Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran Bahasa Arab yang diperuntukkan bagi siswa muslim papua di Papua Barat. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena keberadaan buku bahasa Arab yang dipelajari oleh siswa saat ini dianggap kurang memenuhi standar, baik dari subtansi isinya maupun teknik penyajiannya yang sulit dipahami oleh guru dan siswa. Buku teks pelajaran bahasa Arab yang dimaksud adalah Durûs al-Lugah al-‘Arabiyah terbitan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia 2013 merupakan buku pelajaran yang perlu dikembangkan dari segi materi, penyajian, bahasa dan grafik karena dari analisis sementara penulis, bahwa terdapat beberapa kelemahan dari aspek pemuatan materi ajar, seperti materi pembelajarannya sangat banyak, penempatan materi qirȃ’ah yang berada dibelakang, susunan kalimat yang kurang tepat, terjemahan mufradȃt/kosa kata yang kurang tepat, serta perlu ditambahkan kamus kecil atau glosarium dan daftar istilah pada bagian akhir materi ajar agar pembelajaran bahasa Arab lebih efektif dan siswa mudah memahami materi bahasa Arab. Fokus penelitian ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil kevalidan dan kepraktisan pengembangan materi ajar dalam buku teks Durûs al-Lugah al-‘Arabiyah Kurikulum 2013 Bagi Siswa Muslim Papua di Papua Barat. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil uji validasi produk pengembangan materi ajar dalam buku teks Durûs al-Lugah al-‘Arabiyah Kurikulum 2013 Bagi Siswa Muslim Papua di Papua Barat dengan nilai akumulasi 80,69% dengan keterangan “Valid” sedangkan nilai uji praktis secara akumulasi 84,92% dengan keterangan “Praktis” hal ini menandakan kevalidan dan kepraktisan materi ajar tersebut untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The majority of people in Indonesia are Muslims, with the Qur'an and al-Sunnah as their guidelines. Nowadays, the activity of memorizing the Qur'an and the memorizers of the Qur'an in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This service was carried out to provide assistance and training in memorizing the Qur'an to students who participated in the tahfiz program at Pesantren Sultan Hasanuddin so that the students were able to memorize the Qur'an. Pesantren Sultan Hasanuddin is actually not a Tahfidz al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, but the desire of the students and their parents so that this new tahfiz program emerged in the Sultan Hasanuddin Islamic Boarding School environment as a positive response from the pesantren for parents and students who want to memorize the Qur'an. This service is carried out with the method of mentoring and training to students who take part in the tahfiz program which has been stopped due to the absence of a coach who is responsible for the program. After the service was carried out, the students who participated in the tahfiz program had a very high interest in memorizing the Qur'an. This shows that the tahfiz program needs to be developed.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, proses alam dan aktivitas manusia mengubah morfologi kawasan, termasuk morfologi Delta Mahakam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas tentang perubahan morfologi Delta Mahakam berupa perubahan luas daratan dan badan air di sekitar Delta Mahakam. Proses pengolahan data ini menggunakan citra satelit Sentinel-1 secara bertahap yang meliputi preprocessing, pengolahan, dan analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat perubahan kelas yang signifikan pada musim hujan dan kemarau antara tahun 2016 hingga 2024. Perubahan signifikan tersebut mungkin terjadi akibat perubahan iklim atau sedimentasi di sekitar Delta Mahakam. Perubahan tersebut terlihat jelas pada pengolahan data yang dilakukan.

Abstract

This paper discusses educational theory. Education includes a comprehensive scope, namely the education of mental abilities, thinking, and human personality as a whole. Education of course applies to all humans without exception. Education actually does not only take place in schools. Education will start as soon as the child is born and will continue until the human dies. Education takes place in families, schools and communities. In this paper, the authors focus on discussing the theory of lifelong education and education for all. Knowing this material is important because education is an absolute necessity for human life that must be fulfilled throughout life. The main problems that the authors discuss in this paper are the theory of life-long education and education for all, the legal basis and the rationale that underlie the importance of lifelong education and education for all, and their implications in educational programs.The conclusion of this paper is that life-long education formulates a principle that the educational process is a process that must be carried out continuously, starting from birth to death and includes informal, non-formal and formal forms of learning. The rationale for the importance of lifelong education can be viewed from various aspects, including ideological, economic, sociological, technological, psychological, pedagogical, and philosophical aspects. The implications of the concept of lifelong education can be seen from several aspects related to "learning methods" and "educational models".

