This study aims to examine the effect of budget participation on the performance of conditional factors (organizational culture, motivation, and leadership style). Performance tested was the performance of government officials in North Lombok regency. Specifically, this research examines the influence of budget participation on the performance, as well as the effect of budget participation on the performance of the organizational culture, motivation, and leadership style as a moderating variable. The research was conducted by survey by distributing questionnaires to officials directly involved in the budgeting process, the three officials in each of the regional work units (SKPD). The questionnaire can be used amounted to 93 questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) The results showed (1) budget participation has positive influence on the performance of government officials; (2) moderate the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and The leadership style moderating influence of budget participation with the performance of government officials

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance (GCG) pada kinerja Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) serta untuk menguji apakah budaya tri hita karana (THK) memoderasi pengaruh tersebut. GCG diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner mengenai lima prinsip GCG yaitu transparency, accountability, respostibility, independency, dan fairness. Budaya THK diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner mengenai tiga aspek THK yaitu parahyangan, pawongan dan palemahan. Kinerja LPD diukur menggunakan CAMEL yang diperoleh dari laporan LPLPD Kota Denpasar per Desember 2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh GCG pada kinerja LPD adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan untuk menguji apakah budaya THK memoderasi pengaruh GCG pada kinerja LPD digunakan moderated regression analysis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa GCG berpengaruh positif pada kinerja LPD, dan Budaya THK memperkuat pengaruh GCG pada kinerja LPD di Kota Denpasar.

The aim of this study is to understand the influence of the service quality for the student satisfaction and loyalty. To keep compete on the path, IOB should maintain the good service quality to its students, in order to gain the loyalty from its students. Therefore, with the good quality services, IOB could stand on the competition. Respondent of this study are the active IOB students, with age minimum 17 years old and maximum 35 years old. The total respondent for this study is 104 respondents, using the purposive sampling technique, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the data analysis tool. The result of this study showed that the hypothesis put forward entirely acceptable: 1) service quality has positive and significant impact on student satisfaction, 2) service quality has positive and significant impact on student loyalty, 3) student satisfaction has positive and significant impact on student loyalty. Managerial implication from this study is the management of IOB should have regular evaluation for its service quality, and also perform correction and improvement to reduce students complains, in order to increase the student satisfaction and loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of CSR disclosure of expenses on the market performance of companies listed on the BEI and examine the differences in market performance of financial and non-financial companies that revealed the expenses of CSR in BEI. The population in this study are the financial and non financial companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling method that used is purposive sampling method. The samples consisted of 11 financial companies and 18 non-financial companies. Analysis technique used is simple linear regression test and independent sample t-Test. The test results show there is a significant negative influence between the disclosure of CSR expenses with market performance of the companies listed on the BEI. Also found that there are differences in the performance of financial markets and non-financial companies that disclose their CSR expense.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship of demographic variable and cultural with complaints behavior of star hotels guest in Bali. Respondents in this study are 60 foreign guests and 60 domestic guests. This research uses consumer demographic and hofstede’s cultural dimensions to investigate the differences of foreigner and domestic complaining behavior. The analysis techniques used were various statistical methods such as frequency distribution, crosstab analysis and chi-square test. The result showed that from demographic variable, foreign guests with high income tend to make public complaint while domestic guests with low and medium income are likely to engage with private complaint. Meanwhile, from cultural dimension perspective, guests with low power distance, in an individualism culture and low uncertainty avoidance are tend to take public complaint while guests with high power distance, in a collectivism culture and high uncertainty avoidance are tend to take private action.

