The title of this research is the Effect of Servie Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions at Bengkulu Wareg Cafe. This research is based on the importance of Purchasing in a company. Purchasing decisions can be affected by several factors. The factors might be Service Quality and Location. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions. The object of this research was consumers who visit the Wareg Cafe at JL Hibrida Raya 11 of Bengkulu City. The number of respondents was 112 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The techniques used were multiple regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination test (R2), hypothesis testing T statistic test and F statistical test. The results of the research can be concluded that the Service Quality and location variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work placement on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch, both partially and simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Compensation (X1), and Work Placement (X2). The object of this research is 50 employees at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by means of observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, and interviews.There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X1), and work placement (X2) have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch. From the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the regression equation is as follows: Y = 4.101 + 0.978 (X1) + 0.640 (X2). The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). This research is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumer loyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can be done with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sells typical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about the HENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.The results of this study can be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategy are the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public and tourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well as technological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factors that are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet the standard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms. External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community, abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the many competitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is to improve product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality of content and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providing standards of service to consumers.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and personality on the performance of employees of PT. BNI Syariah Bengkulu. This study used a sample of 42 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, emotional intelligence and personality have a positive effect on employee performance (Y), this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 7.14.210 + 0.269X1 + 0.821X2. As well as the coefficient of determination R square = 0.378, which means emotional intelligence and personality, contributed 37.8% to employee performance (Y) and 62.2% was influenced by other factors not explained in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance. Personality has a significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the F test, emotional intelligence and personality have a significant effect on employee performance.

The backdrop of research is based on the importance of companies for achieving of organizational goals. These factors have affects on company performance, such as work discipline and motivation. This study aims to examine how the work discipline and motivation towards perfomance of employees at local water company of Bengkulu City. The respondents of this study were 67 employees of local water Company, which data collection techniques by using simple random sampling. For data collection techniques were through observation and questionnaires. While for data analysis techniques by examining its multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicated that there were coordination between discipline and motivation as shown from its multiple linear regression, Y = 4,451 + 0,510 X1 + 1,103 X2. This obtained there was the increase from its coefficient of determination or R Squard (R2) = 0.809 that is equal to 80, 9%, while its remaining 19.1%, was influenced by other variables, not in this study. Pada umumnya aktifitas orang-orang yang tinggal di perkotaan besar begitu banyak dan padat sehingga menjadikannya jarang berada di rumah, hampir sebagai besar waktu mereka dihabiskan di tempat kerja karena tuntutan pekerjaan karena hal inilah menyebabkan kekuatiran bagi mereka dikala meninggalkan rumah walaupun sebenarnya mereka telah memberi pengaman berupa alat konvensional dalam ini adalah berupa gembok atau bagi yanng tinggal di komplek bisa menyewa satpam, tetapi ini tidak menjadi jaminan karena adakalah terjadi kelalaian dan dimungkin di kala malam hari mereka ketiduran karena kecapean hal ini rawan terjadinya tindak kejahatan yang terjadi pada lingkungan rumah. Salah satu cara pemanfaatan teknologi di bidang ini adalah penggunaan sensor Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR). Sensor Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) merupakan sebuah sensor yang biasa digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan manusia. Proses kerja sensor ini dilakukan dengan mendeteksi adanya radiasi panas tubuh manusia yang dapat diubah menjadi tegangan,Sensor Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) sangat tepat digunakan untuk membuat suatu sistem pemantauan ruang jarak jauh yang dapat dimanfaatkan pemilik rumah tanpa harus takut meninggalkan rumahnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujia : Sensitifitas darisensor Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) mengirim data hasil pengamatan kepaadmikrokontrolertelah terukur dengan delay rata-rata SMS 15.1 detik dan Pada umumnya sensor Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) ini memiliki jangkauan pembacaan efektif hingga 5 meter, dan sensor ini sangat efektif digunakan sebagai human detector.Kata Kunci: kejahatan, sensor, passive infrared receiver, human detector.

The purpose of this research is to study compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. The research method in this study uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study can be concluded regarding the respondents' perceptions about Compensation Location (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) Employee Performance results (Y) with the results of multiple linear regression obtained the following research results: Y = 14.876 + 0.277X1 + 0.795X2 analysis of responses R = 0.823 ( X1) -Y), 0.926 (X2-Y) and the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.521 or approximately (52.51%) through testing the hypotheses together (simultaneously) and individuals (partial) in this study using the f test and t test, compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2), = 0,000. Loyalty in an organization is an important element in supporting the success of human resources in achieving company goals. This study aims to analyze employee loyalty in Private Universities in Bengkulu City and the factors that influence it. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of this study were all private university employees in the city of Bengkulu, amounting to 305 people, from a total population of 173 people with proportional ramdom sampling technique .The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of this study prove that (1) employee loyalty is still relatively low (2) there is a positive and significant direct influence of compensation, empowerment and job satisfaction variables on employee loyalty, (3) There is a positive and significant direct effect of compensation and empowerment variables on job satisfaction, (4) There is a positive and significant direct effect of compensation variables on empowerment. Pemesanan barang oleh toko yang tidak terencana menyebabkan banyaknya penumpukkan barang dari jenis tertentu saja dan kekurang stok barang untuk produk yang lainnya karena tidak melihat prilaku pembelian yang terjadi setiap waktu tertentu sehingga banyak terjadi transaksi yang tidak bisa dilakukan menyebabkan kerugian yang besar bagi usaha dalam meningkatkan pemasaran barang dan terjadi stok berlebihan, dengan menggunakan Algoritma Apriori yang menyatukan teknik pembelajaran mesin dan pengolahan statistik dan database yang memungkinkan pengambilan informasi database yang besar dari data transaksi-transaksi yang dilakukan (prilaku Konsumen) dalam pembelian produk sehingga memungkinkan bagi took untuk menyediakan produk-produk yang diminati konsumen porsinya lebih banyak berdasarkan nilai support dan confidence minimum berdasarkan kesamaan antar produk. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian selama 6 bulan terakhir dengan minimum support dan confidence type yang banyak dibeli C15, 8apro => A12 dengan nilai confidence 80,43% serta A1k => A12 dengan nilai confidence 85,71%, kelebihan algoritma ini adalah mempunyai kemampuan komputasi yang lebih besar dan kelemahannya harus selalu dilakukan tahap scanning yang berulang di setiap iterasinya membutuhkan waktu yang lamaKeywords:Booking,Stock, Apriori Algorithm, Support, confidence
