Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of Village Fund management in an Islamic perspective starting from the planning, implementation, administration and accountability stages. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study in the village of Taba Padang, Hulu Palik District, North Bengkulu Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Accountability of Village Fund Management in Sharia Perspective in Taba Padang Rejang Village, Hulu Palik District, North Bengkulu Regency is in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014 and in accordance with existing sharia. Because in preparing the RPJM plan of Desa Taba Padang Rejang, taking seriously the aspirations that develop in the community. Taba Padang Rejang villagers are directly involved in every village planning consultation process and are active in providing proposals about programs to be implemented for the welfare of the village community. So based on Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 Taba Padang Rejang village planning in the management of the Village Fund can be said to be transparent and upholds community participation. However, technically there are still obstacles. These constraints are a constraint for the district being late in making Regents Regulations regarding regulations on Village Funds and their management. This has an impact on late reporting related to the management of the Village Fund in the village of Taba Padang Rejang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Akuntabilitas pengelolaan Dana Desa dalam persfektif Islam mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, Penatausahaan dan pertanggungjawaban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus di desa Taba Padang Kecamatan Hulu Palik Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa dalam Prespektif Islam di Desa Taba Padang Rejang Kecamatan Hulu Palik Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara sudah sesuai Dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 114 tahun 2014 dan sudah sesuai dengan syariah yang ada. Karena dalam menyusun rencana RPJMDesa Taba Padang Rejang, memperhatikan dengan sungguh-sungguh aspirasi yang berkembang di masyarakat. masyarakat desa Taba Padang Rejang terlibat langsung dalam setiap proses musyawarah perencanaan desa dan aktif dalam memberikan usulan tentang program-program yang akan dilaksanakan demi kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Maka berdasarkan Permendagri No. 113 Tahun 2014 perencanaan desa Taba Padang Rejang dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa sudah dapat dikatakan transparan dan menjunjung tinggi partisipasi masyarakat. Namun, secara teknis masih terdapat kendala. Kendala tersebut merupakan kendala dari kabupaten yang terlambat dalam membuat Peraturan Bupati mengenai peraturan tentang Dana Desa dan pengelolaannya. Hal ini berdampak pada keterlambatan pelaporan terkait pengelolaan Dana Desa di desa Taba Padang Rejang.

Abstract

This study almed to determine the effect of brand image and product quality toward Wardah Cosmetics Costumers’ loyalty as the study on Students of Management Study Program, Faculty Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The data collection technique of this study used observation, interviw, and quetionnaire. The data analysis technique of this study used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents’ respones, multiple linier analysis of the determination coefficient and also hypotesis testing. The result of the study show that in line with the multiple linier test obtained the regression equation which is as follows: Y= 5.224 + 0.200 (X_1) + 0.332 (X2). The test result can be seen that the variable Brand Image (X1) show tcount> ttable (2.502 > 1.98580) and (sig <α = 0,014 < 0.050) variable Product Quality (X2) obtained tcount> ttable (9.150 > 1.98580) and (sig <α = 0,000 < 0.050). Based on the finding above can be concluded that Brand Image and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect toward Wardah Cosmetics Costumers’ Loyalty as a study on students of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Indonesai masih banyak anak muda atau remaja terutama di RT 04/RW 02,Kecamatan Kepahiang, Kabupaten Kepahiang  yang belum tau halnya bahayanya pengguna ataupun memakai narkoba. Maka halnya anak anak diluar sana banyak yang gagal mencapai cita-cita karna bahayanya dari narkoba.Permasalahan yang muncul yaitu masih banyak anak anak yang  penyalagunaan narkoba dan hukuman bagi pengedar Narkoba Terutama Dikalangan remaja dan minimnnya pengetahuan taat hukum. Oleh karna itu, kami sebagai mahasiswa memiliki peran pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diwujudkan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi agar anak muda yang  bertempat diRT 04/ RW 02 Dapat memikirkan apa bahayanya memakai narkoba dan Tujuan: Agar masyarakat lebih berhat-hati terhadap narkoba dan agar orang tua bisa membimbing anak anak kejalan yang baik supaya tidak terjerumus kepemakaian narkoba. Sosialisasi bahaya narkoba serta hukum bagi pemakaian maupun pengguna. hasil yang di dapat: Anak anak atau remaja  bisa hidup lebih sehat tanpa narkoba dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik untuk mencapai cita cita mereka 1). Pendidikan di. Permasalahan yang muncul : Kurangnya pemahaman terhadap informasi-informasi hukum tentang bahaya narkoba dan ganjaran yang akan diterima apabila mengkonsumsi maupun mengedarkan. Tujuan: Agar masyarakat lebih berhat-hati terhadap narkoba dan agar orang tua bisa membimbing anak anak kejalan yang baik supaya tidak masuk ke dalam perputaran dunia obat terlarang/narkoba. Pelaksanaan Program Penyuluhan  dilaksanakan di RT 04/ RW 02 Pensiunan kelurahan pensiunan kecamatan Kepahiang Kabupaten Kepahiang dan, adapun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu sebagai berikut; Sosialisasi bahaya narkoba serta hukum bagi pemakaian maupun pengguna. hasil yang di dapat: Masyarakat bisa hidup lebih sehat tanpa narkoba.   Kata Kunci:  sosialisasi, narkoba, hukum, pengedar

Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of empowerment and self efficacy to semployee performance at Sales Division (PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu). This research is based on important of performace in an organization. Perfomance can be influenced by several factors. The suspected factors are empowerment and self efficacy. This research aims to analyze the influence of empowerment and self efficacy to performance. The object of this research salesman in Sales Division at PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu with metode nonprobabilistic sampling method. The reason of choice this sample that the information needed can get by one group who have certainty information are sales employee. The method collected data by used questionnaire. Using multi linier regression data analysis technique, the result of this research can be concluded that empowerment and self efficacy have significant end positive influences to employee performance at sales division (PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu). Abstract

This study entitled the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. The formulation of the problem in this study was whether the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. This research was conducted on marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. While the time of this study was conducted for 11 days, namely on 18 January to 28 January 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu, while the sample of this research is marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu, amounting to 97 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitative methods. With research test data analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded that the respondents' perceptions about Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) affect the Performance of Marketing Employees (Y) with the results of multiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 1.734 + 0.378 (X1) + 0.570 (X2) + 0.328 (X3) and the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.802 or approximately (802%) through hypothesis testing simultaneously (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in this study by using the f test and t test, Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3), = 0.000, it means that values <0.05 show together and have significant influence. Abstract

This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu, which numbered 96 employees by taking a minimum number of samples. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results found that: Reward significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of tsig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit > tα/2 (4.123 > 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0 is rejected. Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of tsig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) t(hit) > t(α / 2) (2.929 >1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 < 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by Fcount of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 > 3.09) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050 ), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of Career Development and Job Promotion on the Employee Work spirit of PDAM Kota Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative study with a sample 130 respondents, and uses saturated or census sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the results of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS are Y = -0.720 + 0.438 X1 + 0.342X2. From the results of the hypothesis test found, the Career Development (X1) has a positive effect on the work spirit of PDAM Bengkulu City employees, with the T-test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. Job Promotion (X2) has a positive effect on employee work spirit in PDAM Kota Bengkulu, with T test results showing a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. The T test and the F test show that career development and promotion have a significant effect on work spirit with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, career development and promotion have a significant effect both partially and jointly on employee work spirit. This is proven by the f test which shows the significance value of 0,000 <0.05. Keywords: Career Development, Job Promotion and Employee Work spirit

Abstract

This study aimed to determine affectin factors customers’ saving interest at Sumsel Babel Kcp Tanjung Sakti Bank. The data collection techniques of this study were observation, and questionnaire. The object of this study were customers of Sumsel Babel Kcp Tanjung Sakti Bank in 2019 with a total of 2855. The sample of this study was a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with more than 100 customers. This study used the Slovin formula in sampling with an error rate of 10% and the sample in this study amounted to 97 people. This study used several data analysis techniques, namely instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests that have been carried out can be concluded that Knowledge (X_1), Products (X_2) and Promotion (X3) on the dependent variable savings interest (Y). It can be seen in the F test which states the value of F_count> Ftable, namely (163.654> 2.702 ) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), in other word that H_3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously Knowledge (X_1), Product (X_2) and Promotion (X3) variables have a significant effect toward customers’ saving interest (Y) at Bank Sumsel Babel KCP Tanjung Sakti. Keywords: Products, Promotion, and Interest in Saving

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover intention Pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi  dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover intention Pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover intention Pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Sedangkan waktu penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan yakni pada 1 desember 2020 sampai dengan 1 januari 2021. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Bukit Agkasa Makmur Bengkulu yang berjumlah 113 orang. Hal ini berarti bahan sampel menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Dengan teknik analisis data uji penelitian, hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi responden tentang Kompensasi (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention (Y) dengan Hasil regresi linier berganda didapat persamaan sebagai berikut : Y = -2.777 – 0.246 ( ) – 0.367 (X2) – 0.553 (X3) serta koefisien determinasi sebesar R2 = 0,852 atau sekitar (852%) melalui uji hipotesis secara bersama-sama (simultan) dan sendiri-sendiri (parsial) dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji f dan uji t, Kompensasi (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3), = 0.000, itu berarti nilai fsig<0.05 menunjukkan secara bersama-sama dan yang berpengaruh yang signifikan. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja                        Turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload, work discipline and work motivation on the work spirit of Curup Prison, Bengkulu Province. This research method is quantitative. The objects in this study were Curup Prison employees, totaling 93 people. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation by distributing questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the workload pvalue was 0.043 < alpha was 0.05; b) work discipline has a pvalue of 0.001 < alpha 0.05; c) work motivation from the results of the analysis has a pvalue of 0.000 <alpha 0.050. In conclusion, the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on morale. Work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on morale. Simultaneously workload, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on the morale of Curup Lapas employees. Keywords: Workload, Discipline, Motivation, Morale
