Abstract

The aim of this study is determine how profitability mediating the effects of the company's growth and capital structure to Corporate Social Responsibility. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample was conducted by purposive sampling method and then the number of samples is 37 companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory from 2013 until 2015. Data analysis by path analysis technique with SPSS 23 software. The results of this study showed that: (1) the company's growth and capital structure had positive and significant impact on CSR. (2) the company's growth and capital structure had positive and significant impact on profitability. (3) profitability had positive and significant impact on CSR. (4) profitability is able to mediate the effect of company's growth and capital structure on Corporate Social Responsibility significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh skeptisisme profesional, etika, tipe kepribadian, kompensasi, dan pengalaman pada pendeteksian kecurangan. Kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan dapat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh auditor, baik karakteristik personal auditor maupun karakteristik dari luar personal auditor. Salah satu karakteristik personal yang mempengaruhi pendeteksian kecurangan adalah skeptisisme profesional yang dimilik oleh seorang auditor. Karakteristik personal lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi pendeteksian kecurangan adalah etika, tipe kepribadian, dan pengalaman. Selain itu kompensasi merupakan salah satu karakteristik dari luar personal auditor yang mempengaruhi pendeteksian kecurangan. Kelima karakteristik tersebut tentunya akan berpengaruh pada bagaimana kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan. Kajian teoritis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori atribusi. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu auditor yang pernah melakukan audit investigatif dan pernah ditugaskan dalam pekerjaan lapangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 orang auditor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Instrumen penelitian telah lulus uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Model regresi juga telah lulus uji asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan skeptisisme profesional, etika, kompensasi, dan pengalaman berpengaruh positif pada pendeteksian kecurangan, sedangkan tipe kepribadian tidak berpengaruh pada pendeteksian kecurangan.

Abstract

The reward satisfaction is the point determinant towards continuance commitment and employee's desire to leave the organization. This research has aims to determine the influence of reward satisfaction and commitment continuance with the desire to leave from the organization. Apply with 103 samples from 138 non-paramedic employees in the General Hospital in the city of Denpasar. The Data Analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using smart PLS. The results of the research Showed that reward satisfaction had a significant influence positive effect to the continuance commitment and significant negative to the employee's desire to leave from the organization. Thereby, continuance commitment has a significant negative influence to the employee's desire to leave the organization. The implication of this research is to reduce the level of employee's desire leave from organization to increase of reward satisfaction and then continuance commitment will increase.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the level of consumer satisfaction grand market, and (2) differences in the level of consumer satisfaction views of social demography. Determination of the sample using a two-stage sampling method of judgment, respondents 200 people, with the 22 indicators measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis, cross tables and Chi Square test. Results showed not all consumers are satisfied, judging from the number of levels of suitability value less than 100 persen. The big difference in satisfaction based on demographic characteristics. Improved by optimizing the satisfaction indicators have a low percentage of satisfaction levels. Based on demographic characteristics, preferential treatment to consumers, male, age more than 30 years, low levels of education, and work. The difference in behavior is not expected to reduce the behavior of previous behavior towards consumers who are already satisfied. Abstract

Product quality and brand reputation are factors that determine customer satisfaction and loyalty in determining which products will be purchased or used so that product quality and brand reputation are key to the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality to customer satisfaction brand Indomie instant noodle products in Denpasar, to determine the influence of the brand's reputation for customer satisfaction brand Indomie instant noodle products in Denpasar, and to determine customer satisfaction to customer loyalty brand instant noodle products Indomie in Denpasar. The population in this study are all Indomie instant noodle product users in the city of Denpasar. The sample scarried out by non-probability sampling techniques. The samples used as many as 160 respondents. The research data is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using Likert scale. Research hypothesis testing using SEM analysis techniques with tools AMOS. The results showed that: product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, brand reputation and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Based on these results, the reputation of the brand Indomie instant noodles to note with regard to the benefits perceived by the customer, maximizing marketing through advertising and promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of service quality and fairness of the price of the trust, determine the effect of trust on satisfaction and loyalty relationship with patient inpatient hospital Dharma Kerti. The population in this study were patients who never felt inpatient services at hospitals Dharma Kerti. The sample was 175 respondents using purposive sampling sampling technique. Data processing and hypothesis testing in this study used analysis techniques Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS 16 and SPSS Statistics 17.0. The results showed that 1) Quality of service is significant positive effect on confidence, 2) Fairness price significant positive effect on trust, 3) Belief significant positive effect on satisfaction, 4) Customer satisfaction significant positive effect on loyalty. Recommended to the Management of RS Dharma Kerti always strive to maintain and improve service quality, especially aspects of responsiveness, reliability and empathy, so it can be featured on the service in the hospital.

Abstract

Economic growth is a change in the level of economic activity that lasts from year to year. An economy is said to be experiencing a change in its development if the level of economic activity is higher than that achieved in the previous period. For that research conducted in the province of Bali from 2004 to 2015. As stipulated in Law No. 10 of 1998, which meant the bank is an entity that collects funds from the public in the form of savings and channel them to the public in the form of loans and or shape other-shape in order to improve the standard of living of the people (Kashmir, 2008). Thus, the bank is part of a financial institution intermediary function that bridges the benefit of the excess funds (depositors or creditors) and those who need the funds (the borrower or debtor). To improve and Economic Growth and Total Total Credits can be pursued through the interest rate, Consumer Price Index and the exchange rate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi terhadap return saham, risiko sistematis dan profitabilitas sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive dan jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Indonesia Capital Market Directory dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. (2) risiko sistematis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. (3) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. (4) inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko sistematis (5) inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Risiko sistematis dan profitabilitas tidak memediasi pengaruh inflasi terhadap return saham.

Abstract

Budget formulation as the first dimensions of budget cycle, has an important role to maintain. A lot of issues will be grow up related to budget priority, objectives, outcomes, and regulation as long as formulation expenditure policy in allocating recources. The study purpose is to explain about the steps in making project cost estimation especially on the stages of budget formulation at the executive budget process. There is a formulation of construstion cost compenent which is regulated by Public Work Minister Rule No.45/PRT/M/2007. Case study of two construction projects budget in Public Work Agency of Tasikmalaya Regency generate some result that the the early estimation cost of proposal in RKA/DIPA is acceptable regarding to its construction cost, but others have to be revised, related to planning cost, supervision cost, and management cost.

Abstract

The aim in this study is to determine the effect of economic growth and local regional revenue on the quality of human resource development and poverty levels, and to determine the effect of economic growth and local regional revenue on poverty levels through the quality of human resource development in districts / cities Bali province. Data collection methods used in this study are observation methods and use secondary data. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that economic growth and local regional revenue had a positive and significant effect on the quality of human resources and economic growth and local regional negative and significant affected the level of poverty and economic growth and local regional revenue had a negative and significant influence on the level poverty through the quality of human resource development in the districts / cities of the Province of Bali.
