Abstract

The assessment conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic reflects the low knowledge and understanding of parents in assessing learning in ECCE. Learning that was originally in school was transferred to learning at home, which creates difficulties for parents, especially in relation to filling out assessment forms during the learning period at home, and most parents carry out subjective assessments during the learning period at home. The assessment from parents has not been based on the reality that happens to children, this will certainly have a major impact on the communication of children's learning assessment results. The purpose of this activity is to broaden parents' knowledge and understanding and balance parents' and teachers' opinions on ECCE learning assessment. The method used in this activity is an adult approach, specifically through training. There were 39 participants who participated in this activity. This training material explains how to assess learning in ECCE, how to create an assessment format, and how to complete the assessment format. The results of the test analysis showed that parents' knowledge and understanding of ECCE learning assessments increased by 53.33%. The participants' knowledge and comprehension score, which was initially 35.64%, increased to 89.48%. This indicates that this training was successfully carried out to increase parents' knowledge and understanding of ECCE learning assessment.

Abstract

Team collaboration, commonly known as team building, is an essential aspect in the era of Society 5.0. Through collaboration, team members can create effective communication and cooperation. One way to train team building is through outbound programs. However, outbound programs are still not well known among PE teachers. Therefore, through this community service activity, the community service team offers a solution to introduce outbound programs while providing a means for teachers to develop their innovation and creativity. The program is titled "Training on Creating Outbound Team Building Programs for High School PE Teachers in the City of Kupang." This activity was attended by 20 teachers from various high schools in Kupang. The results of this activity include: 1) PE teachers gained new insights into various outbound programs that can enhance team building, 2) PE teachers practiced various outbound programs firsthand, gaining valuable experience, and 3) By the end of the activity, PE teachers were able to design outbound programs to enhance team building. In conclusion, the PE teachers acquired new skills in designing outbound programs that can improve team collaboration. As a result, PE teachers can organize outbound programs for students through intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Sistem dinamik adalah sebuah metode analisa masalah dengan memodelkan sistem dengan faktor utama adalah waktu. Model ini kemudian dikembangkan untuk mengkaji sistem pada bidang sosial, kesehatan, teknik, dan lingkungan. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model sistem dinamik pada sistem yang ada di bidang fisika, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran. Pada paper ini, akan digambarkan beberapa contoh sistem dinamik pada bidang fisika seperti hukum kedua Newton dan persamaan gerak linear pada partikel.

Abstract

The implementation of Village-Owned Enterprises has not been fully implemented by all villages in Indonesia in accordance with Law No. 6/2014. This activity intends to provide training for managers of Village-Owned Enterprises in Uiasa Village, Semau District, Kupang Regency. Data collection methods are Focus Group Discussion (FGD), unstructured interviews. The results of the activity show that the management of resources carried out by the Uiasa Village-Owned Enterprises is not optimal so that assistance will be carried out to strengthen the organizational structure and accelerate the potential of the economic sectors it manages.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at SMP Negeri 9 Kupang to improve teachers' ability to implement varied learning reflections. Based on survey results, 50% of teachers mastered learning reflections well, 35% had sufficient mastery, and 15% were lacking. This issue arose due to the lack of intensive training and guidance on diverse reflection methods. The aim of this activity was to provide in-depth training to teachers, enabling them to apply learning reflections more effectively. The method used was participatory training, involving hands-on practice in applying various reflection techniques. The results indicated an improvement in teachers' ability to creatively use reflection methods, leading to better learning quality. In conclusion, this training successfully helped teachers master more varied reflections, contributing to enhanced student achievement through a higher-quality learning process.

Abstract

The learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Kupang is still teacher-centered, making students less motivated to learn. Teachers also rarely use technology-based learning media. Learning media must be packaged as attractively as possible so that students can easily understand the material. Therefore, the right teaching material that can support student learning according to current developments is Android-based mobile learning. The lack of variety in the media shared is not solely the teacher's fault, but because teachers are not optimizing technological developments. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out training in developing teaching materials based on Android applications at SMP N 3 Kupang. . The method for implementing this service consists of an initial survey to measure teachers' initial understanding regarding the development of interactive teaching materials based on Android applications, then planning the development of interactive teaching materials based on Android applications. Implementation activities include: Explanation/Coaching clinic, Training and practice in developing interactive teaching materials based on applications Android, data analysis and finally evaluation or reflection. Based on the evaluation results of this activity, there were 80% of teachers who mastered this material.

