Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the existence of the SRI Kehati index in Indonesia Stock Exchange through testing governance variables (multi-industry commissioners and directorships, independence of commissioners) in companies of the SRI Kehati index as a driver of firm value. The reseach is a quantitative research by pannel data with random effect models. The results showed that the presence of directors handle multiple industries was able to encourage an increase in form value. Likewise, independent commisioners are able to increase firm value. The results of this study contribute to an overview of the level of readliness of companies in implementing the Sustainability Disclosure Standardand and indicate factors that can encourage an increase in firm value by paying more attention to social and environmental issues so that it can benefit public companies in general in the context of developing sustainability in Indonesia. Abstract

Sorghum has a high adaptability in its growth in dry and marginal lands. Coastal sandy land is characterized by sandy texture and rapid water drainage. Developing sorghum in coastal sandy lands can be a utilization of land resources to produce local food materials in East Nusa Tenggara. This research aims to determine the growth respons and yield of various sorghum varieties in coastal sandy lands. The research was conducted in Dampek Village, East Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The research used a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) method with one factor, which is sorghum varieties. The sorghum varieties used were Bioguma-1, Suri-3, and Super-2. The observed research parameters included plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, and panicle weight. The research results were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a significant level of 5%. Based on the study results, it is known that all three sorghum varieties can provide a good growth response for each parameter. The three sorghum varieties, Suri-3, Bioguma-2, and Super-2, can adapt well to coastal sandy lands in Dampek Village, East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

This research focuses on language error analysis in news texts on online portals. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze news writing errors on online portals, one of which is on the February 2024 edition of kompas.com. News can be presented in physical form in the form of newspapers, besides that news can also be presented through online media. Online media or online portals are famous for their speed in spreading information and always updating information that is trending in the community. However, because of this speed, there are often language errors in its presentation. This researebch was carried out to find language errors in the news text on the online portal, be it type process errors, inaccuracies in the preparation process, or inaccuracies in the use of language rules that occur purely from the management or author. Qualitative research is included in the methodology used for this research procedure to produce descriptive data. The technique used in this study is the reading and recording technique. This research uses syntax analysis techniques as data analysis techniques. Based on the analysis that has been done on the news text of the online portal, 2-word omissions, 6-word additions, 3-word subtractions, 10-word formation errors, and 1 punctuation error. In this study, apart from being used to analyze language errors, this research also has the benefit of making online news texts, one of which is the February 2024 edition of the Kompas.com portal to be more easily understood, especially for critical reading teaching materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh diversifikasi pendapatan terhadap kinerja Bank yang diukur dengan Return On Assets dan Risiko pada masa pandemic Covid19. Data penelitian yang digunakan berupa data laporan keuangan triwulan yang ditebitkan pada tahun 2020 yang mewakili periode pada pandemic Covid19. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pada diversifikasi pendapatan hanya mempengaruhi Return On Assets, namun tidak berpengaruh pada risiko bank. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pada masa pandemik Covid19, Bank mampu untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan melakukan aktivitas diversifikasi. Sedangkan dalam jangka waktu pendek, diversifikasi tidak berdampak pada risiko Bank. Hal ini mengisyaratkan bahwa Bank mampu untuk mengendalikan risiko pasar yang muncul akibat pandemik dengan memaksmalkan sumber pendapatannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis struktural genetik kumpulan puisi naratif Hujan Turun dari Bawah karya Benny Arnas. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah struktural genetik dalam kumpulan puisi naratif Hujan Turun dari Bawah karya Benny Arnas? Fokus penelitian ini meliputi, fakta kemanusiaan, subjek kolektif, pandangan dunia. Latar belakang sejarah atau peristiwa yang mengkondisikan lahirnya kumpulan puisi naratif Hujan Turun dari Bawah karya Benny Arnas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membaca puisi Hujan Turun dari Bawah karya Benny Arnas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kepustakaan dan wawancara. Kemudian dikaji dengan struktural terhadap latar belakang lahirnya kumpulan puisi naratif Hujan Turun dari Bawah karya Benny Arnas. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat fakta kemanusiaan berkaitan dengan kesabaran, keyakinan, kepercayaan, kesedihan, keberkahan. Sedangkan subjek kolektif ditemukan hal-hal berkaitan dengan rasa syukur, kesedihan, kesabaran, kepedulian. Selanjutnya pandangan dunia ditemukan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kewajiban, kesabaran, rasa syukur, keinginan, kemarahan. Dan terakhir latar belakang lahirnya puisi, sebuah naskah panjang sejak semula sepertinya dirancang menjadi sebuah puisi yang utuh. Benny menulis puisi panjang ini dengan beranjak dari sejarah Rasulullah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Acara Talk Show Gelar Wicara Hari Anti Narkotika “Hidup Sehat dan Berkarakter tanpa Narkoba”. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi dan teknik kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis sesuai dengan langkah-langkah analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam acara talk show Gelar Wicara Hari Anti Narkotika Internasional “Hidup Sehat dan Berkarakter tanpa Narkoba”. ditemukan tindak tutur ilokusi representatif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif dan deklarasi. Tindak tutur ilokusi yang paling dominan adalah tindak tutur ilokusi represntatif, berikutnya yang kedua komisif, dilanjuti yang ketiga direktif dan yang keempat ekspresif, yang paling sedikit adalah tindak tutur deklarasi.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia plays an important role in the development of individuals and the country, shaping social and cultural values and preparing for the future. Quality education creates human resources who are innovative and have high social awareness, as regulated in Republic of Indonesia Law no. 20 of 2003. The main challenge is to maintain achievements and adapt to the Society 5.0 era. Curricula, such as the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, are designed to develop students' knowledge, skills and character. English as a compulsory subject increases career and educational opportunities in the context of globalization. English teaching in Indonesia emphasizes listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as the importance of grammar and vocabulary. Nouns are an important element in sentence formation, and understanding nouns helps students in all aspects of language skills. An effective method for studying nouns is through descriptive text analysis. The Community Service Activity (PKM) entitled "Learning Nouns Through Descriptive Text Analysis for Grade 7 Students at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi" aims to develop community potential, increase creativity, writing skills and relationship networks. It is hoped that this PKM can improve students' understanding of nouns and become a guide for language learning in Indonesian literature, as well as arouse interest in learning English. The method used includes preparation and implementation of noun learning through descriptive text analysis at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi with results showing high enthusiasm from students. It is hoped that this fun context-based learning can be an alternative that advances education and produces students with international insight.

