Abstract

The cause of this research is to understand the affect of organizational culture and work environment towards the loyalty of personnel in addition to their impact at the performance of employees of PT. Patria Maritim Perkasa Batam. approach of statistics collection on this observe is a questionnaire, remark, documentation. strategies of descriptive and quantitative techniques with course evaluation that may be used to measure the affect of organizational culture and work surroundings towards the loyalty of employees as well as their effect at the overall performance of employees of PT Patria Maritim Perkasa Batam. based totally on a take a look at of the free variable F (organizational culture, work environment) mutually have a fantastic and huge impact against the variable is certain ( the loyalty of personnel and employee performance).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the Patient santifaction at the Health Center Ranai – Natuna. This research uses the variables of products, service quality, and facilities to analyze the influence of patient santifaction. The population of this research are patient at the Health Center Ranai – Natuna. While the sample taken in this research were as many as 100 people drawn from the population. The collected data used questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to respondents. The results showed that the R Squer value was 0.818 or 81.8% of this value. It can be seen that the product, service quality and facilities have an effect on patient satisfaction by 81.8% while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other factors that are not examined. The results of the research based on the T test for the product had a significant value of 0.161, service quality was 0.308 and facilities were 0.489 and seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination it was stated that the product, service quality, and facilities had an effect of 81.8% on patient satisfaction at the Health Center Ranai - Natuna.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze transparency services and factors that affect transparency in theProcurement of Goods and ElectronicServices (LPSE) in the Sub Division ofService Management Electronic Procurement, Karimun Regency Secretariat. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that the aspect of transparency indicators in general has shown that LPSE services are quite transparent. Meanwhile, based on the factors that influence it, namely thefactor communicationbetween the committee and the company, there is miscommunication and misunderstanding, technological factors where the internet is not stable, human resource factors shown by the lack of character or mental attitude of LPSE service providers,structure LPSE bureaucraticwhich is still concurrent. position with staff at the Office of Communication and Information in Maros Regency, the acceptance factor of the business community towards the transparency policy is still ineffective and inefficient in the process of procuring goods and services, as well as the factor of LPSE users who are still not maximal in using thesystem e-procurement

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the Independence Ratio has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index. The Fiscal Decentralization Ratio has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index, the PAD Effectiveness Ratio has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index, the Independence Ratio has a significant positive effect on Economic Growth, the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio has a significant positive effect on Economic Growth, the PAD Effectiveness Ratio has a significant positive effect on Economic Growth , the Independence Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index moderated by Economic Growth, the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index moderated by Economic Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal, work experience and job training on employee work motivation with career development as an intervening variable. The population of this study were employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Karimun Regency with a total sample of 80 respondents. Statistical data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS software version 3.0. The research data were collected using a questionnaire/questionnaire instrument. The results in this study found that performance appraisal directly has a positive and significant effect on employee career development with a p-value of 0.021 <0.05, work experience directly has a positive and significant impact on employee career development with a p-value of 0.029 < 0, 05, career development mediates the effect of work experience on employee motivation with a p-value of 0.040 < 0.05, and career development mediates the effect of job training on employee motivation with a p-value of 0.038 < 0.05. This study also shows that 56.2% of employees' work motivation variables are influenced by variables of performance appraisal, work experience and job training, while another 43.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out influencedimensions of organizational culture (professionalism, integrity, service user orientation, and continuous improvement) on the performance of the employees of the Port Authority and Port Authority of Tanjung Balai Karimun. In addition, this study aims to determine the dimensions of organizational culture that have the most influence on the performance of the employees of the Port Authority and Port Authority of Tanjung Balai Karimun. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple regression analysis as the analysis technique. The results showed that organizational culture (professionalism, integrity, service user orientation, and continuous improvement) as a whole had a positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, for the partial test, the integrity variable has the most significant effect on employee performance.
