Abstract

The implementation of madrasah diniyah takmiliyah (MDT) is very dynamic in its history, established before this country was not born until now it still exists in the midst of community life and has contributed a lot to the nation as an institution that concentrates on Islamic studies. Although it has been established for a long time, madrasah diniyah has only recently received recognition from the government through the issuance of Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system and also the issuance of Government Regulation No. 55 of 2007 concerning religious education and religious education. This study examines local government policies related to the implementation of madrasah diniyah takmiliyah as part of the implementation of these two government policies. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, which is a method used to identify, verify and classify relevant data findings into discussion themes. The result of this study is that the policies that have been established by the government have not fully guaranteed the vital role of the government (central and local) towards the implementation of education in madrasah diniyah, the lack of government attention is one of the reasons for the lack of development of MDT until now. In some regions, there is a policy to integrate MDT into formal schools, this aims to increase the role and existence of MDT and affirm its role as an Islamic educational institution that produces religious and characterized graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether teacher competence is able to mediate madrasa heads and infrastructure on the quality of education. This study uses a quantitative approach, which consists of two exogenous variables of madrasa heads and infrastructure, one endogenous variable of education quality, and an intervention variable, namely teacher competency. The data obtained is primary data obtained directly from the respondents by dividing the questionnaires among the respondents. The research instrument used a Likert scale of 1-5, while data analysis used SEM diagram analysis which was processed using Amos Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study show that teacher competence is able to mediate madrasa heads and infrastructure on the quality of education through teacher competence. These results indicate that teacher competence is able to mediate exogenous and endogenous variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of post-pandemic blended learning in elementary schools at Jabodetabek. We know that for two years, learning has always been done with a remote system using the e-learning method. In the new normal era, learning began to be integrated with a blended system, namely a combination of face-to-face and remote. There are also those who mean combining two methods, namely conventional methods, and e-learning. The method used is a survey research method with a descriptive approach, where researchers identify the uses of blended learning in learning and conduct management analysis of the application of blended learning at the MI/SD level after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in 2021 in the Jabodetabek area. The instrument used is a questionnaire supported by theory and observations. In the research results obtained from 186 respondents, 82% stated that the application of post-Covid 19 blended learning in elementary schools was still relevant. So the researchers concluded that blended learning is a new method of learning. Class is not the only place for learning, teachers can do learning anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Under normal conditions, learning is carried out directly face-to-face. During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning is online via the internet network. Online learning during the Covid-19 era was something new, experiencing various obstacles and problems. This research aims to determine the planning, constraints, and efforts to implement learning in the PAI Study Program UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh during the Covid-19 period. The methodology that the writer uses is field research and laboratory research. The research results can be concluded that PAI lecturers' learning planning during the Covid 19 period was by making an RPS (Semester Learning Plan) form. The obstacles faced are constraints on the ability of lecturers to master digital media or IT and internet network regulations that are difficult or often not good so that learning sometimes cannot be carried out. Problems with laptop facilities, mobile phones need more capacity and facilities. The campus's online learning facilities or systems at the start of Covid 19 were sometimes problematic due to economic constraints for delivering data or internet packages. For internet network problems, lecturers look for internet networks on campus, in cafes, or with hotspots. For obstacles to mastery of applications and learning strategies, lecturers try to seriously learn on online learning applications or platforms by independently or taking part in training made by the campus and asking colleagues.
