Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competence of observers towards the transformation of education in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency. The lack of optimal observers in carrying out the main tasks of quality control of the PAUD and Dikmas programs, limited time to obtain opportunities to improve competence, limitations in the types of training for observer functional positions that can reach the dimension of space and time as well as the variety of profiles and characteristics of observers are some of the problems that exist in observers. Specifically, this service aims to: 1) describe the planning of training activities for observer functional positions towards educational transformation in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, 2) describe the implementation of training activities for observer functional positions towards educational transformation in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, and 3) describe the evaluation of training activities for observer functional positions towards transformation education in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The results of the service show that the training activities begin with the planning stage by conducting an analysis of the identification of training activities, including the tools that must be prepared in the training activities, namely preparation, human resources, such as participants, resource persons, and other parties involved, infrastructure, guidelines for the implementation of training in planning training activities for observer functional positions towards educational transformation in non-formal education units in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The implementation stage of training activities is the implementation of the plan that has been prepared related to the training implementation model, approaches, strategies, methods, techniques and media used in the activity, as well as the time and place of the training. The evaluation stage is a stage to find out the extent of success in activities at the planning and implementation stage of the training activities, including reflecting on activities, distributing evaluation instruments and processing the results of the evaluation. Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar bilingual berbasis sains bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan bahan ajar yang mengintegrasikan bahasa Inggris dan ilmu pengetahuan alam di SDN 3 Sekuro. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan bilingual dan kontekstual secara bersamaan. Kegiatan ini mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan melalui survei awal, pelatihan berbasis praktik, serta simulasi pengajaran menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan strategi pengajaran bilingual oleh guru, terutama dalam penggunaan bahasa Inggris dan penerapan konsep sains secara kontekstual. Selain itu, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengajar bilingual serta memperkuat keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pengajaran. Namun, tantangan terkait variasi kemampuan bahasa siswa memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam menerapkan pengajaran bilingual berbasis sains.

Abstract

The group of Tempe craftsmen at Paguyuban Palju Bersinar is currently continuing despite the obstacles they face, such as unstable raw material prices, unstable selling prices, and the production of various foods from Tempe such as Tempe chips is also not optimal. This is because production is still done manually, thus affecting the production amount. So far, the focus is only on Tempe production, so there is a need for alternative solutions that can help members of the Tempe craftsmen to survive and increase their income. It is hoped that the use of a Tempe cutting machine can help craftsmen, especially in making Tempe chips, so that they get better production. The goal to be achieved from this community service is to empower people using cutting and frying tools, so that after training the craftsmen are able to produce their own Tempe chips and increase production quantities, ultimately they are able to sell their products more widely. There were 24 participants in this activity who were members of the Plaju Bersinar Association. The methods used were delivery of material, direct practice and training as well as pre-test and post-test evaluation, and monitoring. This activity showed that the participants were quite enthusiastic and gained knowledge and skills in using cutting and frying machines.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In social life, of course, every individual will try to fulfill their life needs, one of which is educational facilities and clean water provision. In an effort to meet the needs of the community, they have independently formed community organizations that operate in the field of non-formal education and clean water supply groups. However, in operational activities there are problems or obstacles that hinder the progress of the institution.The problems faced by these social institutions are:1. Management aspect of organizational management, which does not yet have an ideal organizational structure, governance, financial recording, risk management so it is difficult to develop.2. Aspects of legal legality, as a legal entity to oversee the activities of the social institution.Based on the problems found, we see the need to provide assistance through an organizational management approach consisting of HRM, Operational Management, Financial Management/Financial Recording and forming a legal entity that oversees the social institution. So that the community institution has a strategic plan and good management and has a legal entity that oversees the development of the community institution which has an impact on the benefits that are increasingly felt by the surrounding community. Abstract

Berbelanja online menjadi trend bagi masyarakat Indonesia, kardus paket dan kemasan dari produk tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi sesuatu yang lebih berharga. Tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mampu memanfaatkan dengan baik dari pengelolaan bahan daur ulang tersebut. Disinilah dibutuhkan kreativitas dari masyarakat khususnya orang tua tersebut untuk merubah bahan daur ulang tersebut menjadi sesuatu yang lebih bermanfaat. Salah satunya adalah membuat alat permainan edukatif (APE) yang berguna untuk stimulasi perkembangan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman, memotivasi, dan memfasilitasi orang tua agar terampil membuat APE dari bahan daur ulang dan melakukan aktivitas stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini secara tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan, serta praktik mandiri dengan menggunakan buku panduan stimusasi perkembangan anak usia dini agar mandiri dan terampil. Hasil dari kegiiatan pengabdian ini pretest dengan nilai 51,06% dan postest dengan nilai 88,80% menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman orang tua mengenai pengasuhan dan aktivitas stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini menggunakan bahan daur ulang meningkat. Selain itu terlihat partisipasi peserta yang hadir antusias ikut serta dan bertanya dalam mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat, karena tema yang disajikan relevan dengan kebutuhan orang tua.

