program. Collection techniques the data was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 112 respondents. The results showed partially good as well as simultaneously variables of work discipline and incentives affect the performance of employees of PT BPR Dana Central Mulia. The implication of the results of this study is that to improve performance employees of PT BPR Dana Central Mulia can be done by increasing discipline and better incentives.

Abstract

Data obtained based on the answers of 199 questionnaire participants. The data that has been collecting will be analyze with the helps of SPSS version 25. The result showing that the coefficients of determination (R2) gave a value of 0.692. It is concluding that work stress and works environment has effects of 69.2% on the employee performances of PT. VARTA Microbattery and the remained 30.8% are influence by other variables which is not including as researches variables.
