Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged organizations, including state-owned enterprises (SOEs), to implement digital administration systems such as E-Office to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the E-Office system in the Corporate Secretary Department of PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara (Persero), focusing on the system workflow, E-Office support in administrative management, and employees' understanding and skills in operating it. This study is based on policy and information system implementation theory, as well as E-Office success indicators that include human resource readiness, information clarity, authority, and supporting facilities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with four informants directly involved in the use of E-Office, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that E-Office has provided positive support in accelerating administrative processes, increasing transparency, and facilitating document tracking. However, its implementation has not been fully optimal due to obstacles in the tiered approval process, technical system constraints, and differences in the level of understanding and skills of employees. Thus, this study concludes that the success of E-Office implementation is not only determined by the system, but also by the readiness of human resources, consistency of procedures, and continuous organizational support.

Abstract

This study investigates how parenting styles influence vocational students’ entrepreneurial intentions and career choices, considering self-efficacy and entrepreneurial attitudes as mediating variables. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 381 vocational school students and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 24. The participants consisted of 55.7% females and 44.3% males, representing families from low-, middle-, and high-income groups based on the 2024 Jakarta provincial minimum wage, with parents working as civil servants, private-sector employees, entrepreneurs, and others. The results indicate that authoritative parenting positively fosters entrepreneurial intentions and encourages students to pursue entrepreneurship as a career path. Furthermore, the mediating roles of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial attitudes are confirmed, providing a clearer explanation of how parenting influences entrepreneurial career decisions. The study contributes theoretically by extending models of entrepreneurial intention with family socialization factors, and practically by offering a tested framework to guide efforts in promoting entrepreneurship among vocational students.

Abstract

Academic achievement is an important indicator of students' learning success and reflects the extent to which learning objectives have been achieved. It is influenced by various internal and external factors, including learning motivation and the peer environment. However, some students still demonstrate suboptimal academic achievement, which is presumed to be associated with low learning motivation and an unsupportive peer environment. Therefore, understanding the influence of these factors is essential for improving students' academic outcomes. This study aims to examine the influence of learning motivation and peer environment on the academic achievement of Grade X and XI Office Management and Business Services students at SMK Negeri 21 Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The novelty of this study lies in investigating the combined effects of learning motivation and peer environment on academic achievement by using students' average report card scores as the indicator of academic achievement in the context of vocational high school students. This study employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design. The sample consisted of 103 students selected through proportional random sampling. Data on learning motivation and peer environment were collected using questionnaires, while academic achievement data were obtained from students' average report card scores. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with JASP software. The results reveal that learning motivation and peer environment have a positive and significant influence on academic achievement, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.464 indicates that the two independent variables explain 46.4% of the variance in academic achievement, while the remaining 53.6% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings provide empirical evidence for schools to design strategies that strengthen students' learning motivation and create a supportive peer environment to improve academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop digital learning media in the form of an e-book for the Archival Management subject for Grade XI Office Management students at SMKN 12 Jakarta. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The product developed was an interactive e-book containing Archival Management materials, images, instructional videos, and practice exercises that can be accessed digitally. The results of the study showed that the developed e-book was categorized as highly feasible, based on the validation results of media experts with a score of 92.5%, instructional design experts with a score of 92.5%, and subject matter experts with a score of 97%. Furthermore, the effectiveness test results indicated an improvement in students’ learning outcomes after using the e-book in the learning process, as evidenced by an N-Gain score of 0.8684. Therefore, the digital learning media in the form of an e-book developed in this study was considered feasible and effective for use as a learning medium in the Archival Management subject.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop an interactive e-module using the Google Sites platform as a feasible learning medium for classroom instruction. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach utilizing the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product validation process involved three experts, namely a subject matter expert, a media expert, and an instructional design expert. The validation results indicated that the Google Sites–based interactive e-module was highly feasible for instructional use, achieving validation scores of 98% from the subject matter expert, 88% from the media expert, and 92% from the instructional design expert. Subsequently, product revisions were made based on the suggestions and feedback provided by the validators. Furthermore, the effectiveness test yielded an N-Gain score of 0.90, which falls into the high category, indicating that the interactive e-module significantly improved students’ understanding. This improvement was supported by the systematic organization of learning materials, interactive visual features, and ease of access across various digital devices. The developed media facilitates flexible and independent learning while aligning with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum implemented in vocational high schools. Therefore, the Google Sites–based interactive e-module can serve as an effective and innovative learning medium to enhance students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the administrative work process through the DALANG Application (Online Budget Control) at the Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Center (PPKGBK), identify operational constraints, and formulate improvement recommendations. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review involving four purposively selected informants. Data analysis was conducted using Sugiyono’s (2019) interactive analysis model, while data validity was ensured through technical triangulation. The findings reveal that the implementation of the DALANG Application remains in a transition phase toward full digitalization, characterized by a semi-digital workflow involving parallel physical and digital processes. The main operational challenges include dependence on manual documents, the requirement for wet signatures, and centralized journal correction processes at the Central Cash Division, which contribute to delays in reporting. These findings indicate that digitalization has not yet fully optimized administrative effectiveness. Therefore, improvements are required through stronger system integration, digital feature optimization, and administrative procedure simplification to support more effective digital transformation.

Abstract

The lack of learning media that serve as both the primary learning resource and provide visual reinforcement in the Office Technology subject at SMKN 12 Jakarta motivated this study. This study aimed to develop an interactive digital flipbook integrated with Augmented Reality (AR) that is feasible and effective for learning. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results showed that the developed learning media were highly feasible and effective, with an average feasibility score of 90.79% and an N-Gain score of 0.77. Therefore, the interactive digital flipbook integrated with AR is considered highly feasible and effective as the primary learning resource for the Office Technology subject (Phase F) at SMKN 12 Jakarta.