This study examined the effect of job involvement on job performance and organizational commitment as mediation. This study involved 135 respondents and using saturated sample which take all employee become a respondents. Likert Scale is used as a balanced assessment questionnaires and using validity and reliability for testing questionaires. The analysis tool in the research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) which using a variance-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) as well as to test the mediating variable VAF to testing. Result of study found that job involvement has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job performance at Defense of Ministry. Organizational commitment has positive influence on job performance at Pusat Keuangan and organizational commitment as Partial mediation proved directly affect the relationship between job involvement and job performance. can be given to the Defense of Ministry is increasing attention to the dimensions of salary, normative commitment, and discipline work as dimensions that have bad perception

The main objective of the company is to maximize wealth for shareholders. One way to achieve this goal is to improve the profitability of the company. All the company's resources should be utilized as much as possible in order to obtain profitability. Liquidity, solvency and asset turnover are part of the resource which can have a durect impact on corporate profits. In improving the efficiency of the company to generate the expected profit, Investor can see from the side effects of ratios of the company on profitability. The more efficient ratios used by the company, the higher profitability can be achieved. This study aimed to determine the effect of the policy of liquidity, solvability and asset turnover on profitability in the campany Supermarket Leader in Dili Timor-Leste in 2009 - 2013 period. This research was conducted in Leader Supermarket, and data used in this study were the financial statements of the balance sheet and income statement for 5 years from 2009 - 2013. The data analysis technique used was the technique of multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables (Liquidity, Solvency of turnover Assets ratio) on the dependent variable (profitability). The results showed that 1) Liquidity had no significant positive effect on profitability; 2) Solvaability had no negatively significant effect on profitability; 3) Turnover assets had positive or significant effect on profitability. 4) Liquidity, solvability, and Asset turnover partially had a significant effect on profitability. Profitability of the company demonstrates excellences in business competition where the is higher the level of profitability of the company's performance the better. Working capital policcy is badly needed to achieve a competitive advantage so that the potential investor who want to invest in the company Supermarket Leader in Timor-Leste should consider variable of working capital those providing high profitability.

The phenomenon underliying of the research is realization of capital expenditure at the Regional Secretary of Gianyar Regency is disproportionately distributed due to the tendency of the realization that significantly increases toward the end of fiscal year. Using the method of transcendental phenomenology of Husserl, the researcher explores the meaning and essence that become the cause of the phenomenon. This approach states that the phenomenon can only be observed by those who experienced the phenomenon. In order to determine the cause of the phenomenon originally, the researcher seek information from numbers of informants who are directly related to the phenomenon.The information obtained is then elaborated through epoche proces, until it reaches the core of the phenomenon. The result of epoche process is that budget planning is the main factor causing the temporal distribution at capital expenditure becomes disproportionate and tend to be concentrated at the end of fiscal year.

The purpose of this study is to compare the share portfolio performance of SMEs in the Indonesian, Chinese and Indian capital markets based on the Sharpe Index and to learn the significance difference of the average of portfolio performance between the three capital markets. This study used historical data of stock prices of SMEs and the interest rate of the central bank of Indonesia (BI Rate), China (PBC base interest rate) and India (RBI repo rate) in the period of January 2014 through January 2015. Purposive sampling method is the sampling technique used to obtain a total sample of 15 stocks of SMEs. The findings show that the share portfolio performance of SMEs based on the Sharpe index in Capital Market of Indonesia and China is better than the performance of composite index and the performance of A-list share index in respective capital market, while in Indian Capital Markets the share portfolio performance of SMEs is better than the performance of the A-list share index but still below the performance of the composites index. Statistically based on one-way ANOVA, the difference of the average of SMEs portfolio performance between the Indonesian, Chinese, and Indian capital market, is not significant.

The organization’s goals will be achieved if supported by human resources who have high commitment of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The research is aimed to know the influence of organizational commitment and job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior (Studies on Tourism Vocational High School teachers Triatma Jaya Badung. Population in this research are 39 responden that work as teachers at Tourism Vocational High School Triatma Jaya Badung. Primary data was taken from respondent. Multiple Regression Analysis methode was used for hypothesis analysis as well with SPSS version 13.0 was used as software application. The result showed that (1) Organizational commitment gave significant positive effect toward organizational citizenship behavior (2) job insecurity gave significant negative effect toward organizational citizenship behavior. Suggested for further research in other to boarden the scope of research into multiple location such as Tabanan, Singaraja and Semarang and separating respondents into each position group, and examines the influence of organizational commitment and job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior in Tourism Vocational High School teachers Triatma Jaya.
