Abstract

This research highlights the management of the Kedung Gede Lenteng Agung Tourism Village as an effort to empower local communities in the Ciliwung area, with a focus on success factors. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the contribution of tourist villages in community empowerment. The urgency of the research lies in understanding how the management of the Kedung Gede Lenteng Agung Tourism Village has become an instrument for local community empowerment which has the potential to impact the local economy, preserve culture and improve welfare in the Ciliwung area. The research location is in the Kedung Gede Lenteng Agung Tourism Village, South Jakarta, as a specific context that is relevant for understanding community empowerment efforts through tourism villages. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, allowing in-depth analysis of tourism village management and its success factors. Primary data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation, while secondary data came from literature studies which included books, journals and internet sources related to the research topic. The research results show that active community participation has a central role in the successful management of tourist villages as an effort to empower communities in the Ciliwung area.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Telaga Saat's promotional strategy. Telaga Saat is located in Tugu Utara, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. This research focuses on the importance of the role of promotion in introducing the Telaga Saat destination to visitors, with an emphasis on the BAS method (Branding, Advertising, and Selling), in increasing the number of tourist visits to the Telaga Saat Puncak destination. The research involved analyzing the effectiveness of various promotional campaigns, including branding approaches to strengthen the destination image, advertising strategies to raise awareness and selling techniques to convert interest into actual visits. The research methods used included direct observation, social media monitoring, interviews with management, and document analysis. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to understand how the role of promotion has an impact as a whole to increase visits to a destination. Branding activities have not been realized because the manager focuses more on selling and advertising. In conducting publications using paid media techniques, owned media, social media, endorse (POSE) and succeeded in increasing the number of tourist visits. The results provide an in-depth insight into the positive impact of the BAS method in increasing tourist visits to Telaga Saat Puncak. The findings in this study can help tourism actors to improve promotional strategies especially in branding, advertising and also selling to increase awareness and encourage visits to this destination.

Abstract

The researcher chose the title The Role of Ciliwung River School Management in Tourism Sustainability because he wanted to see the role of MAT PECI in the accessibility management system to create sustainable tourism at the Ciliwung River School. The obstacle is the infrastructure of the Ciliwung River School, namely accessibility to the Ciliwung River School, so researchers want to know the sustainability of tourism which will impact the environment and local communities. Ciliwung River School is located on Jalan. Current No. 99 Ex. Srengseng Sawah District. Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with SWOC analysis. The research results show that well-planned and implemented management for the community plays a vital role in the Ciliwung River School which can increase awareness of the surrounding community and the sustainability of tourism. Based on the results of this research, the management of the Ciliwung River School applies the concepts of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling to increase location accessibility and ensure a positive visitor experience. This research aims to analyze the role of management at the Ciliwung River School for tourism sustainability.

Abstract

Community participation is an indicator of success in community-based tourism. A tourism destination must include local communities to create mutually beneficial cooperation and synergy. Kometa Archery is one of the destinations in the Condet tourist village, because of its uniqueness, namely as an archery tourist attraction located on the edge of the river so the atmosphere is very cool and shady. Kometa Archery implements community participation, so that it has a positive impact on improving the economy of the surrounding community. This research aims to analyze the management system and community participation at Kometa Archery Condet. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method to get a complete picture of the Kometa Archery management system, so in this research the researcher uses primary data and secondary data obtained from field observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. Then analyze the data results using the SWOC analysis method. The research results show that Kometa archery has a good management system and involves community participation in developing the destination.

Abstract

Leadership not only focuses on directing people to achieve desired results, but also involves understanding work motivation, establishing a positive organizational culture, and improving the performance of organizational members. Effective leadership can improve the motivation and performance of organizational members while establishing a positive work culture. Conversely, leadership that lacks support can lead to a lack of morale and ineffective organizational behavior. The implications are critical to the success and continuity of an organization. The case study method was used in this research to investigate in depth how specific leadership styles influence work culture, motivation, collaboration and performance at Kemberin . This approach provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing and interpreting the data obtained. The purpose of this research is to understand how leadership impacts work culture, motivation, collaboration and performance at Kemberin. It is expected that the results of the study can provide a deep understanding of the importance of the role of leadership in shaping effective patterns of behavior in the organizational environment. The strategic implications of the research findings are expected to help improve organizational performance and efficiency in the Ministry of Industry as well as make a positive contribution to the understanding of leadership concepts globally.

