Abstract

This research entitled “Human Resource Management at Mie Gacoan Jatiasih” wants to know how the human resource management system in Mie Gacoan Jatiasih. The purpose of the research is to find out the human resource management system at Mie Gacoan Jatiasih. The research was conducted on Jl. Wibawa Mukti, RT03/RW08, Jatiasih, Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative, with a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOC analysis. Data collection through field observations, interviews with resource persons, and previous research for reference in this study. The result of the research is that the management of Human Resource Management at Mie Gacoan Jatiasih has not been optimal in its development. The company needs to conduct further supervision related to employee performance must be in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, because according to the results of observations that the human resources of Mie Gacoan Jatiasih still have not reached the standards provided by the company, especially in terms of customer service which will affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The title of this research is the identification of facilities in Bogor City Square as an indicator of visitor satisfaction. Research on the identification of facilities in Bogor City Square as an indicator of visitor satisfaction has a significant impact on the management and development of these tourist destinations. In the era of fierce competition in the tourism industry, a deep understanding of the factors that influence visitor satisfaction is the main key to the success of a tourist attraction. This research directly contributes to efforts to improve service quality in Bogor City Square, which in turn can increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the destination. The place of this research is in Bogor City Square. The research method uses qualitative research. The data used are primary and secondary. The results showed that the diversity of facilities, involving a variety of attractions, activities, and services, provides a richer tourist experience and suits the needs of various visitor segments. Such diversity proved to be a key factor in creating an inclusive atmosphere and flexibility for visitors to customize their visit. The diverse facilities in Bogor City Square make a positive impression and motivate visitors to plan repeat visits and give positive recommendations to others.

Abstract

Tourism has an important role in the Indonesian economy, including in Bogor which has attractive natural tourism potential. One of the natural tourist destinations in Bogor is Curug Leuwi Hejo in Cibadak Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. This study aims to examine the experience of tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo and analyze the 5A strategy carried out by the manager to improve the tourist experience. The research method used is qualitative with observation techniques and interviews with tourists. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative and SWOC analysis. The results showed that Curug Leuwi Hejo has the potential for natural attractions that attract tourists. In addition, the manager has also provided adequate accommodation for tourists. However, there are limitations in infrastructure development and destination promotion. Therefore, a more optimal development strategy is needed to improve the tourist experience in Curug Leuwi Hejo. In conclusion, this study provides guidance for destination managers, government, and local communities in optimizing the 5A strategy for Curug Leuwi Hejo tourism development. Further research can be carried out with different methods and instruments to obtain more accurate results.

Abstract

Organizational culture and work environment are important factors that must be implemented by a company, because it can improve employee performance. The object of this research is an organization at Cosmo Amaroossa Hotel, South Jakarta, Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative, with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Data collection was conducted by interviews and direct observation. The formulation of this research problem is how the organizational culture and work environment at Hotel Cosmo Amaroossa. The purpose of the study is to provide insight into the importance of organizational culture and work environment in the company, as well as its impact on company operations. The results showed that organizational culture at Hotel Cosmo Amaroossa, such as teamwork, focus on service quality, innovation and change, good communication, employee engagement, skills training, and involvement in the community had a significant impact on employee motivation, performance, and well-being. The working environment implemented by this hotel also makes employees more comfortable to work and creates harmonious relationships and solidarity between employees.

Abstract

Digital marketing by utilizing websites can have a significant impact, such as improving their brand image, reaching a wider audience, and expanding the target market. The purpose of this study is to identify the website as Labuan Bajo Super's digital marketing tool. This type of research is qualitative, with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Data collection was carried out by observing the Labuan Bajo Super website and taking the necessary data in this study. The result of the study is Labuan Bajo Super making good use of the website as their marketing medium. Labuan Bajo Super provides complete information, such as displaying information on tour packages offered, Labuan Bajo Super contact information, and more.

