Abstract

ABSTRACT Juvenile delinquency is a form of naughty or deviant behavior that commonly occurs in teenagers. Bullying is a form of naughty behavior that often occurs among children and teenagers, where someone uses power repeatedly against individual and they consider weak or helpless, both physically and verbally. The impact of bullying not only affects the physical body but also mental and psychological health. To determine the relationship between bullying behavior and social interaction skills and self-confidence. This research is quantitative using a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this research is the Probability Sampling Technique with the application of the stratified random sampling model. The population in this study was grade 8, the sample in this study was 133 respondents, data collection in this study was through a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire on bullying behavior, social interaction and self-confidence. The data analysis used in this research is univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of bullying behavior that occurred among students at SMP Negeri 26 Bandar Lampung were obtained, namely at a moderate level of bullying with a total of 81 (60.9%), social interaction abilities at a medium level of 61 (45.9%), and Self-Confidence at a low level of 73 (54.9%). The Chi-Square Test results obtained a p value of 0.000 (<0.05). There is a relationship between bullying behavior and social interaction abilities with a p value of 0.000 (<0.05) and between bullying behavior and self-confidence with a p value of 0.000 (<0.05) for students at SMP Negeri 26 Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Teenagers, Bullying, Social Interaction, Self-Confidence.  ABSTRAK Kenakalan remaja merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku nakal atau penyimpangan yang umum terjadi pada remaja. Bullying adalah bentuk perilaku nakal yang sering terjadi di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja, di mana seseorang menggunakan kekuasaan secara berulang-ulang terhadap individu yang dianggapnya lemah atau tidak berdaya, baik secara fisik maupun verbal. Dampak dari bullying tidak hanya berdampak pada tubuh fisik tetapi juga kesehatan mental dan psikologis. Untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku bullying terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial dan kepercayaan diri. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik Probability Sampling dengan penerapan model stratified random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas 8, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 133 responden, pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuisioner perilaku bullying, interaksi sosial dan kepercayaan diri. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah Analisa univariat dan Bivariat. Berdasarkan data Frekuensi didapatkan hasil perilaku bulliying yang terjadi pada Siswa/Siswi di SMP Negeri 26 Bandar Lampung, yaitu pada tingkat bully sedang dengan total sebanyak 81 (60,9%), kemampuan interaksi sosial pada tingkat sedang 61 (45,9%), dan Kepercayaan Diri pada tingkat rendah sebanyak 73 (54.9%). Hasil Uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 (<0,05), yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara perilaku bulliying dengan kemampuan interaksi sosial dan kepercayaan diri. Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku bullying dengan kemampuan interaksi sosial dengan nilai p value 0.000 (<0.05) dan terdapat hubungan antara perilaku bullying dengan kepercayaan diri dengan nilai p value 0.000 (<0.05) Pada Siswa/Siswi Di SMP Negeri 26 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Kenakalan Remaja, Bullying, Interaksi Sosial, Kepercayaan Diri.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kesehatan jiwa merupakan keadaan sehat baik secara fisik, mental, spiritual maupun sosial sehingga individu tersebut menyadari kemampuan sendiri, dapat mengatasi tekanan, dapat bekerja secara produktif dan mampu memberikan kontribusi untuk lingkungannya (UU No. 18 Tahun 2014). Sedangkan menurut Stuart & Laraia (2010) menyatakan kesehatan jiwa merupakan bagian integral dari kesehatan yang meliputi keadaan sejahtera, seimbang, merasa puas, pencapain diri dan optimis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut. Tujuan: Responden dapat mengetahui dan memahami tentang kesehatan jiwa pada remaja. Metode: Pelaksanaan metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, yaitu pertama mahasiswa profesi ners menjelaskan tentang kesehatan jiwa pada remaja dan ke dua setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan jiwa pada remaja, responden diberikan Tanya jawab tentang kesehatan jiwa pada remaja. Hasil: Responden memahami tentang kesehatan jiwa pada remaja Simpulan: responden dapat menerapakan hidup sehat jiwa  pada diri sendiri

