Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi latihan backhand goenrich terhadap kemampuan backhand groundstroke pada atlet komunitas tenis lapangan Unimed. Penelitian ini dilakukan di komunitas tenis lapangan Unimed yang berlokasi Jalan Williem Iskandar Pasar V No. 1589 (lapangan Tennis FIK UNIMED). Pengambilan data dimulai dari tanggal 27 September sampai 19 Desember 2023, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan melakukan tes awal (pre-test) kemudian sampel diberikan perlakukan berupa latihan backhand goenrich dengan program latihan yang telah disusun. Kemudian setelah kurang lebih tiga minggu menjalani latihan terprogram, sampel melakukan tes akhir (post-test). Analisis hipotesis yaitu, pengaruh variasi latihan backhand goenrich terhadap kemampuan backhand groundstroke pada atlet komunitas tenis lapangan unimed. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai T hitung sebesar 3,3710 sedangkan nilai T tabel sebesar 2,015. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari pengaruh variasi latihan backhand goenrich terhadap kemampuan backhand groundstroke pada atlet komunitas tenis lapangan unimed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bentuk latihan kecepatan reaksi Pencak silat melalui media sensor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa langkah penelitian: Potensi dan Permasalahan, Pengumpulan Data, Desain Produk, Validasi Desain, Revisi Desain, Uji Coba Produk, Revisi Produk, dan Uji Coba Pengguna. Pakar materi dan pakar media pertama kali memvalidasi penelitian pengembangan ini. Uji coba produk dilakukan pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Pondok Pesantren Darul Arawah, sedangkan jumlah sampel adalah sebagai berikut: Ada 14 siswa. Tes kelompok kecil 7 siswa dan tes kelompok ekstensif 14 siswa. Jenis pengumpulan data dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian, total uji kelayakan perhitungan penelitian "Pengembangan bentuk latihan kecepatan reaksi berbasis sensorik" menurut responden sebesar 91,57% dikategorikan "Sangat Layak", yang dapat diartikan bahwa produk tersebut "Sangat Layak" untuk digunakan sebagai alat bantu latihan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian juri materi, juri praktisi, dan responden uji coba produk dan penggunaan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kualitas media bantu latihan kecepatan reaksi berbasis sensorik dalam Pencak silat dikategorikan "Sangat Layak" untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a form of passing down technique skill test in a sensor-based volleyball game. This research is a research and development (R&D) research. The research steps are: Potential and Problems, Data Collection, Product Design, Design Validation, Design Revision, Product Trial, Product Revision, and User Trial. This development research is first validated by material experts and media experts. The product trial is carried out on volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Nusantara in the open field of PBVSI Deli Serdang, as many as 14 students. Small group test of 7 students, and large group test of 14 students. Type of data collection is with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results obtained from the validation results (a) material experts amounted to 98.3% categorized as very feasible; (b) 98.3% of media experts are categorized as very eligible; (c) small group trial of 86.9% of students in the very appropriate category, (d) large group trial of 91% of students in the very eligible category. The product produced in this development is a sensor and wall target application which is equipped with a user manual. This sensor tool has been declared “very feasible” to be used as a medium or means to help automatically calculate points in the volleyball underpass test. This study also finds some limitations that can be taken into consideration for further research, namely the number of samples studied is still relatively small and supporting facilities are inadequate so that there is a slight delay in taking the exam. Based on the limitations contained in this study, it is hoped that in the future partner researchers can use this research as a reference material for contributions in their research, so that perfection in technological developments in the world of volleyball is achieved.

Abstract

Background Problems: Over the past decade, research on technology in Pencak Silat has grown rapidly. However, the literature review on this topic was very limited. Research Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth systematic literature review on the role of technology in the development of Pencak Silat. Methods: Two databases (Scopus and Web of Science) were used to select articles containing information on this topic. The search was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. After the exclusion criteria, only 14 articles were categorised. Findings and Results: Results from the analysed literature showed the positive impact of various technologies on the learning of Pencak Silat and improvements in training and sporting events. The application of technologies such as interactive multimedia, Android applications, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) has been shown to improve students' understanding and achievement in understanding the basic and complex movements of Pencak Silat. Likewise, in the world of sports, technologies such as RFID, fuzzy logic, the Internet of Things (IoT), 3D motion capture, sensors, and VR have changed the way training and scoring in Pencak Silat matches were conducted. Conclusion: Technology has played a key role in improving Pencak Silat education and the sport of Pencak Silat. It has brought significant changes in the way movements are understood, training is conducted, and judgement is made. With wise use, technology continues to open up opportunities to better understand Pencak Silat and improve the quality of learning and competition.

Abstract

The urgent need for the creation of cutting-edge learning media in the context of volleyball learning served as the driving force behind this study. The main objective was to develop and validate the E-Module as an innovative learning tool specifically focused on skill development in volleyball. The research method applied was the development method with the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection was done through questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that E-Module as an innovative learning tool in volleyball can be developed successfully. This finding highlighted the important role of experts in the development of e-modules and opened up new insights into the potential of technology in supporting the learning of sport practices, especially in the context of volleyball. While the results of this study showed a positive impact, there are limitations in the context and sample of the study. Therefore, further research is needed to explore the impact of student motivation on the use of the E-Module in volleyball learning as well as generalise these findings to other sport learning contexts. This E-Module can not only be a reference for further research in the field of sports learning media development, especially volleyball, but also be recognised as an excellent product of E-Module-Based Volleyball Learning. Thus, this research contributes not only to academic knowledge but also to the practice of sports learning, especially volleyball.
