Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality on Caluellathelabel consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative data analysis involving 72 samples, namely consumer of Caluellathelabel. The result of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between product quality (X) on purchasing decision (Y). This is known by conducting a t-test which states there is positive correlation or significant influence between product quality on purchasing decision at Caluellathelabel through shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy used by A.M Production House in increasing sales volume during the Covid-19 outbreak. The research used in this case is qualitative experimental research, that is, research that does not use calculations or is termed scientific research that emphasizes the natural character of the data source. The sampling method used was nonprobality sampling method, namely purposive sampling. Samples are taken based on certain predetermined criteria. The data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by means of directional interviews with A.M Production House owners and direct observation in the form of unstructured observations. Secondary data were obtained from previous journals and sales reports. The results of this study A.M Production House has a marketing communication strategy in increasing sales volume and which has been adjusted to this pandemic. so that sales can take place and experience an increase, and this research indirectly complements the previous research.

Abstract

This study's goal was to determine the overall impact of entrepreneurship education on the students at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi's interpersonal communication abilities. The issue identified by this study is that students lack interpersonal communication skills, which deters them from starting their own businesses. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. This research uses descriptive quantitative and verification methods. The data collection technique in this research is the questionnaire method as the main method using google form and supported by the documentation method. The general description of entrepreneurship education is in the low category with a percentage of 100%, and the general description of interpersonal communication is in the medium and high category, with a medium percentage of 17% and a high category of 83%. This study explains that there is an effect of entrepreneurship education on the interpersonal communication skills of SMA Negeri 1 Parigi students so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This is explained based on the results of the t test with a calculated t value of 11.17 t table with a value of 1.99006, with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study indicate that the variable of entrepreneurship education in explaining interpersonal communication is 61%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction in the Islamic Education Service Business (Pondok Pesantren). The approach in this study is a quantitative approach, the data source used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents via google form, secondary data, namely information from related agencies and literature studies as well as various journals and research reports related to the research topic. The results of this study are Service Quality has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction in the Islamic Education Service Business (Pondok Pesantren) at the Esalama Female Dormitory of Cipasung Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is currently an interesting topic in academic discussions because it is considered a solution for a country's economic development. However, the entrepreneurship ratio in Indonesia is currently still very low, reaching 3.47% of the total population of Indonesia. This figure is still lower than neighboring countries such as Singapore 8.76%, Thailand 4.26% and Malaysia with 4.74%. One area of entrepreneurship that is expected to encourage the business ecosystem in Indonesia is the field of technology entrepreneurship. Technopreneurship itself refers to entrepreneurial practices that focus on the development and application of innovative technology. It involves the process of creating, developing, and marketing technology-based products or services. Currently, the concrete step that is most likely to be taken is entrepreneurship. For this reason, a business development model is needed that is adapted to the needs of the technology entrepreneurship ecosystem in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the differences in students' creative thinking ability using the Problem Based Learning Method in prakarya and entrepreneurship subjects, the object of this study is class X SMA Plus Merdeka Soreang students. The method used in this study is a pseudo-experimental method or Quasi Experiment. The results of this study are differences in students' creative thinking ability using the Problem Based Learning Method in craft and entrepreneurship subjects in the Covid-19 Era.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to explain study of entrepreneurial values in social enterprise Misteripang. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to examine the entrepreneurial values that exist in the Social Entrepreneur Misteripang. The variables in this study are entrepreneurial values in the Social Entrepreneur Misteripang which consist of being independent, creative, risk-taking, action-oriented, leadership and hard work. The participant or subject of this research is the owner of the Misteripang. Methods of data collection using in-depth interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study explain that: 1) There are six main entrepreneurial values in Owner Misteripang, namely independent, creative, risk-taking, action-oriented, leadership, and hard work. 2) Finding new entrepreneurial values from Misteripang entrepreneur, namely cooperation and communicativeness. 3) Entrepreneurial values that need to be improved are action-oriented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher professional competence on student entrepreneurship competence in the subjects of craft and entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Solok, in this study using a quantitative approach, the data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data, primary data namely data which is directly obtained from respondents from filling out google forms , while secondary data comes from literature studies in the form of journals, books and laws related to research. The result of the research is that the professional competence of teachers has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial competence of students at SMKN 1 Solok.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) To find out how the general description related to content marketing and consumer purchasing decisions at the Almeera Atelier company (2) To determine the effect of content marketing on Almeera Atelier consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses 2 variables to test the effect, namely the independent variable, in this study is content marketing (X) and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions (Y). This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques involving 100 samples, namely followers of Almeera Atelier. The result of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between content marketing and purchasing decisions. This is known by conducting a t-test and one-tailed test which states that there is a positive correlation or significant influence between content marketing (X) on purchasing decisions (Y) at Almeera Atelier. This means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 44%, the rest is explained by other variables not discussed in this study, such as the influence of influencers, the use of paid advertising and others.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan memahami dampak pemberian diskon terhadap volume penjualan Mekaya_im selama satu tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi dengan pemilik Mekaya_im. Data primer yang digunakan melibatkan wawancara dan observasi, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemberian diskon oleh Mekaya_im untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan selama satu tahun dengan cara mengoptimalkan fitur-fitur yang tersedia pada aplikasi Shopee, seperti voucher dan promo toko. Selain itu, variasi metode pembayaran, termasuk COD, Shopeepay, Shopeepayletter, Seabank, COD-Cek dulu, transfer bank, dan lainnya, juga disediakan untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada pembeli dalam proses pembayaran.