Abstract

Background: Covid-19 cases increase, the government has also made various efforts by working, studying, and worshiping from home as an effort to stop the spread of the corona virus. Elementary school is the main target in implementing healthy living. Schools have an important role in educating students about health and hygiene behaviors. In addition, during the covid-19 pandemic, washing hands with soap at school, wearing masks is very important to prevent the transmission of covid-19. In addition, children spend a very long time (about 7 hours a day) at school and many objects in school become disease transmission because they are used together. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge about preventing the transmission of covid-19 such as the use of masks, cough/sneeze etiquette and hand washing with soap. Methods: The method used in this activity is a lecture method and a simulation of health protocols in the form of washing hands, how to use and remove masks correctly and demonstrate good coughing and sneezing etiquette. Results: The results of the pre and post tests showed that 27 students could answer 6 (22 percent), how to prevent covid-19 3 (11 percent), how to use and remove masks 9 (33 percent), how to cough etiquette. and sneezing 3 (11 percent), how to wash hands with soap properly and correctly 4 (15 percent) while for the post test given to students after being given education, students who can answer as many questions as how to prevent covid-19 are 15 (56 percent), how to prevent covid-19 14 (52 percent), how to use and remove masks 27 (100 percent), how to cough and sneeze etiquette 27 (100 percent), how to wash hands with soap properly and correctly 25 (93 percent). Conclusion: It can be said that there was an increase in students knowledge regarding COVID-19, the use of masks, coughing/sneezing etiquette and washing hands with soap.   Pendahuluan: Sejalan dengan semakin meningkatnya kasus covid-19 maka pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya dengan memberlakukan bekerja, belajar, dan beribadah dari rumah sebagai upaya memutus penyebaran virus corona. Sekolah dasar adalah sasaran utama dalam implementasi hidup sehat. Sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik siswa mengenai perilaku kesehatan dan kebersihan. Selain itu selama masa pandemi covid-19, cuci tangan pakai sabun di sekolah, penggunaan masker menjadi sangat penting dilakukan guna mencegah penularan covid-19. Selain itu, anak-anak menghabiskan waktu yang sangat panjang (sekitar 7 jam sehari) di sekolah dan banyak benda-benda di sekolah yang menjadi penularan penyakit dikarenakan dipakai bersama-sama. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan berkaitan pencegahan penularan covid-19 seperti penggunaan masker, etika batuk/bersin dan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS). Metode: Pada kegiatan ini di gunakan metode ceramah dan simulasi protokol kesehatan berupa cara cuci tangan, cara menggunakan serta melepas masker yang benar dan memperagakan etika batuk dan bersin yang baik. Hasil : Dari pre test menunjukan dari 27 siswa siswi dapat menjawab pertanyaan cara penularan covid-19 sebanyak 6 (22 persen), cara pencegahan covid-19 3 (11 persen), cara menggunakan dan melepas masker 9 (33 persen), cara etika batuk dan bersin 3 (11 persen), cara cuci tangan pakai sabun yang baik dan benar 4 (15 persen). Sedangkan untuk post test yang diberikan kepada siswa siswi setelah diberikan edukasi, siswa siswi yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan cara penularan covid-19 sebanyak 15 (56 persen), cara pencegahan covid-19 14 (52 persen), cara menggunakan dan melepas masker 27 (100 persen), cara etika batuk dan bersin 27 (100 persen), cara cuci tangan pakai sabun yang baik dan benar 25 (93 persen). Simpulan : Dari kegiatan ini dapat di ketahui  bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa-siswi berkaitan tentang covid-19,  penggunaan masker, etika batuk/ bersin dan cuci tangan pakai sabun.

