Abstract

ABSTRAKNurhaera. 2022. Penegakan Hukum Pada Kasus Tindak Pidana Pencurian Hasil Tanaman Pertanian Pada Desa Bonto Daeng Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng. Skripsi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Hasnawi Haris dan Andika Wahyudi Gani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Bonto Daeng Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng terhadap aturan-aturan hukum positif terkait tindak pidana pencurian hasil tanaman pertanian serta upaya pencegahannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Bonto Daeng Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng terhadap aturan-aturan hukum positif terkait tindak pidana pencurian hasil tanaman pertanian serta upaya pencegahannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tingkat pengetahuan hukum masyarakat Desa Bonto Daeng Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng masih dikategorikan rendah. Hal tersebut di pengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan masyarakat yang rendah serta tingkat kepercayaan diri masyarakat yang merasa mampu menangani kasus pencurian hasil tanaman pertanian di daerahnya. (2) Adapun upaya yang dilakukan oleh aparat hukum dalam pencegahan pencurian hasil tamanan pertanian pada Desa Bonto daeng Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng ada dua yaitu upaya preventif dan upaya represif.Kata kunci: Penegakan Hukum, Tindak Pidana Pencurian, Hasil Tanaman Pertanian

PENERAPAN ASAS KETERBUKAAN DAN ASAS PELAYANAN YANG BAIK DALAM MEWUJUDKAN PEMERINTAHAN YANG BERSIH DI DESA SONGING KECAMATAN SINJAI SELATANDewi Ratnasari1, Muhammad Akbal2, Andika Wahyudi Gani3Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar Abstract: This study aims: 1) To determine the application of the principle of openness of village government apparatus in realizing clean government in Songing Village. (2) To find out the application of the principle of good service to village government officials in realizing clean government in Songing Village. (3) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the principle of openness and the principle of good service in Songing Village. (4) To find out efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors of the principle of openness and the principle of good service. This type of research was conducted to obtain and collect qualitative research data and information with a normative juridical approach and a sociological approach. Data collection techniques used are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of this study were then processed using qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The application of the principle of openness in Songing Village has not gone well. (2) The application of the principle of good service in Songing Village has not been carried out optimally because during the time the service has not been carried out with the existing provisions. (3) The supporting factor in the application of the principle of openness and the principle of good service in Songing Village is the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support the service process so that it can run effectively. The inhibiting factor in the application of the principle of openness and the principle of good service is the lack of socialization of the apparatus regarding the prerequisites for fulfilling files for making administration. (4) The efforts made by the village apparatus in dealing with the inhibiting factors of the service process in the village are by providing information to complete the files. which is a requirement in administrative management. Keywords: Application, Principle of Openness and Principle of Good Service Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan asas keterbukaan aparatur pemerintah desa dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan yang bersih di Desa Songing. (2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan asas pelayanan yang baik aparat pemerintah desa dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan yang bersih di Desa Songing. (3) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan asas keterbukaan dan asas pelayanan yang baik  di Desa Songing. (4) Untuk mengetahui upaya dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat  asas keterbukaan dan asas pelayanan yang baik. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan dan mengumpulkan data dan informasi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Yuridis Normatif dan Pendekatan Sosiologis. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang di peroleh dari hasil penelitian ini kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan anaslisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan Asas Keterbukaan di Desa Songing belum berjalan dengan baik. (2) Penerapan asas pelayanan yang baik di Desa Songing belum terlaksana dengan maksimal karena dalam waktu pelayanan belum terlaksana dengan ketentuan yang ada. (3) Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan asas keterbukan dan asas pelayanan yang baik di Desa Songing adalah dengan tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang proses pelayanan sehingga dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam penerapan asas keterbukaan dan asas pelayanan yang baik adalah kurangnya sosialisasi aparat mengenai prasyarat pemenuhan berkas untuk pembuatan admnistrasi.(4) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh aparat Desa dalam menangani faktor penghambat proses pelayanan di Desa yaitu dengan memberikan informasi untuk melengkapi berkas-berkas yang menjadi syarat dalam pengurusan admnistrasi. Kata Kunci : Penerapan, Asas Keterbukaan Dan Asas Pelayanan Yang Baik

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out, (1) The form of bullying behavior in students at SMKN 3 Takalar, (2) Strategies for preventing bullying behavior through PPKn learning for students at SMKN 3 Takalar (3) The factors that influence strategies for preventing bullying behavior through Civics learning in SMKN 3 Takalar students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with 3 PPKn teachers, 1 student teacher and 3 students. Checking the validity of the data using data source triangulation techniques. The results showed that; (1) forms of bullying behavior that occur at SMKN 3 Takalar in the form of verbal bullying, rational bullying, and physical bullying; (2) strategies for preventing bullying behavior carried out by PPKn teachers, namely by providing enlightenment to students that bullying behavior is bad behavior, implementing rule boards, providing guidance through Civics learning materials that include the cultivation of noble character values and moral values. as well as fostering and guiding students to be better; (3) the supporting factor for the implementation of the first bullying behavior prevention is the role of civics educations teachers in instilling positive moral values through learning materials in class, cooperation with school residents such as if a teacher finds students bullying their friends, they will be immediately punished. Report to BK for advice and guidance regarding bullying behavior that should not be done. As well as awareness of school residents, especially students, to apply the positive value that have been taught in their daily lives. the inhibiting factor in preventing bullying behavior is that it has become a habit, also because of family factors and the assumption that this bullying behavior is just a joke without them knowing what impact it can have on victims of bullying.

