Abstract

Education regarding the prevention of online gambling and drugs is a crucial step in building public awareness of the dangers posed by these two phenomena. Jorong Bayang Tengah, an area with a population consisting mostly of young families and teenagers, is the focus of this prevention effort. This program aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the risks of online gambling and drug abuse, as well as strengthening community social resilience through various educational approaches. The methods used include direct outreach, dissemination of information through print and digital media, as well as interactive discussions involving all elements of society, including traditional leaders, youth and security forces. Through this activity, it is hoped that collective awareness will be created to prevent and fight the practice of online gambling and drug abuse. Initial results from this program show an increase in public understanding of the negative impacts of online gambling and drugs, as well as the emergence of community initiatives to maintain a healthy and safe social environment. It is hoped that this effort can continue on an ongoing basis, so that Jorong Bayang Tengah can become a model for other regions in implementing similar prevention programs.

Abstract

This community empowerment program is a community service program that involves students to make positive contributions, creatingsynergy between universities, students, and the community in sustainable change. Students play an active role in designing andimplementing activities that empower the community and improve their quality of life, as an implementation of the spirit of service in higher education in Indonesia. The Berkah Box Mosque in North Balikpapan is a spiritual and social center that is committed to improving the quality of life of local residents through humanitarian programs. In this context, the students of the Berkah Box Mosque become human resources who are empowered to support the goals of the foundation and programs. One of the main issues is the lack of knowledge of technology and its use as an effective promotional media for branding the foundation. Effectivepromotional media is expected to increase support from donors, who are the foundation's financial source in addition to functioning asa branding tool and providing information related to the development of the foundation, the abilities of students, and other efforts tothe wider community. Through this activity, it can be achieved an increase in the participants' understanding of the various knowledge and use of technology taught in this training, namely the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Canva Application, Capcut, and the Creation of the Berkah Box Mosque Social Website.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of academic services at Madrasah Aliyah Darul 'Ulum Ath-Thahiriyah, Paladang, Pinrang Regency. Using a qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation, this study assesses important aspects of academic service management, such as the importance of academic services, their influence on academic achievement, collaboration between related parties, and evaluations. The results show that academic service management at this madrasah includes curriculum planning in accordance with Islamic values, the development of innovative teaching methods, and monitoring student learning progress. Effective academic services can improve the quality of education at the madrasah by supporting student character development..

Abstract

The activity of fishing for the Mandar community is a tradition of their ancestors who were famous as accomplished sailors. The aim of this research is to analyze the system and mechanism of profit sharing agreements between punggawa pappalele, punggawa posasiq and sawi in fishing activities in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research reveal that the cooperation agreement between punggawa pappalele, punggawa posasiq, and sawi in Pambusuang Village has been practiced for a long time in accordance with tradition and religion. This contract is a profit sharing agreement that applies in general and has been passed down from generation to generation, so that it has become a custom or unwritten agreement among the Pambusuang fishing community. There are differences in the distribution of ratios for fish catches, this depends on the method, method or equipment used to catch fish.

Abstract

The wedding feast or yuamul farah in each tradition certainly has its distensing or uniqueness that gives birth to the characteristics of each region. The traditions carried out by each tribe of the community are certainly different from one another, one of which is the phenomenon practiced in the traditional events of the Mandailing tribe of North Sumatra which is still attached to this day is the tuor tradition in the Mandailing traditional marriage. Tuor is the name of the marriage dowry in the Mandailing customary agreement. The general description of tuor is: a man is obliged to give tuor to the woman he is going to marry. Tuor is a custom that has existed for a long time. For the people of Mandailing, the practice is as a form of preserving estavet tradition, although some of them do not know the origin of this tradition before. The author's observation on the area can be said that some people agree with the existence of this tuor tradition, but it is undeniable that there are other parts of the community who contradict the practice of the tuor because it can burden the party who will carry out the marriage. The party who feels burdened is the young man who is about to get married. Because sometimes the nominal size of the tuor results in delays in the marriage procession due to economic problems. The result of this study is that the Islamic perspective related to the tour inherited by the Mandailing community is not contradictory, because it is carried out on the basis that it both have aspects of willingness between one party and another. In addition, there is also a sense of family, agreement and also a sense of sincerity between the two sides of the family. The amount of the tuor is no longer a benchmark in Islamic considerations Because the form of the agreement between the two sides became the main foundation in establishing the tour.