Abstract

Background: PHBS is all health behaviors that are carried out on the awareness of an individual so that families and family members can help themselves in the health sector, and play an active role in the community in daily activities. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is one way to share experiences regarding pattern or behavior of healthy living in the wider community, groups or individuals by providing information or conducting counseling to the community, this is done as one of the information or knowledge. There is some knowledge that can be shared such as educational materials, it can increase knowledge and insight so that people can understand responsiveness and care more about clean and healthy lifestyle behaviors. Purpose: Respondents can know and understand about disposing of waste in its place. Method: The implementation of the method used in this counseling is carried out in 2 stages, namely the first to explain about disposing of waste in its place and secondly after the counseling is to dispose of waste in its place using leaflets, respondents are given questions and answers about disposing of waste in its place. Result: Respondents understand about disposing of garbage in its place. Conclusion: There is a significant influence between counseling on Clean and Healthy Behaviour on the cleanliness of students in disposing of garbage in its place to school children at Public Elementary School 1 Panjang Utara Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Application of PHBS; Counseling; Throw Garbage in its Place Pendahuluan: PHBS ialah segala perilaku kesehatan yang dilakukan atas kesadaran seorang individu hingga keluarga dan anggota keluarganya dapat membantu diri sendiri dalam bidang kesehatan, dan berperan aktif terhadap masyarakat dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat merupakan salah satu cara untuk menyalurkan pengalaman mengenai pola atau perilaku hidup sehat dalam masyarakat luas kelompok ataupun individu dengan cara memberikan informasi atau melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat, hal ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu informasi atau pengetahuan. Ada beberapa pengetahuan yang dapat dibagikan seperti materi edukasi, hal tersebut dapat menambah pengetahuan serta wawasan sehingga masyarakat dapat memahami tanggap serta lebih perduli terhadap  perilaku cara hidup yang bersih dan sehat. Tujuan: Responden dapat mengetahui dan memahami tentang membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Metode: Pelaksanaan metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, yaitu pertama menjelaskan tentang membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan kedua setelah dilakukan penyuluhan membuang sampah pada tempatnya menggunakan leaflet, responden diberikan tanya jawab tentang membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Hasil: Responden memahami tentang membuang sampah pada tempatnya Simpulan: Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara penyuluhan Penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat terhadap kebersihan siwa/siswi dalam membuang sampah pada tempatnya pada anak sekolah di SDN1 Panjang Utara, Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

 Pendahuluan: Semua orang akan mengalami proses menua dan masa tua merupakan masa hidup manusia yang terakhir. Salah satu gangguan yang dapat muncul pada usia lanjut adalah gangguan mental dan yang paling sering muncul adalah kecemasan. Kesepian merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecemasan pada lansia.Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap upaya pencegahan pada lansia terhadap kesendirian.Metode: Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal30 Oktober 2023 meliputi wawancara, sesi tanya-jawab serta presentasi yang diampaikan pemateri menggunakan leaflet dan komputer kepada 21 orang Lansia.Hasil: Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah lansia sangat memahami dan antusias terhadap materi yang disampaikan.Simpulan: Masyarakat khususnya lansia diharapkan dapat segera mengatasi masalah kecemasan yang terjadi pada dirinya sendiri.Kata Kunci: Lansia, Kecemasan, Kesendirian, Penyuluhan Kesehatan

Abstract

Anxiety in adolescents in Indonesia is an increasingly pressing mental health problem. According to the National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS) conducted in 2022, around 15.5 million Indonesian adolescents aged 10 to 17 years experienced mental health problems in the past 12 months. Various factors, such as academic pressure, bullying, problems in family and peer relationships, and the influence of social media, often cause anxiety in adolescents. Five-finger hypnotherapy is a therapy that uses five fingers to help clients change their perception of their anxiety levels without the effects of dependency. Using five-finger hypnosis, combine the index finger and thumb to imagine a healthy body, the middle finger to imagine a loving and caring person, the ring finger to imagine achievements, awards, and praise that have been experienced, and the little finger to imagine the most beautiful place ever visited. The purpose of this activity is to increase adolescent knowledge and skills to overcome anxiety with five-finger hypnosis. The socialization method in the form of lectures and questions and answers is used in this activity with leaflets and flip charts. The results of the respondents' activities were very enthusiastic about the material presented and there were several respondents who asked questions. The conclusion of this educational activity was successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of adolescents in overcoming anxiety.