Abstract

The principle of freedom of contract can be interpreted as the freedom of the parties to make or not make an agreement, the freedom to choose or determine with whom the business partner will carry out the agreement, then the freedom to choose the content and form of the things you want to make an agreement with. However, the freedom granted in the principle of freedom of contract is not absolute or without restrictions at all. The existence of this principle must be given restrictions so that contracts made by business people do not harm one of the parties involved in the agreement. This study aims to find out how to limit the principle of freedom of contract in designing business contracts and to find out the structure of designing business contracts. The type of research used in this study uses a normative juridical approach, in obtaining several sources of law in this study derived from primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The data collection technique used was a literature review technique (study document). The results of this study found that the principle of freedom of contract contains restrictions that may not be violated in order to create justice and equality of the parties

Abstract

To improve student achievement, teachers must innovate in learning. This ensures that students learn at their best, both independently and in the classroom. Learning model innovation is very necessary and very urgent, especially in the development of new learning models that can lead to better learning outcomes and increase efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, teachers must develop their potential in various ways. One of them is improving the ability to write scientific papers. By conducting article writing training, teachers are expected to have dual roles as practitioners and researchers. Therefore, teachers must conduct research to solve problems that arise in class and to serve as material for promotion. The Scientific Article Writing Training for Teachers of SMA Negeri 15 Bone, Bone Regency, was carried out in Bone Regency with the target of this activity being the teachers at the school. This activity is in the form of training with an emphasis on mastery of article writing.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the hearts of the functioning of democracy is political parties, to ensure the sustainability of the life of political parties, access to the funds of political parties is essential. However, on the other side, money has a significant destructive potential to democracy if it is not governed proportionally. This research tries to investigate and comprehend the financial arrangements of political parties. This form of study is normative research, focused on secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal documents, then qualitatively examined. The financial regulation of political parties in Indonesia comprises the restriction of funding sources, quantity or amount and oversight through the accountability reporting system. However, access to public money does not include non-financial support in the form of natural, as well as the provision of advice on public funds on a timely basis following the model of granting subsidies after the general election.Keywords: Politic of Law, Finance, Political Party, Regulatory Model

Abstract

Abstract. The results of the research on the juridical analysis of the Covid-19 pandemic as an overmacht category in restructuring credit agreements, it can be concluded that when viewed from the criteria for coercive circumstances, the criteria for Covid-19 are included in the category of relative coercive circumstances, namely situations where it is still possible to carry out and fulfill achievement, with several dispensation methods including the method of renegotiating the agreement in this case in the form of restructuring. As it has been determined that Covid-19 is included in the relative overmacht category, debtors are expected to continue to fulfill their achievements to creditors. Therefore, efforts to mitigate non-performing loans using the restructuring method, as referred to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 11 of 2020.Keywords: Covid-19, Overmacht, Restructuring

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini menelaah tentang implementasi penyelanggaran pendidikan tinggi vokasi selama era pandemi Covid-19. Tujuannya, untuk melihat bagaimana dampak pandemi Covid-19 terdahap penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan di kampus vokasi yang sejatinya harus senantiasa bertemu atau melakukan pelatihan kebugaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kaulitatif, sedangkan pendekatannya adalah fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perguruan tinggi pelayaran, yakni: Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar dan Politeknik Pelayaran Barombong. Adapun waktu hasilnya adalah selama covid-19 pembelajaran di dua instutusi ini tidak berjalan dengan maksimal karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Sementara perguruan tinggi vokasi diharapkan berfokus pada pengembangan teknis dan praktis. Kebutuhan tersebut membutuhkan keterlibatan langsung: akademik membutuhkan praktik lapangan, sedangkan non-akademik berupa pengembangan karakter taruna yang hanya efektif dilakukkan apabila dilakukan secara langsung. Implikasinya, perguruan tinggi vokasi tidak mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi pelayaran nasional dan internasional. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi, Covid-19, Standar Kualifikasi Pelaut

Abstract

This study aims to determine. (1) Students' moral development caused by the frequent use of social media (2) the teacher's efforts to overcome inappropriate moral development in students at SMAN 1 Sendana. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. The data obtained from interviews with 9 teachers and 20 students. The data obtained from the research were collected and processed by qualitative data analysis.

Abstract

Mitra Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah siswa-siswi MA DDI Al-Ihsan Kanang. Masalahnya adalah: (1) Kurangnya pengetahuan oleh peserta didik dalam menggunakan media sosial terkait perilaku-perilaku menyimpang yang dapat terjadi dalam penggunaan media sosial. (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan peserta didik dalam mengolah informasi yang ditemukan di media sosial sehingga rentan terhadap perilaku hoax dan cyberbullying. (3) Kurangnya pemahaman yang komprehensif terkait bahaya yang ditimbulkan oleh perilaku hoax dan cyberbullying. (4) Kurangnya pengetahuan terkait aturan yang mengatur tentang cybercrime khususnya yang terkait dengan perilaku hoax dan cyberbullying. Sasaran kegiatan ini yaitu siswa-siswa MA DDI Al-Ihsan Kanang. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan mitra pendamping. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan dalam menggunakan media sosial. (2) mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang mengelola informasi di media sosial, (3) menambah pengetahuan tentang bahaya yang ditimbulkan oleh hoax dan cyberbullying, (4) memahami aturan tentang penggunaan media sosial sehingga tidak terjadi yang hoax dan cyberbullying.