Abstract

Indonesia is very rich in natural tourism potential (ecotourism), one of which is natural tourism in conservation areas. Bogor Botanical Garden is an ex-situ conservation area that has long been used by the wider community as a tourist attraction and in many countries, Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the most popular tourist destinations because it presents a panoramic view of natural landscape architecture. The research entitled "Application of the 4A Concept in the Development of Bogor Botanical Garden Tourism" focuses on the 4A concept, namely Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary services. This type of research is qualitative, using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Data collection is carried out by means of field observation, interviews, and literature studies. SWOT analysis was also used in this study, to identify the strengths and opportunities of Bogor Botanical Garden, and determine strategies to reduce weaknesses and challenges. The results showed changes in the management system of Bogor Botanical Garden. By analyzing the 4A concept, this study seeks to provide recommendations for the right development strategy for KRB, so that it can develop better and the vision of Bogor Botanical Garden can be achieved.

Abstract

Facebook is one of the largest social media platforms in the world, by offering various features that can be used for the promotion of products or services from a company. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze promotional strategies carried out by Gunung Rinjani National Park through the use of Facebook social media. This type of research is qualitative, with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and taking data from Facebook social media accounts belonging to Mount Rinjani National Park, the data taken included photos and videos posted on Facebook. The results showed that Gunung Rinjani National Park implements effective and efficient promotion strategies through the use of social media such as Facebook. This destination implements various promotional strategies such as, sharing interesting visual content, holding competitions, organizing educational activities, and disseminating information

Abstract

This research is motivated by the covid-19 pandemic which has a major impact on the tourism sector and recovery efforts are needed to increase the number of tourist visits after the covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to analyze the tourism potential and development of kedung gede tourist village as covid-19 in the post-pandemic and the benefits felt by the surrounding community from the development of kedung gede tourist village itself. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to get a complete picture of Kedung Gede Tourism Village with the analysis method used is SWOC analysis. Primary and secondary data obtained came from observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies, such as journals, books, reports. The results of research conducted using SWOC provide several strategies such as: 1) Reviving local traditions periodically to create an attractive tourism attraction. 2) Increase the number of homestays and improve their quality standards in order to become an attractive and quality tourist attraction. 3) Building a unique tourism identity by developing a distinctive icon of Kedung Gede Tourism Village that is different from other tourism villages, 4) Building a network of cooperation with government and private agencies to get support in procuring and improving tourism support facilities and improving road accessibility to the tourism village.

Abstract

This research discusses the uniqueness of the tourist destination at Curug Cilember as a mainstay destination. Cilember Waterfall is located in Megamendung, Cilember Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. Officially operating since 2000, Curug Cilember Megamendung has an attraction in the form of seven beautiful and natural waterfalls, with the height of the waterfall, the width of the water flow, the beauty of the surrounding scenery, various recreational activities that can be done with the family, ease of transportation and travel routes. to be accessed by private vehicles and public transportation, so it can be indicated as a mainstay destination. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with local people, and document analysis. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to fully understand the natural beauty of Curug Cilember. The aim of this research is to identify the uniqueness and other potential of Curug Cilember Megamendung including biodiversity, surrounding environment and attractiveness. The research results show that all the beauty of Curug Cilember is able to make it a mainstay destination and can be perfected again with a tour package and overcoming challenges that may occur in managing travel patterns to maximize opportunities for tourist comfort, making Curug Cilember a mainstay destination that must be visited.

Abstract

In an effort to restore environmental sustainability and the socio- economic needs of the community, as a natural ecology, the riverbank area is a natural area that must be protected, with the benefit of being a tourist destination, which can attract visitors, to realize the preservation of the natural environment, and increase the per capita income of the community Around the riverside area (ecoriparia ), it is necessary to plan appropriate natural tourism destinations. To make this plan, of course, requires high intellectuals but still maintains the relationship between humans and their gods, so that the development and development of the area is carried out without reducing the meaning of environmental interests, where the interests of nature conservation become commercial areas. For this reason, an in-depth analysis is needed to make the "Tourism Ecoriparian Concept- Ciliwung ", which can be used as a mainstay natural tourist destination to improve the economy of the people in the Ciliwung Ecoriparian area. in order to maintain local wisdom on the one hand, improve the economy on the other.