Abstract

Local cultural literacy with character is currently lacking a place in society. The language used does not describe and reflect the area in which an area is located. This service aims to describe and disclose community data on the linguistic landscape and the tendency to read and write in the community, train the community in reading and writing in the community so that they can foster interest in reading and writing, compile literacy into an agro-tourism-based book both print and through online media, as well as describe responses to reflections on activities that have been carried out to provide input and action on literacy village model activities that have been carried out. The service model that is carried out is the APTE Model (Needs Analysis, Training, Action, and Evaluation). The results of the service carried out, namely the people's reading and writing interest is good but still lacking in availability and sales activity. Likewise, with illiteracy, only 9.6% of those who are still illiterate also occur in older people. The linguistic landscape that the research team found in Tapak Gedung Village is generally found in public spaces both outside and inside buildings. The linguistic landscape generally concerns the nameplate of a building (school name, office name, mosque name, name, signage in the form of advertisements and posters (health, hygiene, environmental advertisements), and activity announcements or activity banners. APTE Model (Needs Analysis, Training) , Action, and Evaluation) can foster interest in reading and writing in the Tapak Gedung community. The output of this training is agro-tourism literacy that is produced which is called online/website and print. Based on this community service activity, this activity is very well done so that it has an impact on increasing reading and writing culture of the linguistic landscape of the Tapak Gedung community with the presence of Tabatage Unib.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia pendidikan saat ini menuntut guru harus beradaptasi dengan teknologi dan digitalisasi, hal tersebut menuntut guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam mengintegrasikan literasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dengan baik guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang optimal bagi siswa agar memiliki kesiapan menghadapi era digital saat ini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjutuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) di kalangan guru sekolah dasar. Pengabdian ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif TPACK bagi guru-guru di sekolah dasar di SDN Mekaraharja II Kecamatan Talaga Kabupaten Majalengka. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan TPACK guru setelah pelatihan, yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya kemampuan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran serta pemahaman guru terhadap konsep pedagogi dan konten. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi sekolah dasar lain dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) mendorong tercapainya Pendidikan yang berkualitas dan merata. Pemerataan Pendidikan sebagai wahana membangun kecakapan hidup bagi masyarakat Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan. Disisi lain, penduduk Indonesia menjadi pengguna sosial media terbanyak dengan presentase lebih dari 80% dari total jumlah populasi penduduk di Indonesia. Hal ini mejadi peluang nyata dalam pemerataan Pendidikan melalui konten-konten edukasi yang dapat diakses melalui sosial media. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk menghasilkan para pendidik yang dapat menghasilkan konten-konten edukatif. Melalui konten edukatif yang dipost melalui media sosial akan memberi dampak positif dalam peningkatan kecakapan hidup masyarakat. PKM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan, kegiatan dilaksanakan berbasis Platform Digital Pedagogi.id yang merupakan hasil riset. Khalayak sasaran dari pelatihan ini adalah pendidik dan calon pendidik anak usia dini di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil presentase ketuntasan belajarnya dari total 184 peserta. Hanya 159 peserta yang mengakses kursus hingga final test. Dari 159 peserta tersebut rata rata ketuntasan belajarnya diatas 80%. Dengan presentase peserta yang lulus program kursus sekitar 85%. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan PKM ini kemampuan pendidik dalam mebuat konten edukatif meningkat signifikan dan dapat berdampak pada upaya mencapai tujuan berkelanjutan (SDGs) di Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bukan sekedar menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan atau membangun infastruktur saja namun juga membantu masyarakat menjadi lebih baik secara fundamental dan mampu pengelola perubahan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan budidaya cacing tanah serta pengolahan cacing menjadi produk bernilai tinggi berupa serbuk cacing. Selain meningkatkan kualitas produksi, kegiatan ini juga mencakup pengenalan strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan teknis budidaya cacing tanah, proses pengolahan menjadi serbuk cacing yang berkualitas, serta workshop pemasaran digital. Program ini diimplementasikan di KWT Mekar Tani, Desa Cibodas, Lembang, dengan pendekatan partisipatif untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan anggota KWT dalam produksi dan pengemasan serbuk cacing yang higienis dan bermutu tinggi, serta kemajuan signifikan dalam pemanfaatan media sosial dan platform e-commerce untuk menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan KWT Mekar Tani tetapi juga menjadi inspirasi bagi kelompok tani lainnya dalam mengembangkan produk lokal dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Abstract

RW 021 is in the Baktijaya sub-district area, Sukmajaya, Depok. This RW area is located approximately 5 km from the Jakarta State Polytechnic campus. This area consists of 10 RTs, with an average number of 120 families per RT. The problem faced by RT 021 residents is that they do not have a building or meeting room for community activities. Until now, RW 021's activities have been taking place in residents' homes. These activities include posyandu, PKK activities, counseling and other activities. Due to the absence of these facilities, residents' activities are hampered. The location for the RW 021 Building is already in the RT 06 area. However, until now there has been no funding to start building the building. To help the residents of RW 021 build the building, assistance was provided to the residents as well as applying the results of research on SCC concrete with blended cement to create the footing foundation for the office building. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance and apply the results of research on SCC concrete with blended cement to make the f footing foundation for the building that meets RW 021, Baktijaya, Sukmajaya, Depok. The method used to achieve the above goal is to provide assistance to residents in making footing foundations using SCC blended cement concrete mixture. The result of this activity was the construction of the entire footing foundation for the RW 021 office, in accordance with the plan drawings
