Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product completeness and pricing on consumer purchasing decisions at the Nano Store in Bandung District during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of descriptive quantitative research, while the data used is primary data collected through questionnaires to 110 respondents and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product completeness and pricing on consumer purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the R Square value of 0.608, which means that product completeness and pricing have an effect of 60.8% on purchasing decisions and the remaining is 39.2. % influenced by other variables outside the independent variables studied. In this research, it can also be seen that simultaneously product completeness and pricing have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, which means that the more complete the product provided and the better the pricing, the higher the level of purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Seeing the current situation and conditions, the presence of an epidemic that is in the spotlight of the world and is feared by everyone, namely Covid 19. Where people rush to stay at home so they can avoid this deadly outbreak. In Tasikmalaya there is a change in behavior shown from people who used to only buy goods offline so that people can see these items firsthand, the Covid Pandemic is the reason why there is a change in people's behavior. Today we are introduced to a technology that helps people to be able to buy a product or food without direct contact, namely by using a Shopee E-commerce, changes in shopee consumer behavior have been analyzed for the correctness by processing data using SPSS Version 22 by making a questions made on Google Forms by taking a sample, namely the City of Tasikmalaya, the area of ​​which is the city that has a change in behavior, especially in Shopee E-Commerce. This factor has been proven by the existence of a reference group factor and a status role factor that makes a change in behavior towards Shopee E-Commerce consumers in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

Currently (2021), the world is being hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Almost all sectors are affected, not only health. Restrictions on community activities have an effect on business activities which in turn have an impact on the economy. because of that all started using digital media to carry out their activities. Likewise, fulfilling daily needs as much as possible is done online which causes changes in consumer behavior in e-commerce. This study aims to determine whether there has been a change in consumer behavior, and how the behavior of Shopee consumers changed during the Covid 19 pandemic in Bandung. The research method used is descriptive method and quantitative approach. By using survey research by distributing questionnaires. This study found 5 factors that influence changes in shopee consumer behavior in Bandung, Indonesia

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of product line strategy on consumptive behaviour. This research case study was conducted on active POLBAN students for the 2019-2022 class. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method where primary data is the source of this research. Primary data was collected from G-Forms questionnaire distribution data distributed to 110 respondents. Primary data has been obtained and analyzed using a data processing validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test, and correlation analysis. Data analysis was obtained by simple linear regression. This data processing was processed using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the product line strategy has a 5.55% influence on consumptive behaviour in online transactions (e-commerce). The magnitude of the proportion is a positive and significant influence. The larger the strategic product line, the higher the consumptive behaviour.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information encourages students such as Generation Z to enter the world of digital literacy, which is expected to make good use of it, especially in entrepreneurship. Hence, this study aims to determine the effect of Digital literacy on the entrepreneurship intentions of students majoring in Business Administration at Bandung State Polytechnic. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative questionnaire measuring instruments. The number of respondents involved in this study was 311 students majoring in Business Administration at Bandung State Polytechnic. Then, for data analysis using SPSS v.20 by examining the validity and reliability test, and a simple regression analysis test. The results of the data analysis explain that Digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students majoring in Business Administration at Bandung State Polytechnic.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) influence student buying interest in Greater Bandung, Indonesia. Respondents in this study came from vocational students and university students in Greater Bandung who have used social media. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using statistical analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation tests, and normality tests. The sample in this study amounted to 115 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google Forms. The results showed that key opinion leaders have a significant effect on buying interest, which means that key opinion leaders can influence the buying interest of students in Greater Bandung, Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of implementing e-commerce on purchasing decisons on the MSME in Bandung, Indonesia. The research methodology used was descrptive quantitative, with primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents who implemented e-commerce. Data analysis involved descriptive, correlation and simple regression approaches. The findings of this research show that the application of e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the SMEs scale.

Abstract

E-service quality is an essential factor influencing customers' decision to repurchase in e-commerce. In practice, many e-commerce companies cannot provide fast service when customers experience problems or have questions. Therefore, this research needs to be carried out to prove that online service quality influences repurchase interest. The quantitative descriptive method was used in this study. Furthermore, this study analyzes how e-service quality affects customers' decisions when repurchasing. Validity and reliability tests, normality tests, and simple linear regression analysis were conducted on data from 103 Bandung State Polytechnic students. Data collection is done through links in social media or G-Form. The research results show that the seven dimensions of electronic service quality significantly influence repurchase interests. This shows that raising the caliber of electronic services increases customers' desire to repurchase, particularly with Shopee Indonesia's online marketplace. This research discusses repurchase interest among vocational school students based on the quality of electronic services they perceive and confirms the seven dimensions that have been identified. This research also has implications for marketing management practices to create more innovation, especially improvements in electronic services for sustainable business continuity.

Abstract

Companies use various methods to create efficiency in production. One of them is creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production flow. This is done to adapt to technological developments and changes in consumer tastes. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partner companies engaged in the fashion sector, information was obtained that they needed a production flow SOP. On this basis, a production flow SOP was created. There are eight work steps in making it, starting from identifying the goals and objectives of the SOP, collecting information, collecting the SOP format, determining the SOP format to be created, writing the SOP, reviewing and revising, testing and finalizing. Based on work steps in making and using existing equipment, a production flow SOP was produced. The survey results prove that the implementation of the SOP has an impact on increasing efficiency in production and increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kantor atau perusahaan adalah tempat di mana pekerja menjalankan tugas-tugas agar memenuhi tujuan perusahaan. Maka dari itu, lingkungan kantor memiliki potensi risiko yang dapat memengaruhi keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja. Hal ini didukung dengan data BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dimana pada tahun 2020 tercatat 221.740 kasus kecelakaan kerja. Jumlah ini meningkat pada tahun 2021 dengan 234.370 kasus, dan sepanjang Januari hingga November 2022 tercatat sebanyak 265.334 kasus. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerja di berbagai sektor, termasuk pekerja kasar, pekerja kantoran, atau karyawan lainnya, menghadapi risiko kecelakaan kerja yang signifikan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berfokus pada penyusunan dan implementasi SOP P3K di Hotel X yang berada di Kota Bandung yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Juni 2024 hingga 23 Agustus 2024. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya penerapan SOP yang komprehensif, pelatihan P3K yang berkesinambungan bagi karyawan, partisipasi aktif manajemen dalam penyusunan kebijakan P3K, serta evaluasi rutin untuk mewujudkan lingkungan kantor yang aman, sehat, dan terjamin untuk seluruh pekerja.