Abstract

This research analyzes the tourism destination marketing strategy by Instagram social media in Dinas Pariwisata South Tangerang City. The urgency lies in the increasing influence of social media in promoting tourist destinations This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research was conducted at the South Tangerang City tourism office and six tourist destinations, using interviews, questionnaires, observations, and literature searches. The method applied is descriptive qualitative with the SOSTAC approach assisted by SWOT analysis. The research results show that the strategy is considered good, but the lack of content uploads and interaction with followers reduces its effectiveness. This strategy aims to introduce South Tangerang City as an attractive destination on Instagram. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide insights for tourism marketing practitioners to enhance destination promotion strategies through social media.

Abstract

This research discusses the potential of community-based tourism and management strategies for the Komunitas Peduli Ciliwung Kedung Sahong (KPC Kedung Sahong) tourist destination. The destination was established during the COVID-19 pandemic and focuses on environmental conservation, community empowerment, and sustainable services to tourists. Despite achieving significant progress, challenges such as the lack of facilities and government support persist. The research aims to understand the participation of the local community in destination development, environmental sustainability, and local economic empowerment. The concept of potential for community-based tourism is applied in developing the KPC Kedung Sahong tourist destination in South Jakarta. The potential includes local resources, tourist attraction development, community participation, and sustainable improvement and development. Community-based tourism allows active participation of the local community in destination management and development. The research uses a qualitative method with a SWOT approach to evaluate destination development's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The article discusses the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the KPC Kedung Sahong Tourist Destination in South Jakarta, emphasizing the involvement of the local community. The research also highlights the importance of periodic evaluations to ensure the sustainability and success of the community-based tourism concept. Abstract

This research is entitled Reward and Punishment System at Alfamart Said Sudirman. This research was conducted to examine the implementation of reward and punishment systems at Alfamart as one of the main players in the minimarket industry in Indonesia. The location of this research was conducted on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, Sahid City Complex, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. With a focus on the effectiveness of these strategies in motivating employees and managing rule violations, this study aims to provide an in-depth picture of Alfamart's efforts in maintaining employee performance amid fierce competition. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research, involving observation and interviews with HRD Alfamart to obtain the information needed to compile research. The results showed that Alfamart implemented a reward strategy in the form of rewards for employee achievements and punishment in response to violations of rules. The conclusions and suggestions provided emphasize the importance of communication, transparency, and periodic evaluation in the implementation of both strategies.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing indicators that can have a significant impact on employee performance in the organizational environment of PT Idea Indonesia Tbk. The main focus involves several aspects such as work environment, work motivation, and management support as key elements that play an important role in shaping and influencing employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods to determine how much influence the variable (X), namely performance indicators and variable (Y), namely company employees at PT Idea Indonesia Tbk. The data obtained was analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. As such, this study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the dynamics involved in improving employee performance. The results of research on performance indicators on employees have an F-test obtained F count of 3, 540 which states that all variables significantly affect the dependent variable (employee).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Marketing Mix at the Bojong Karnival tourist attraction to increase Visiting Interest. This research data uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis with the IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of this study show that the identified marketing mix on Bojong Carnival tourist attractions has been implemented. Marketing mix that has been implemented are products, prices, places, promotions, physical evidence, people, and processes. The IFAS Matrix shows a scor 3,06 from the total strength-weakness factors, while the EFAS Matrix shows score 2,92 from the total opportunity-challenge factors. The scors from the IFAS Matrix is used as the x and the value from the EFAS Matrix is used as the y in the IE Matrix which shows the marketing mix of Bojong Karnival located in cell IV, described as Growth and Build. SWOC matrix shows that Bojong Karnival's position is in Quadrant 1, which means it is in a strong position and has opportunities. The Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Challenge matrix is used as a tool to create a development model for marketing mix strategies by looking at 4 alternative strategies, SO Strategy, WO Strategy, SC Strategy, and WC Strategy to increasing interest visiting in Bojong Karnival.