Abstract

Currently, the development of acne drugs (antiacne) use  many natural materials because the natural materials can minimize the side effect if compared with synthetic chemicals drugs. Acne can caused by propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus epidermis and staphylococcus aureu. One of plants that can be used for acne treatment is leaves of Avocado (Persea americana Mill). The aim of this study was to know whether the ethanol extract of leaves of avocado (Persea americana Mill.) can be made into an ointment preparations that fulfill the requirements. Sample in this research was extract of avocado leaves which used maceration method. The ointment formulations were made into some variation concentrations of PEG 400 and PEG 4000: Formula I (30%:70%); Formula II (50%:50%) and Formula III (70%:30%). The results show that the ointment of avocado leaves which fulfilled the requirements of physical properties is formula III with concentration of PEG 400 70 % and PEG 4000 30 %

Abstract

Many students study in Jakarta but seem to learn nothing. In fact, most of them cannot speak good and correct Indonesian, in fact, there are also students who have not mastered Indonesian vocabulary. The phenomenon of learning difficulties occurs because of serious problems in education in Indonesia, one of which is the lack of mastery of Indonesian in universities. This study aims to reveal the existence of sociolinguistics on the attitudes/opinions of ITPLN students in using language in the campus environment. Finding sociolinguistic factors that strengthen and weaken the use of Indonesian in the engineering field. This study uses quantitative methods and correlational descriptive surveys, namely research conducted to obtain information about data, then processed with statistics with the preliminary study stage carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.192, which means that around 19.2% of changes in sociolinguistic variables and learning achievement can be explained by student learning achievement. Then based on the results of the t-test, sig0.000 <0.005 was obtained, meaning that the influence was significant. In other words, sociolinguistic variables provide a significant positive contribution to the learning achievement of ITPLN students. The results of the F test obtained F count 14.04 sig0.000<0.005 Ftable shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence. So it can also be concluded that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.
