Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution and comparison of Lombok Tengah Regency's Original Regional Income before and after the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This research uses quantitative methods. The location of this research is in Lombok Tengah Regency, while the research object is Regional Original Income before and after the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. The data analysis used is contribution analysis and comparison tests using the paired sample t test. The research results show that: (1) The contribution of regional taxes before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ was 25.30% and 38.27% after the Mandalika SEZ construction. (2) The contribution of regional levies before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ was 10.60% and 8.16% after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ. (3) The contribution to regional wealth management results that were separated before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ was 5.25% and 4.67% after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ. (4) Other legitimate PAD contributions before the construction of the Mandalika SEZ were 58.85% and 51.43% after the Mandalika SEZ construction. (5) There is a difference in regional taxes before and after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ with a significance value of 0.010. (6) There are no differences in regional levies, results of separated wealth management, other PAD and local original income before and after the construction of the Mandalika SEZ with significance values of 0.788, 0.896, 0.786, 0.377.

Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (LPQ) merupakan lembaga yang seharusnya tidak hanya berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan baca tulis dan hafal Al-Qur’an. LPQ harus menjadi lembaga keagamaan yang juga peka terhadap permasalahan sosial hingga peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat sekitarnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM melalui peran lembaga pendidikan al-Qur’an (LPQ) dengan upaya pengembangan koperasi syariah. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui diskusi (FGD) dan pelatihan sekaligus praktik langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan berupa peningkatan pengetahuan pengurus LPQ mengenai manajemen koperasi syariah dan peningkatan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM dalam inovasi produk jajanan. Kegiatan ini telah berjalan sesuai dengan harapan yaitu memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar melalui peran lembaga pendidikan al-Qur’an (LPQ) yang bermitra dengan UMKM.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa Aikdewa Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur mengambil model pembangunan bottom-up, pada prinsipnya untuk mencapai situasi atau kondisi yang lebih kondusif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Aikdewa Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pemerintah harus mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan masyarakat karena keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembangunan Desa Aikdewa Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur sangat tergantung dari peranan pemerintah dan masyarakat, tanpa melibatkan masyarakat, pemerintah tidak akan dapat mencapai hasil pembangunan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan pembangunan desa berbasis bottom-up di bidang pemberdayaan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan di Aikdewa Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data dengan wawancara sehingga mampu menggali lebih dalam tentang perencanaan pembangunan berbasis bottom-up. Sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi bottom-up planning sudah di terapkan di Desa Aikdewa Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Adapun 3 (tiga) proses pelaksanaan perencanaan pembangunan berbasis bottom-up dalam yaitu : 1) Identifikasi masalah di Desa Aikdewa yaitu dilakukan melalui rapat koordinasi dan Musrenbang desa berjalan dengan efektif karena 60% masyarakat hadir dalam Musrenbang Desa. Semua aspirasi masyarakat dapat ditampung dan didengarkan melalui kegiatan Musrenbang Desa. 2) Masyarakat selalu dilibatkan pada setiap proses kegiatan perencanaan pembangunan dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengutarakan usulan, pendapat, ide sudah aktif serta bantuan tenaga/materil yang diberikan masyarakat bersifat sukarela. 3) Komitmen pemerintah kecamatan dalam mengakomodasi aspirasi masyarakat dalam Musrenbang Desa sudah cukup efektif dan efisien dengan melakukan dua kesepakatan dalam memilih kegiatan prioritas, menyepakati tim delagasi dan anggaran setiap kegiatan yang diusulkan. Usulan yang diajukan ke tingkat Kecamatan belum bisa terkamodir sepenuhnya karena banyaknya usulan dari desa atau desa lain.

Abstract

Education regarding the prevention of online gambling and drugs is a crucial step in building public awareness of the dangers posed by these two phenomena. Jorong Bayang Tengah, an area with a population consisting mostly of young families and teenagers, is the focus of this prevention effort. This program aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the risks of online gambling and drug abuse, as well as strengthening community social resilience through various educational approaches. The methods used include direct outreach, dissemination of information through print and digital media, as well as interactive discussions involving all elements of society, including traditional leaders, youth and security forces. Through this activity, it is hoped that collective awareness will be created to prevent and fight the practice of online gambling and drug abuse. Initial results from this program show an increase in public understanding of the negative impacts of online gambling and drugs, as well as the emergence of community initiatives to maintain a healthy and safe social environment. It is hoped that this effort can continue on an ongoing basis, so that Jorong Bayang Tengah can become a model for other regions in implementing similar prevention programs.

