Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of Eiger Coffee Makassar, where the data analysis techniques used are SWOT analysis techniques (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Researchers also find out what Eiger coffee Makassar's marketing strategy looks like by using marketing strategy formulation, namely segmentation strategy, target market strategy, and market positioning strategy. Besides, researchers also found out the marketing mix of Eiger Coffee Makassar. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. The informants in this study are Manager / Leader Barista Eiger Coffee Makassar, Employees Eiger Cofee Makassar, and Consumer Eiger Coffee Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study showed that Eiger Coffee Makassar Marketing Strategy on the formulation of Eiger coffee segmentation marketing strategy is focused on consumers who are looking for coffee with good quality and taste but have relatively cheaper prices, targeting Eiger Coffee is a coffee lover consumer who is looking for quality and taste there is no certain age limit, and positioning Eiger Coffee into a coffee shop that focuses on the quality of products served at affordable prices. The marketing mix at Eiger Coffee Makassar includes the product, price, place, and promotion run quite well. While the results shown by swot matrix analysis where the cartesian diagram is in the first quadrant shows that the most appropriate strategy for Eiger Coffee Makassar is SO Strategywhich utilizes Strength to maximize Opportunities.

Abstract

Go-food is a service feature provided in the Go-jek application that serves food delivery service. Go-food comes as a solution for city communities that have high mobility, time constraints, and high need for food is now able to be resolved with the existence of Go-food.The purpose of this study is to find out how strong factors in influencing and knowing from several factors which are most dominant in decision making using the Go-jek go-food feature application in students majoring in business administration of the faculty of social sciences. The type of method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source is primary data, data processing using SPSS 25. Samples from this study were taken by 100 respondents. Sampling techniques are purposive sampling. Data retrieval techniques are carried out by coesioner and observation. Data analysis techniques used with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study show factors: distribution, promotion and culture have a significant effect / very strong. The most dominant factor in influencing the decision to use the Go-jek go-food feature is the promotion factor which has a value percentage of 0.441.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan dalah satu unsur dari organisasi dan mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam kegiatan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh variabel kompetensi, kedisiplinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan dimakassar. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji validitas, uji realibitas serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian keofisien regresi untuk kompetensi sebesar 0,325, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,029, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar. Dari hasil koefisien regresi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi untuk kedisiplinan sebesar 0,290, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,033, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien regresi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi untuk motifasi sebesar 0,195, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,008, sehinga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motifasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar. Dari hasil analisis kofisien regresi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi untuk kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,185, serta memiliki nilai pvalue 0,004, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahw kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada yayasan pendidikan Muhammad Natzir di Makassar.