Abstract

Abstract   Background: The elderly are a group of human ages that are in the final stages of life. The elderly experience a process called aging. These changes generally lead to a decline in physical and mental health. One of the deterioration of the elderly that can affect the physical and psychological aspects of the elderly is the quality of sleep. Massage therapy helps cure various physical ailments. The right massage can address a variety of health issues. Massage not only cures physical ailments, but it also calms the mind, reduces stress, and makes you feel more comfortable. It can also trigger the release of endorphins, brain chemicals that create feelings of comfort and improve sleep quality. Purpose: To carry out nursing care on the influence of back massage therapy to overcome quality disorders in elderly patients. pretest-posttest design without a control group, and the design of this study is included in the pre-experimental study. The nature of nursing research in this study is a pseudo-experiment or quasi-experiment and aims to reveal the influence of adaptive manipulation on respondents. Results: Based on the results of the case study that has been carried out, the results were obtained that both respondents had good sleep quality with a score of 5 after being given a back massage. After applying a back massage for 3 days before going to bed with a duration of 10 minutes, Mrs. M had good sleep quality with a sleep quality score of 5 and Mrs. N had good sleep quality with a sleep quality score of 5. Conclusion: Nursing care carried out for 5 days on both Mrs. M and Mrs. N clients there were results of a decrease in scores before and after the treatment of orthogonal massage therapy for 3 days where both respondents had good quality with a score of < 5 after being given a back massage for 3 days before going to bed with a duration of 10 minutes