Abstract

Economic growth refers to the increase in the production capacity of a country, measured by the rise in Gross Domestic Product (GDP). When the economy grows, people's purchasing power increases, which encourages further consumption and creates a positive multiplier effect. This study aims to analyze the impact of independent variables (Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Investment, and Labor) both partially and simultaneously on the dependent variable (Economic Growth) in Indonesia from 2014 to 2023. This research uses time series data on Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Investment, and Labor over 10 years. Additionally, this study employs multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical tool. The results of this study show that the variables (Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Investment and Manpower have a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The Foreign Investment variable has a significant effect while the Domestic Investment and Labor variables have no significant effect and simultaneously or together the foreign direct investment, domestic investment and labor variables have a significant effect on economic growth (GDP) in Indonesia for the 2014-2023 period.

Abstract

Kepala madrasah memiliki peran penting sebagai pemimpin yang berdampak besar pada kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan yang efektif oleh kepala madrasah tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, tetapi juga memberikan panduan yang memotivasi guru untuk menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih efektif. Kepemimpinan yang efektif di madrasah berpengaruh pada kinerja guru karena mampu mengambil keputusan, memotivasi, dan bertanggung jawab dalam mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survei untuk memperoleh data melalui kuesioner yang dijawab oleh responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan guru MI As'adiyah No. 150 Kecamatan Tokadde. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepemimpinan kepala madrasah mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Peneliti telah menggunakan uji T dan F, uji pra analitik, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan masih banyak lagi untuk membuktikannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MI As'adiyah No. 150 Kecamatan Tokadde. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo mempunyai skor hipotesis terendah yaitu 70% dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 72,1% yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. 2) Kinerja guru di MI As'adiyah No. 150 Kecamatan Tokadde. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo terendah yang dihipotesiskan adalah 75% dengan skor rata-rata 86,2% termasuk dalam kategori baik. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dan Kinerja Guru di MI As'adiyah No.150 Kecamatan Tokkade. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo, menurut hasil uji hipotesis sig. 0,504 > 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 9,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 90,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Infrastructure as one of the main supporting factors is believed to have an important role in driving economic growth, both through increasing accessibility and the quality of public services. This study aims to analyze the effect of infrastructure including roads, clean water, education, and health on economic growth in 10 districts/cities in West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) during the period 2019–2023. The method used is a quantitative approach with panel data analysis techniques, which combine time series data and cross-regional data (cross section). Data were obtained from the NTB Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and various supporting literature. The analysis was carried out using a panel data regression model with the help of Eviews 10 software. The selection of the best model was carried out through the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier Tests. Classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test) were carried out to ensure the validity of the model. The results of the study showed that clean water and education infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while road and health infrastructure did not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously, all infrastructure variables together have a significant effect on economic growth. The regression model used has an Adjusted R2 value of 0.978966, which indicates that 97.8% of the variation in economic growth can be explained by the infrastructure variables analyzed.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership of the school principal in strengthening institutional management within the Sekolah Penggerak program at SMA Negeri 5 Pinrang. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and the vice principal for curriculum affairs, and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that transformational leadership is reflected in moral exemplarity, inspirational motivation, teacher empowerment, and the cultivation of sustainable institutional values. Leadership strategies are directed toward fostering collaboration, strengthening governance, and developing a reflective culture that adapts to the Merdeka Curriculum policy. The impact is evident in the increased teacher motivation, the shift toward a collaborative learning culture, and the reinforcement of school managerial systems. This study emphasizes transformational leadership as both a moral and institutional force, offering a value-based model for strengthening school institutions amid the ongoing transformation of Indonesia’s educational landscape. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam memperkuat manajemen kelembagaan pada program Sekolah Penggerak di SMA Negeri 5 Pinrang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tercermin dalam keteladanan moral, motivasi inspiratif, pemberdayaan guru, dan penanaman nilai kelembagaan yang berkelanjutan. Strategi kepemimpinan diarahkan untuk membangun kolaborasi, memperkuat tata kelola, dan menumbuhkan budaya reflektif yang adaptif terhadap kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka. Dampaknya terlihat pada meningkatnya motivasi guru, perubahan budaya organisasi menuju pembelajaran kolaboratif, serta penguatan sistem manajerial sekolah. Penelitian ini menegaskan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai kekuatan moral dan institusional yang relevan bagi penguatan kelembagaan sekolah di era transformasi pendidikan nasional. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kurikulum Merdeka, Manajemen Kelembagaan, Sekolah Penggerak.