Abstract

This community empowerment program is a community service program that involves students to make positive contributions, creatingsynergy between universities, students, and the community in sustainable change. Students play an active role in designing andimplementing activities that empower the community and improve their quality of life, as an implementation of the spirit of service in higher education in Indonesia. The Berkah Box Mosque in North Balikpapan is a spiritual and social center that is committed to improving the quality of life of local residents through humanitarian programs. In this context, the students of the Berkah Box Mosque become human resources who are empowered to support the goals of the foundation and programs. One of the main issues is the lack of knowledge of technology and its use as an effective promotional media for branding the foundation. Effectivepromotional media is expected to increase support from donors, who are the foundation's financial source in addition to functioning asa branding tool and providing information related to the development of the foundation, the abilities of students, and other efforts tothe wider community. Through this activity, it can be achieved an increase in the participants' understanding of the various knowledge and use of technology taught in this training, namely the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Canva Application, Capcut, and the Creation of the Berkah Box Mosque Social Website.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the management of academic services at Madrasah Aliyah Darul 'Ulum Ath-Thahiriyah Paladang District. Pinrang. To obtain data, qualitative research was carried out, using interviews, observation and documentation as well as relevant reading sources. The results of the discussion were that academic service management in madrasas is the importance of academic services, positive influence on academic achievement, collaboration, continuity and consistency, and the importance of evaluation. Madrasah is one of the Islamic educational institutions that has an important role in spreading religious knowledge as well as providing academic education to each generation and carrying out the vision and mission of the madrasah. Management of academic services in madrasas plays a key role in providing quality education, through curriculum planning that is relevant to Islamic values, developing innovative teaching methods, and monitoring student learning progress regularly. Academic services in madrasas cover various aspects, including curriculum planning in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion and the needs of students, developing innovative teaching methods to improve students' understanding and skills, as well as monitoring student learning progress regularly. At the madrasah, by asking directly, contact WA because at the madrasah the website used is still being repaired. Therefore, we can identify academic service needs holistically and design effective strategies to improve the learning experience of students and staff in madrasas. Thus, academic services in madrasas can make a valuable contribution in improving students' academic success if they are designed, implemented, and evaluated well.

Abstract

The activity of fishing for the Mandar community is a tradition of their ancestors who were famous as accomplished sailors. The aim of this research is to analyze the system and mechanism of profit sharing agreements between punggawa pappalele, punggawa posasiq and sawi in fishing activities in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research reveal that the cooperation agreement between punggawa pappalele, punggawa posasiq, and sawi in Pambusuang Village has been practiced for a long time in accordance with tradition and religion. This contract is a profit sharing agreement that applies in general and has been passed down from generation to generation, so that it has become a custom or unwritten agreement among the Pambusuang fishing community. There are differences in the distribution of ratios for fish catches, this depends on the method, method or equipment used to catch fish.

Abstract

The wedding feast or yuamul farah in each tradition certainly has its distensing or uniqueness that gives birth to the characteristics of each region. The traditions carried out by each tribe of the community are certainly different from one another, one of which is the phenomenon practiced in the traditional events of the Mandailing tribe of North Sumatra which is still attached to this day is the tuor tradition in the Mandailing traditional marriage. Tuor is the name of the marriage dowry in the Mandailing customary agreement. The general description of tuor is: a man is obliged to give tuor to the woman he is going to marry. Tuor is a custom that has existed for a long time. For the people of Mandailing, the practice is as a form of preserving estavet tradition, although some of them do not know the origin of this tradition before. The author's observation on the area can be said that some people agree with the existence of this tuor tradition, but it is undeniable that there are other parts of the community who contradict the practice of the tuor because it can burden the party who will carry out the marriage. The party who feels burdened is the young man who is about to get married. Because sometimes the nominal size of the tuor results in delays in the marriage procession due to economic problems. The result of this study is that the Islamic perspective related to the tour inherited by the Mandailing community is not contradictory, because it is carried out on the basis that it both have aspects of willingness between one party and another. In addition, there is also a sense of family, agreement and also a sense of sincerity between the two sides of the family. The amount of the tuor is no longer a benchmark in Islamic considerations Because the form of the agreement between the two sides became the main foundation in establishing the tour.

Abstract

Economic growth refers to the increase in the production capacity of a country, measured by the rise in Gross Domestic Product (GDP). When the economy grows, people's purchasing power increases, which encourages further consumption and creates a positive multiplier effect. This study aims to analyze the impact of independent variables (Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Investment, and Labor) both partially and simultaneously on the dependent variable (Economic Growth) in Indonesia from 2014 to 2023. This research uses time series data on Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Investment, and Labor over 10 years. Additionally, this study employs multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical tool. The results of this study show that the variables (Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Investment and Manpower have a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The Foreign Investment variable has a significant effect while the Domestic Investment and Labor variables have no significant effect and simultaneously or together the foreign direct investment, domestic investment and labor variables have a significant effect on economic growth (GDP) in Indonesia for the 2014-2023 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Usaha Katalog Coffee Roastery. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 15 karyawan terpilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan (r = -0,60, p < 0,05) antara tingkat stres dan produktivitas kerja. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat stres yang dialami karyawan, semakin menurun produktivitasnya. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengelolaan stres di lingkungan kerja guna menjaga keseimbangan psikologis dan meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen untuk menerapkan strategi pengelolaan stres seperti pelatihan manajemen stres dan dukungan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.