Abstract

Background: Elderly people have health problems, this problem starts with reduced body cells which weakens body function and endurance, and increases risk factors for disease. Several diseases that commonly occur in the elderly such as hypertension, hearing and vision problems, dementia, osteoporosis, etc. The incidence of hypertension is more numerous and often experienced by the elderly whose main cause is influenced by unhealthy eating patterns such as foods that contain lots of saturated fat, high in salt, lack of vegetables and fruit Purpose: The research aims to provide gerontic nursing care with hypertension in the application of the DASH (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension) diet in Kampung Baru Sidosari Natar, Lampung Selatan 2023 which includes assessment, formulation of diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation. Method: This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. With a nursing care case study approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. As well as this case study is Hypertension Gerontic Nursing Care in Application. Dash Diet therapy (dietary approach to stop hypertension). Results: Case studies are processed in tables and narratives. Based on the results of the nursing problem assessment, it is found that there is a deficit of knowledge associated with a lack of exposure to information about the DASH (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension) diet. Conclusion: The results showed that there were changes in blood pressure that arose as a result of implementing the DASH (Dietary Approach To Stop Hypertension) diet. better controlled and avoid complications that may occur. This can happen if you don't change your diet healthily. Keywords: Diet; Elderly; Hypertension; Pendahuluan: Lansia memiliki masalah kesehatan, masalah ini dimulai dengan berkurangnya se-sel tubuh yang melemahkan fungsi dan daya tahan tubuh, serta meningkatkan faktor risiko penyakit.beberapa penyakit yang umum terjadi pada lansia seperti hipertensi, gangguan pendengaran dan penglihatan, demensia, osteoporosis, dll. Kejadian hipertensi lebih banyak dan sering di alami oleh lansia yang penyebab utamanya di pengaruhi oleh pola makan yang tidak sehat seperti makanan yang mengandung banyak lemak jenuh, tinggi garam, kurang sayur dan buah. Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan gerontik dengan hipertensi dalam penerapan diet DASH (Dietary Approach to stop Hypertension) di desa kampung baru sidosari natar, lampung selatan 2023. yang meliputi pengkajian, perumusan diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. dengan pendekatan studi kasus asuhan keperawata yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Serta studi kasus ini adalah Asuhan Keperawatan Gerontik Hipertensi Dalam Penerapan. Terapi Dash Diet (Pendekatan Diet Untuk Menghentikan Hipertensi). Penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. The research used includes interviews, observations and physical examinations. Hasil: Studi kasus diolah secara tabel dan narasi. berdasarkan hasil pengkajian masalah keperawatan yang didapatkan adalah defisit pengetahuan berhubungan dengan kurangnya terpapar informasi mengenai diet DASH (Dietary Approach to stop Hypertension). Simpulan: Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan tekanan darah yang timbul karena penerapan pola makan diet DASH (Dietary Approach To Stop Hypertension), artinya penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi penderita hipertensi untuk menurunkan tekanan darah serta mengatur pola makan agar lebih terkontrol serta menghindari komplikasi yang mungkin saja dapat terjadi jika tidak merubah pola makan dengan sehat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bullying among adolescents is a serious issue that can impact their psychological development. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) indicates that around 30% of adolescents worldwide experience bullying, though not all exhibit low resilience. Furthermore, a pre-survey conducted through interviews and questionnaires at SMP N 13 revealed that 12 students were victims of bullying behavior. This study aims to investigate the relationship between high levels of bullying and high resilience among adolescents. To determine the relationship between bullying behavior and resilience among adolescents. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of all seventh-grade students at SMP N 13 Bandar Lampung, totaling 296 students, with a sample size of 170 respondents. Sampling was done using a random sampling technique, and data analysis was conducted using the chi-square statistical test. Based on the frequency distribution of bullying, 60.6% of respondents experienced very high levels of bullying, while 39.4% experienced very low levels of bullying. Regarding resilience, 45.9% of respondents had very high resilience, while 54.1% had very low resilience. The study found a p-value of 0.001 with an Odds Ratio of 2.981. This study reveals a significant relationship between bullying behavior and adolescent resilience (p-value 0.001, OR 2.981) at SMP N 13 Bandar Lampung in 2024. Therefore, it is recommended that schools enhance awareness and education by increasing awareness of the negative impacts of bullying through educational programs and anti-bullying campaigns. This can include workshops, seminars, and other activities involving students, teachers, and parents. Additionally, schools should develop effective prevention and intervention programs to address bullying cases. These programs should include training for school staff on how to recognize signs of bullying and how to handle it effectively. Keywords: Bullying, Resilience, Adolescents  ABSTRAK Bullying di kalangan remaja adalah masalah serius yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan psikologis mereka. Data dari World Health Organization (WHO) menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 30% remaja di seluruh dunia mengalami bullying, namun tidak semua dari mereka menunjukkan resiliensi yang rendah. Selain itu, didapat juga data pre survey melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner di SMP N 13 yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat 12 siswa/siswi korban perilaku bullying.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara tingkat bullying yang tinggi dan resiliensi yang tinggi pada remaja. Diketahui hubungan perilaku bullying terhadap resiliensi remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa/siswi kelas VII SMP N 13 Kota Bandar Lampung sebanyak 296 orang dengan jumlah sampel 170 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling serta analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Berdasarkan distribusi frekuensi bullying 60,6% responden mengalami perilaku bullying sangat tinggi dan 39,4% mengalami perilaku bullying sangat rendah. Berdasarkan distribusi frekuensi resiliensi 45,9% responden memiliki resiliensi sangat tinggi sedangkan 54,1% memiliki resiliensi sangat rendah. Didapatkan p-value 0,001 dengan Odd Ratio 2,981. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara perilaku bullying dengan resiliensi remaja dengan (p-value 0,001 .OR 2,981) di SMP N 13 Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2024. Maka dari itu disarankan bagi sekolah untuk meningkatkan Kesadaran dan Edukasi, Sekolah perlu meningkatkan kesadaran tentang dampak negatif bullying melalui program edukasi dan kampanye anti-bullying. Ini bisa mencakup workshop, seminar, dan kegiatan lain yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Serta mengembangkan Program Pencegahan dan Intervensi, yang efektif untuk menangani kasus bullying. Abstract