Abstract

Dalam upaya menstimulasi perkembangan anak, buku cerita bergambar merupakan media yang sangat penting untuk digunakan. Diharapkan semua Lembaga PAUD perlu memiliki buku cerita bergambar sebagai salah satu jenis media yang digunakan dalam layanannya. Namun hal ini tidak sejalan dengan kenyataan yang ada di lapangan. Banyak Lembaga PAUD yang minim akan buku cerita bergambar bahkan ada pula yang tidak memilikinya. Kreativitas guru dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran di PAUD sangatlah penting. Dengan keterbatasan yang dialami oleh para guru PAUD dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran dinilai berdampak negatif dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Pelatihan pembuatan bukucerita bergambar untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru merupakan solusi tepat yang ditawarkan. Dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini penyampaian materi dan praktek langsung menjadi metode yang ditempuh. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas bahkan pengetahuan peserta sekaligus menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa buku cerita bergambar yang dapat langsung dimanfaatkan oleh peserta.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pengembangan Soal Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di tingkat sekolah dasar. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dasar guru dalam mengembangkan soal berbasis HOTS dengan empat materi pokok Perbedaan Soal LOST dan HOTS, Prinsip-Prinsip HOST, Teknik penyusunan soal berbasis HOTS, Teknik analisis butir soal HOTS dalam penilaian proses yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Beitaus, Kecamatan Raihat, Kabupaten Belu. Metode pelatihan meliputi pemaparan teori, pelatihan pengembangan soal HOTS, dan diskusi, evaluasi terhadap hasil observasi selama pelatihan. Ukuran keberhasilan dilihat dari perbandingan pretest dan posttest. Hasil menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan kompetensi setelah pelatihan dimana peserta mampu membedakan Soal LOST dan HOST, serta mampu mengembangkan Soal dan melakukan analisis soal berdasarkan prinsip dan Teknik analasis soal berbasis HOTS.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu para guru-guru sejarah yang ada di Kota Kupang agar memilki kemampuan yang cukup dalam menyusun modul ajar Sejarah sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu guru dapat meneliti implementasi pembelajaran Sejarah dalam Kurikulum Merdeka serta dapat menuliskan artikel penelitiannya. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi serta refleksi. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru MGMP sejarah se-Kota Kupang. Pemberian materi dalam kegiatan ini berkaitan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar Sejarah sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka; dan melakukan simulasi penggunaan modul ajar dalam pembelajaran Sejarah di Kelas. Hasil yang diharapkan dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dimana kemampuan guru yang cukup dalam menyusun modul ajar sejarah dalam pembelajaran serta dapat meneliti implementasi pembelajaran sejarah dalam kurikulum Merdeka serta dapat menuliskan artikel penelitiannya. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa hal antara lain: a) Penerapan kurikulum merdeka yang mewajibkan terciptanya pembelajaran yang menarik bagi peserta didik serta mendorong peserta didik untuk kreatif, b). Tuntutan kurikulum Merdeka yang memberikan keleluasaan bagi guru untuk melakukan pengembangan modul ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, c) kenyataan di sekolah, guru belum memahami dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan modul ajar.

Abstract

Sebagian besar guru di NTT belum memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dan mempublikasikannya. Begitu juga dengan guru-guru SDK Santu Yoseph Noelbaki Kabupaten Kupang. Kemampuan ini membantu guru untuk memperbaiki permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kelasnya dan mempublikasikannya agar dapat diketahui oleh orang lain, sekaligus sebagai media berbagi pengalaman dalam penelitian. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDK Santu Yoseph Noelbaki Kabupaten Kupang secara luring dalam bentuk pendampingan penulisan proposal. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 29 orang dari target 20 orang. Peserta kegiatan berasal dari SDK dan SMPK Santu Yoseph Noelbaki Kabupaten Kupang. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan dengan tahapan penyajian materi tentang PTK, penulisan proposal, pelaksanaan PTK, penulisan laporan PTK, penulisan artikel dan publikasi artikel. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah para guru memiliki pehamanan yang cukup komperhensip terhadap PTK, mampu menghasilkan proposal PTK, mampu melakukan PTK dan mampu melakukan publikasi karya ilmiah pada jurnal nasional.
