Abstract

The succession process certainly has an important impact on the sustainability of the family business. However, in the process there are several obstacles caused by friction on harmony between family members in a family business. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of family harmony and succession in several family business companies, and to find out how much influence family harmony has on succession in a family business. The object of this research includes three family businesses which are Azka Loundry, Payung Geulis and Kelom Geulis. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive verification approach. Quantitative data were obtained using linear regression techniques. The population of this study was 35 people. This study uses a saturated sample where the population size is the same as the sample size. Estimated results in this study indicate that family harmony has a positive influence on family business succession. This research also provides insight into maintaining family harmony to achieve successful succession in the family business.

Abstract

Leadership succession in a family business is the process of transferring leadership from predecessor to business successor, this process involves preparing a successor who will take over leadership and be responsible for the family business. Ineffective succession planning will not be able to make a successor in accordance with company goals that will cause the company to fall. This study aims to determine the effect of successor readiness on the sustainability of family business. With the object of research of students of the Indonesian University of Education, Tasikmalaya Campus. This study used quantitative methods, with a descriptive approach and journal analysis related to sustainability factors in family businesses. Based on the results of the study, there are allegations that successor readiness has a positive effect on the sustainability of family businesses and provides useful insights on how families can improve family business sustainability through successor readiness.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and evolving market dynamics, family businesses play an important role in the economy. The sustainability of family businesses often depends on their ability to innovate and compete effectively. Creativity is considered the key to gaining an edge in tough business competition. To analyze the influence of family business creativity on business competition. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive verification approach to collect and analyze data. Quantitative data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to family members involved in the family business. The object of this research is a company owned by Geulis Umbrella Craftsmen in Tasikmalaya City. These family companies were chosen to see business creativity in facing market competition. The results of this study show that business creativity has a major influence on family business competition, with competition as a significant mediator in this relationship. It is hoped that this research's implications will provide insight into the importance of business creativity in helping family businesses compete in traditional and modern markets.

Abstract

The importance of delivering financial education digitally has grown along with the digitization of society and the economy in Indonesia, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic began to hit. Digitalization of financial education allows public authorities to reach a wider audience and increase the impact of financial literacy programs on various parties, one of which is for MSME entrepreneurs. This study aims to apply digital financial education for MSME entrepreneurs in order to increase financial knowledge as part of financial literacy that can help keep MSMEs running (sustainable development). The research method used is a quantitative method with the research subject of MSME entrepreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya. The financial education provided for MSME entrepreneurs consists of materials on the Use of Financial Services, Business Financial Management and Planning, Risks and Dependents, and Financial Landscapes which are delivered digitally through the delivery of materials and online assistance using the zoom application. The results showed that digitizing financial education was able to increase the financial knowledge of MSME entrepreneurs in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Abdimas ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan literasi mengenai pentingnya manajemen resiko perkembangan pengelolaan Koperasi di Kabupaten Karawang. Kondisi saat ini, sebagian koperasi masih dapat berjalan dengan baik, namun sebagian yang lain kurang dapat berkembang dengan baik, sebagian bermasalah, bahkan ada beberapa koperasi yang sudah tidak aktif lagi. Undang-undang telah mengamanatkan bahwa koperasi perlu lebih mengembangkan diri dan bekerja untuk menjadi lebih solid. Sesuai dengan hal tersebut, ada resiko yang mengintai koperasi yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian, yang mungkin terjadi dari bisnis yang dijalankan. Sehubungan dengan itu kami selaku pihak yang konsern terhadap perkembangan ukm dan koperasi mengambil inisiatif memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya pengelola koperasi memahami manajemen resiko dalam menjaga stabilitas operasional bisnis koperasi di Kab. Karawang. Diharapkan dampak dari sosialisai ini, akan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pengelola koperasi mengenai pentingnya memahami manajemen resiko.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu jenis penelitian yang bertujuan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, mengsintesis dan menggambarkan implementasi digital mareting yang telah dilakukan oleh UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya selama pandemi Covid-19. Terdapat 97 UMKM di Kota Tasikmalaya yang dijadikan sample penelitian. Data diambil menggunakan teknik FGD, kuesioner dan observasi. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SWOT, STP dan bauran pemasaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi Digital marketing yang diimplementasikan oleh UMKM di kota Tasikmalaya selama pandemi covid 19 merupakan strategi yang yang mengadaptasikan produk-produk UMKM berdasarkan SWOT, STP, dan bauran pemasaran. Digital marketing telah membantu UMKM untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan pasar perubahan perilaku konsumen dan juga kebijakan pemerintah. Ada 4 Digital marketing yang digunakan oleh UMKM di kota Tasikmalaya selama pandemi covid 19 di antaranya: sosial media marketing search engine optimization, content marketing, dan affiliate marketing. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk menganalisis dampak Digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM di kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the loyalty of Almeera Hijab consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research model in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method, namely the researcher describes and describes the data obtained from the research results then the conclusion is drawn to determine the marketing communication strategy that is in Almeera Hijab. The results of this study are whether or not in the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, consumer loyalty can still be maintained, even if it does not rule out the possibility of adding new consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely to find out the general description of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability at Almeera Atelier and determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on profitability at Almeera Atelier. The object of this research is Almeera Atelier. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive and associative approaches because of the variables that will be examined in relation to it and its purpose is to present a structured picture. The results of this study have an influence in the implementation of CSR on increasing profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to  to find out how to implement the social business model for the Mie Qta business. Mie Qta is a business in the FB (food and beverage) industry that has been established since 2018 and is located in the South Tangerang Region. Mie Qta's initial business model is a general business model that has been widely used by other businesses. Mid-2020 Mie Qta began to remodel its business model into a social business model that started with a collaboration with one of the fundraiser communities in Jakarta (Goodsforgood) to raise funds for medical personnel treating COVID-19 victims. Seeing the planning of Mie Qta in implementing the Social Business Model Canvas, it is necessary to do research on the social business model that aims to find out how to implement the social business model for the Mie Qta business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to the influence of social media marketing through Instagram on consumer purchase decisions of Lokanata Coffee the City of Tasikmalaya. The object of this research is Lokanata Coffee which is located on Jl. AH Nasution No. 297b, Cipari, Kec. Mangkubumi, Tasikmalaya City. The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the general description of social media marketing, (2) To find out the general description of purchasing decisions, (3) To determine the effect of social media marketing on consumer purchasing decisions of Lokanata Coffee. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a google form with a Likert scale. The regression coefficient value is 0.776 so that the influence of social media marketing on consumer purchasing decisions for Lokanata Coffee is positive or influential. The significance value of social media marketing is 0.00t1 0.05 and tcount ttabel (9.867 1.986) so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