Abstract

This paper discusses the theory of scientific criticism for the progress and development of science. Science and technology carry out a noble mission, namely for the happiness and good of mankind. In Islam it is also taught that to obtain the good of the world and the hereafter, it is necessary to have knowledge. Therefore, science must always be guarded with a view of life that is full of religious values, so that knowledge is absolutely felt for humans. In this paper, the author focuses on discussing the theory of scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective. Knowing this material is important because the key to the success of Islamic scholarship is the spirit of criticism among Islamic scientists. The main problem that the author discusses in this paper is the definition of scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective, Islamic principles and ethics of scientific criticism, and the function of scientific criticism according to Islam. The conclusion of this paper is that scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective is a response, a correction made by humans based on scientific arguments by looking at theories or practices that are in accordance with religious (Islamic) norms. The Islamic principles regarding scientific criticism are the principle of difference of opinion, ideas or ideas, the principle that criticism is based on benefit, and the principle that criticism must be voiced even though others hate it. The ethics of scientific criticism in an Islamic perspective is that criticism must be objective, rational, intended for a truth, openly expressed, and prioritize the benefit of scientists. The function of scientific criticism according to Islam is to foster critical power, foster an attitude of openness, form an open-minded attitude, and form a laughing intellectual personality.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) is a holistic and integral educational institution, blending religious and general education. The educational process in the internship lasted 24 hours non-stop and was directly supervised by Kiai and Ustadz (pembina). Because of this, the trainees have a very significant role to play in shaping the positive character of the students, through training during the six-year education. This research is aimed at finding factors that influence the decision-making process of continuing education of Tsanawiyah to Aliyah. This research uses qualitative methods with grounded research approach. The research informants were 30 santri (student) from five Pesantren in Makassar City. The findings in this study suggest that the factors that influence Tsanawiyah's continued education to Aliyah are economic factors, personal wants, circle of friend (friendship), family wants and pesantren educational system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi metodologi penulisan dan penyajian materi dalam buku Durusullugah ‘Arabiyyah ‘Ala At-Thariqah Al-Haditsah, serta menilai kualitasnya sebagai buku teks pelajaran bahasa Arab berdasarkan teori Greene dan Petty. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, yang memberikan gambaran sistematis dan objektif terhadap isi buku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ini memuat materi percakapan, tata bahasa, dan morfologi yang disusun secara bertahap untuk mendukung empat keterampilan berbahasa: menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Dari segi bahasa, penggunaan Bahasa Arab dinilai mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Aspek penyajian materi cukup baik, meskipun tujuan pembelajaran hanya tercantum dalam buku panduan guru. Dari sisi fisik, buku dicetak dengan ukuran standar dan desain grafis yang cukup mendukung. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan, seperti minimnya ilustrasi yang dapat membantu pemahaman dan meningkatkan interaktivitas pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas buku dinilai baik tetapi memerlukan perbaikan pada aspek visual dan penyampaian materi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi penulis dan penerbit dalam meningkatkan mutu buku teks Bahasa Arab

Abstract

Al-Manfaluti expresses in his works, al-Nazarat, the problems that Egyptian society faces under the title "The Rich and the Poor". The research objective is: (1) to describe the human messages in the prose of “the rich and the poor”, (2) to describe the spiritual aspects in the prose of “the rich and the poor”. The research method employed in this article is a descriptive qualitative study, and its type is a library study. The sources of data include the prose of the rich and the poor, as well as books and scientific research related to the topic. The method of data analysis involves identifying the data, describing its characteristics, analyzing these characteristics, providing a comprehensive explanation, and extracting the results. Regarding the research results, the researcher found that the human messages in the prose of the rich and the poor consist of four types: the relationship between man and God, human relations, the relationship between man and the environment, and the relationship between man and himself. As for the spiritual aspects in the prose of the rich and the poor, they consist of nine types: the transcendent dimension it, the meaning and purpose in life in it, the mission of life in it, the sanctity of life in it, material values ​​in it, altruism in it, idealism in it, awareness of tragic events in it, and the fruit of spirituality in it.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation process of the Team games Tournament (TGT) model to enhance the interest and learning outcomes in Arabic language for students in class XI MIA I at MA Alkhairaat Kalangkangan. The study employs a mixed method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, using Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection across two cycles. Data were collected through learning interest questionnaires, achievement tests, and classroom observation. The results show an increase in learning interest from 58.04% in cycle I to 70.4% in cycle II. Meanwhile, learning outcomes improved from 63.43% in cycle I to 77.42% in cycle II, with an 88.57% completion rate. The TGT model proved effective in creating an engaging learning environment, stimulating motivation, and encouraging active student participation in Arabic language learning.