This research discussed the correlation of organizational culture with company innovation in Perum Bulog Sulselbar Regional Divisions. This type of research is a descriptive research using a quantitative study design. Data collected techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, researchers tried to ascertain whether organizational culture has a relationship with company innovation. This research using a survey method. The data was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using a statistical formula, with Spearman Rank Correlation which is calculated using SPSS. Based on data processing for the organizational culture variable, it was obtained a value of 82 percent, so it concluded that the organizational culture, was in the very good category. For the company's innovation variable obtained a value of 86 percent, so it concluded that the innovation is in the very good category. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between organizational culture with company innovation, with a high correlation coefficient score up to = 0,705, So it can be concluded that organizational culture is correlated with a high level of correlation with company innovation at the general company Bulog, the Regional Division of South Sulawesi in Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai ratio decidendi putusan terhadap penegakan hukum tindak pidana perbankan terkait perizinan (Studi Putusan Nomor 222/Pid.B/2018/PN Mks). Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Didasarkan pada kronologi kasus tersebut bahwa tindak pidana perbankan khususnya yang berkaitan dengan perizinan memiliki modus operandi yang cukup kompleks. Kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya berdampak positif terhadap industri keuangan melainkan dapat pula berdampak negatif jika dimanfaatkan oleh oknum tertentu. Alih-alih mendapatkan keuntungan 2% per harinya dengan cara investasi dalam bentuk trading system yang mengandalkan robotic, kehilangan dana yang disetor justru menjadi kompensasi atas risiko untuk meraih keuntungan secara instan. (2) Ratio decidendi pada putusan PN Makassar dalam perkara Nomor 222/Pid.B/2018 meliputi fakta-fakta materil. Fakta tersebut berupa orang dan korporasi yang melakukan penghimpunan dana di masyarakat dengan cara menawarkan program aplikasi trading system dengan keuntungan 2% per harinya. Pelaku terbukti menghimpun dana masyarakat tanpa izin sebagaimana pertimbangan hakim dalam menafsirkan kegiatan penghimpunan dana masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kemudian dapat dipersamakan sebagaimana tabungan yang di maksud oleh pasal 46 ayat (1). Hal tersebut merupakan penemuan hukum oleh hakim karena hakim menafsirkan bahwa meski tindakan menghimpun dana oleh pelaku bukan merupakan penghimpunan dana yang dilakukan oleh sebagaimana lembaga perbankan melainkan dapat di persamakan dengan hal itu. Dari sini dilihat bahwa undang-undang perbankan khususnya pasal 46 masih memiliki sifat futuristik karena masih dapat menjangkau tindak pidana yang tergolong bersifat futuristik karena melibatkan teknologi di dalamnya.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To know the overview of the double branding strategy of Bulog public corporation regional division of Sulselbar in Makassar city. (2) To know the influence factors of consumer attractiveness to KITA's products at Bulog of Sulselbar in Makassar city. (3) To know the influence of the double branding strategy model to consumer attractiveness at Bulog of Sulselbar in Makassar city. The type of this research is a simple regression analysis with a quantitative approach. To achieve the above aims using data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation and analyzed using statistical formulas. The results showed that the double branding strategy had an effect on consumer attractiveness. with a correlation coefficient value of 0.775 and a coefficient of determination of 60.1 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Agenda Setting Analysis of the establishment of a No Smoking Area Regulation in Sigi District, Analysis Model of Agenda Setting Policy proposed by John Kingdon. This type of research is Descriptive Research and the basis of research used is Qualitative. Informants were determined by purposive sampling with a total of 6 informants. Data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth informal interviews, and documentation to collect the required data in the form of primary and secondary data, triangulation / combined. Research instruments are researchers, a list of questions and supporting tools. Data analysis is done by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Purposive or deliberate research location determination. The results of this study indicate that in the process of setting a regulation setting for no-smoking zones in Sigi Regency, it has run well and according to the procedure, while if seen through the results of tracing the three stages of the flow namely problem flow, policy stream, and political stream, the three streams consider problems due to the high smoking users in Sigi Regency and the lack of public awareness of the surrounding health.

Abstract

Abstract. PKM activities carried out for UMKM players in Malakaji Village, Gowa Regency which aim to foster more innovative business ideas and opportunities through information obtained in online media and use social media as digital marketing to develop a business and create UMKM productivity and increase sales of local Indonesian products on the global market scene. This service activity is carried out for 6 months which is divided into three stages, namely: (1) planning stage, (2) implementation stage, (3) evaluation stage. This PKM activity uses methods in the form of skills training through lectures, demonstrations and questions and answers and the target of this PKM activity is MSME actors. The results of the implementation of this service activity can be carried out very well by using the online system (zoom), it is also shown that there is a high enthusiasm from the participants as many as 20 people who take part in the training activities and participants can also understand all the material explanations well and feel satisfied and pleased that the material matched the needs of the participants in developing their business. The supporting factors for this training can run well, there is support from the village government and the enthusiasm of UMKM players to take part in the training. While the inhibiting factor, namely the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic condition, resulted in the PKM activity process having to be carried out through an online system and the level of knowledge of some UMKM players who really did not understand the use of internet technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Ready Mix PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Cabang Pangkep, dimana teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisi SWOT (Strength, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats), Peneliti juga mencari tahu seperti apa strategi pemasaran Ready Mix PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Pangkep dengan menggunakan rumusan strategi pemasaran yaitu strategi segmentasi pasar (segmentation), strategi target pasar (Targeting), dan strategi posisi pasar (Positioning). Selain itu peneliti juga mencari tahu bauran pemasaran dari Ready Mix PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Pangkep, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini ialah Ketua Seksi penjualan Ready Mix PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Pangkep, Karyawan Seksi penjualan Ready Mix PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Pangkep dan konsumen Ready Mix PT. Prima Karya Manunggal Pangkep. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
