Abstract

Aim: This paper examines the government’s policy of pardoning corrupt officials so that human rights can be upheld and corruption can be eradicated in Indonesia.Methodology: This study is of the normative juridical variety, and its sources are various statutes, documents, and books dealing with the topics of corruption and remission.Findings: This study’s findings indicate that a pardon for a convicted briber is not a free pass for the briber but rather is granted on the condition that the briber agrees to comply with certain rules (such as government legislation and policies) in exchange for his or her release from prison.Novelty/Implications: As a result of corruption’s negative effects on state finances and the general public’s well-being, as well as the widespread corruption directed at those who engage in corrupt behavior, the topic of corruption in Indonesia has recently become a hot topic of discussion. The authors of this paper have tackled a pressing issue and provided policymakers with valuable new information.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the socio-economic impact of mangrove ecotourism area in Teluk Pambang Village. This research was carried out for one month starting from mid-January – February 2023 and was located in the mangrove ecosystem area, Teluk Pamban Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. This survey data collection method uses direct interviews with communities who live and work around the mangrove ecosystem area around Teluk Pambang Village. Descriptive analysis was conducted to describe the socio-economic activities of the surrounding community and to explain the condition of mangrove forests in Bengkalis, Riau Province, secondary data obtained. The recommendations raised on the basis of this research are between ecotourism managers and the community to achieve common goals, namely efforts to improve the economy, protect mangrove forests better and form tourism institutions, meaning that cooperation is needed. Another important recommendation is that the government needs to play a role in ensuring the safety and security of tourists inside and outside the region.

Abstract

Forward Head Posture merupakan kelainan postural yang dapat dijumpai secara umum dan digambarkan sebagai perpindahan posisi kepala ke arah anterior dan diklasifikasikan sebagai salah satu postur yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Mckenzie Exercise terhadap perubahan Forward Head Posture pada petani bawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen, menggunakan rancangan time series design dan melibatkan satu kelompok. Mc Kenzie exercise dilakukan sebanyak 12x intervensi selama 4 pekan, dengan sampel sebanyak 27 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi maupun eksklusi. Kemudian pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Craniovertebral Angle yang diukur menggunakan ImageJ software untuk menilai sudut CVA. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisi data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T Test diperoleh nilai p < 0,05 pada pre test dan post test, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh pemberian mckenzie exercise terhadap perubahan forward head posture. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh pemberian Mckenzie Exercise terhadap perubahan Forward Head Posture pada petani bawang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes by implementing the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by ULTRASI media in grade IV students of UPT SDN 3 Sesean. The subjects in this study were 10 grade III students, 5 of whom were male and 5 were female. The instruments used in this study were tests, observations, interviews, and documentation, while the stages of data analysis in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data interpretation. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The implementation of learning followed the steps of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by ULTRASI media which consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each had four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The minimum success criteria for each cycle were 75% of the completeness value in each cycle. The results of this study indicate that there was an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes by implementing the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by ULTRASI media on the basic arithmetic operations material on the topic of multiplication.

Abstract

Adolescents often face academic challenges that require strong self-confidence or self-efficacy; however, many students exhibit low levels of learning self-efficacy. Self-efficacy plays a crucial role in determining students' motivation, perseverance, and academic achievement. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of group guidance using problem-solving techniques in improving the learning self-efficacy of junior high school students. The research employed a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects consisted of 10 students with low self-efficacy, selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a self-efficacy questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed an increase in the average score from 95.50 (pretest) to 111.80 (posttest), with a t-value of -12.899 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that group guidance using problem-solving techniques is effective in enhancing students’ confidence in dealing with academic challenges. Further research is needed to explore its long-term impact and effectiveness across different educational levels and cultural contexts. Abstract

Background: It has been demonstrated that probiotics, or live microorganisms, can lessen GERD symptoms and enhance gut health. They can help with bowel movements and abdominal pain, which helps with managing GI tract disorders in general and irritable bowel syndrome in particular (IBS). Methods: We conducted a search without sample size restrictions in the PubMed and Web of Science databases to find prospective studies on dyspepsia, heartburn, regurgitation, and GERD. The analysis comprised a total of ten published prospective studies. Result: Studies have reported that probiotics can alleviate GERD symptoms, including reflux. These studies have shown that probiotics can reduce regurgitation, improve reflux or heartburn, alleviate dyspepsia, and improve other upper gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, abdominal pain, and gas-related symptoms. Conclusion: In the general adult population, probiotics have been shown to lessen upper gastrointestinal symptoms of GERD, especially those derived from Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. By interacting with stomach mucosal receptors, they modify the immune response and antagonistic activity towards potential pathogens, accelerating gastric emptying.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1 the influence of work-life balance on work fitness for hoe workers in South Buton Regency Hospital 2 the influence of work life on key keys for honorary nurses at the South Buton Regency hospital. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in the process uses statistical observation, literature study, and the distribution of questionnaires. The population in the study was 56 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the sens method. The research instrument study used the validity and reliability test with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research was measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the work-life balance variable shown and the work stress variable (0.000). while the stress variable has no effect on job satisfaction, as shown by the P value of 0.368.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of product knowledge on purchasing decisions for Rabbani hijabs. (2) The influence of perceived value on purchasing decisions for Rabbani hijabs. This research is an Explanatory Research research model with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this research is people who have and are currently wearing the Rabbani hijab, namely 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining certain criteria. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS 4.0 application. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the production variable on purchasing decisions, as well as the value perception variable, there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The BK work program in schools is shown in physical form, namely the BK module which contains service plans according to student needs. The efforts made to carry out this role, guidance and counseling teachers are required to make a service implementation plan. The problem faced by guidance and counseling teachers in the current independent curriculum, is that their skills in compiling guidance and counseling modules are not yet optimal according to the context of the Pancasila student profile and the achievements of the independent curriculum. Therefore, assistance is needed for guidance and counseling teachers at junior high school and equivalent levels to prepare guidance and counseling modules. The subjects who attended the service activities consisted of 50 public and private middle school guidance and counseling teachers. This activity collaborates with the Mempawah Regency Guidance and Counseling Teachers' Conference (MGBK), located at 2 Junior High Schools Mempawah. The methods used identification, discussion and practicum in creating guidance and counseling service modules, evaluation and reflection. The results of implementing community service are providing skills in creating independent curriculum guidance and counseling service modules based on needs analysis according to development phases and creating service achievements based on Pancasila student profile indicators. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at SD Kristen Rantepao 5. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at SD Kristen Rantepao 5 is carried out through various activities involving the entire school community. The first dimension, belief and devotion to God, is implemented through prayers and moral values education. The second dimension, global diversity, is reflected in the appreciation of differences through cultural activities and group work. The gotong royong dimension is emphasized in classroom cleaning and collaboration among students. The independent, critical thinking, and creative dimensions are implemented through individual tasks and innovative projects. The study concludes that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at the school is effective, although there are still challenges in its implementation.