Background: The aging process in older adults (60 years and older) reduces biological, psychological, and social functioning, increasing susceptibility to infection, cognitive impairment, and disrupted sleep patterns, which negatively impact quality of life. In Lampung Province, 70% of social care residents reported difficulty initiating and maintaining sleep. Although sleeping pills are effective in the short term, the risk of dependency and side effects encourage the use of non-pharmacological interventions. Lavender aromatherapy, with its antiseptic and relaxing properties, has been shown to be effective in reducing the severity of insomnia in older adults. A pre-survey in Sukajaya Lempasing Village confirmed that 70% of older adults experience sleep disorders, underscoring the need for integrated interventions to improve sleep quality and quantity. Purpose: To provide an overview of nursing care using lavender aromatherapy interventions for older adults experiencing sleep disorders. Method: The study was conducted from June 26 to July 3, 2025, in Sukajaya Lempasing Village, Pesawaran, Lampung. Two elderly individuals were selected as respondents based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The lavender aromatherapy intervention was administered for seven days, accompanied by family support, and face-to-face meetings on the first and eighth days. The study used a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Data were collected through assessments, interviews, and observations using observation sheets and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data were analyzed descriptively to compare pre- and post-intervention scores. Results: The lavender aromatherapy intervention demonstrated improved sleep quality in both respondents, with a decrease in sleep disturbance scores from poor to good: Respondent 1 decreased from 17 to 7, and Respondent 2 decreased from 16 to 6. Conclusion: Seven days of lavender aromatherapy proved effective as a non-pharmacological independent nursing intervention, resulting in a decrease in sleep disturbance scores in the elderly from poor to good, an increase in sleep duration to 6–7 hours per day, and improvements in symptoms and relaxation. Suggestion: Lavender aromatherapy should be integrated into nursing practice for older adults with sleep disorders through relaxation education, sleep environment management, regular monitoring, and family involvement for long-term effectiveness. Keywords: Elderly; Lavender aromatherapy; Sleep pattern disorders Pendahuluan: Proses penuaan pada lansia (≥ 60 tahun) menurunkan fungsi biologis, psikologis, dan sosial, sehingga meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap infeksi, gangguan kognitif, dan gangguan pola tidur yang berdampak negatif pada kualitas hidup. Di Provinsi Lampung, 70% penghuni panti sosial melaporkan kesulitan memulai dan mempertahankan tidur. Meski obat tidur efektif jangka pendek, risiko ketergantungan dan efek samping mendorong penggunaan intervensi nonfarmakologis. Aromaterapi lavender, dengan sifat antiseptik dan relaksasi, terbukti efektif menurunkan keparahan insomnia lansia. Presurvei di Desa Sukajaya Lempasing mengonfirmasi bahwa 70% lansia mengalami gangguan tidur, menegaskan kebutuhan intervensi terpadu untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas tidur lansia. Tujuan: Memberikan gambaran mengenai asuhan keperawatan dengan intervensi aromaterapi lavender pada lansia yang mengalami gangguan pola tidur. Metode:  Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 26 Juni–3 Juli 2025 di Desa Sukajaya Lempasing, Pesawaran, Lampung. Dua lansia dipilih sebagai responden berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Intervensi aromaterapi lavender diberikan selama tujuh hari dengan pendampingan keluarga, serta pertemuan tatap muka pada hari pertama dan kedelapan. Penelitian menggunakan desain one-group pre-test & post-test, data dikumpulkan melalui pengkajian, wawancara, dan observasi menggunakan lembar observasi dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), serta dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk membandingkan skor sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil: Menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas tidur pada kedua responden setelah intervensi aromaterapi lavender, dengan penurunan skor gangguan tidur dari kategori buruk menjadi baik: Responden 1 dari skor 17 menjadi 7, dan Responden 2 dari skor 16 menjadi 6. Simpulan: Aromaterapi lavender selama tujuh hari terbukti efektif sebagai intervensi keperawatan mandiri nonfarmakologis, dengan hasil penurunan skor gangguan tidur lansia dari kategori buruk menjadi baik, peningkatan durasi tidur menjadi 6–7 jam per hari, serta perbaikan keluhan dan relaksasi. Saran: Aromaterapi lavender perlu diintegrasikan dalam praktik keperawatan lansia dengan gangguan tidur melalui edukasi relaksasi, pengelolaan lingkungan tidur, pemantauan berkala, dan keterlibatan keluarga untuk efektivitas jangka panjang.