Abstract

The existing problem of OJK Circular Letter Number 3/SEOJK.04/2020 which refers to POJK Number 2/POJK.04/2013 is regarding the determination of the appropriate share price for share buybacks if it is not determined in advance through the GMS. There is still uncertainty in determining the share price for share buybacks. In market conditions that fluctuate significantly, prices change very quickly. The purpose of the research is to analyze legal protection of shareholders who disagree with the decision to buyback shares without GMS. This research is normative legal research with statute approach. The results showed that SE OJK No. 3/SEOJK.04/2020 related to share buybacks when the market fluctuates significantly refers to POJK No. 2/POJK.04/2013 which specifically regulates these conditions. Furthermore, market conditions that fluctuate significantly are when the composite stock price index on the Stock Exchange drops 15% cumulatively in a row for 3 days or other conditions determined by OJK. The absence of information disclosure obligations to Shareholders by the Company in OJK Circular Letter No. 3/SEOJK.04/2020 which refers to POJK No. 2/POJK.04/2013 and buyback decisions that do not go through the GMS mechanism results in unfulfilled legal protection for shareholders if they do not approve the decision to buyback shares and various risks that will arise from the decision. Therefore, the Shareholders' right to obtain information disclosure in the form of full and fair disclosure from the Company is not fulfilled. Therefore, the determination of the share price for the share buyback must be further elaborated regarding the determination mechanism, which will not harm the Company and Shareholders. Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam Surat Edaran OJK Nomor 3/SEOJK.04/2020 yang merujuk pada POJK Nomor 2/POJK.04/2013 adalah perihal penetapan harga saham yang tepat untuk aksi buyback saham apabila tidak ditetapkan terlebih dahulu melalui RUPS. Masih terjadi ketidakpastian penetapan harga saham untuk aksi buyback saham. Dalam kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi secara signifikan, harga berubah sangat cepat. Tujuan penelitian untuk membahas perlindungan hukum pemegang saham yang tidak setuju terhadap keputusan buyback saham tanpa RUPS. Analisis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum pemegang saham yang tidak setuju terhadap keputusan buyback saham tanpa RUPS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SE OJK No 3/SEOJK.04/2020 terkait buyback saham saat pasar berfluktuasi secara signifikan merujuk pada POJK No 2/POJK.04/2013 yang secara khusus mengatur kondisi tersebut. Lebih lanjut, kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi secara signifikan adalah ketika indeks harga saham gabungan di Bursa Efek turun 15% secara kumulatif berturut-turut selama 3 hari ataupun kondisi lain yang ditetapkan oleh OJK. Tidak adanya kewajiban keterbukaan informasi kepada Pemegang Saham oleh Perseroan pada SE OJK No 3/SEOJK.04/2020 yang merujuk pada POJK No 2/POJK.04/2013 dan keputusan buyback yang tidak melalui mekanisme RUPS menghasilkan tidak terpenuhinya perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang saham apabila tidak menyetujui keputusan untuk buyback saham dan berbagai risiko yang akan ditimbulkan dari keputusan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, hak Pemegang Saham untuk mendapatkan keterbukaan informasi berupa full and fair disclosure dari Perseroan menjadi tidak terpenuhi. Sehingga terkait penentuan harga saham untuk buyback saham harus dielaborasikan lebih lanjut perihal mekanisme penentuannya, yang sehingga tidak akan merugikan Perseroan dan Pemegang Saham.
