Abstract

Learning at elementary school level should be carried out interactively, fun, effectively, and able to motivate students to participate actively, independently, and provide sufficient space for the development of talents, interests and creativity in learning activities. This goes straight with the basic concept of differentiated learning, namely that differentiated learning activities are an attempt to adjust the position of the learning process in the classroom to facilitate the different learning needs of each individual student. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting a literature review regarding the implementation of differentiated learning at the elementary school level. Based on the results of the views and analysis of the literature review, it can be concluded that (1) the differentiated approach can be combined with several learning models that support differentiated learning (2) the implementation of differentiated learning is able to increase and improve student learning outcomes; (3) the differentiated approach can and is well used at the elementary school level because it is able to accommodate all students' learning needs by taking into account students' interests, talents, profiles, abilities, learning styles.

Abstract

Era digital telah menggeser pola interaksi anak dari lingkungan alam ke dunia digital, sehingga menghambat perkembangan kecerdasan naturalistik anak usia dini, khususnya Generasi Alfa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis alam dalam menstimulasi kecerdasan naturalistik anak. Penelitian dilakukan di TK Alam Palembang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 15 anak usia 5–6 tahun  Kelompok B sebagai subjek penelitian dan dilaksanakan selama 1 Minggu pada bulan Desember 2024. Validitas data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber, waktu, dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kegiatan eksploratif seperti berkebun, pengelolaan limbah, green lab, dan proyek keberlanjutan secara nyata meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenali, memahami, dan berinteraksi dengan alam secara empatik. Selain itu, pembelajaran ini juga menanamkan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan serta mendorong keterlibatan sosial melalui kerja sama dan kolaborasi dalam proyek berbasis alam. Dukungan orang tua dan komunitas turut memperkuat keberhasilan implementasi pembelajaran ini. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis alam terbukti menjadi pendekatan transformatif yang tidak hanya menstimulasi kecerdasan naturalistik anak, tetapi juga membentuk generasi yang sadar lingkungan dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to compare and assess the efficiency of manual and digital payment methods used by hospital cashiers. The shift towards digitization in health service administration, has become more relevant due to the demand for faster, more accurate, and transparent transactions. This descriptive quantitative study used primary data on the average length of transactions as well as secondary data on the number of transactions per month at RSAU dr. M. Salamun Hospital in the months of March and April. In addition to a 40-second time saving compared to cash transactions, the results demonstrated that digital payments processed using QRIS have the potential to streamline services by reducing wait times, particulary during peak periods. QRIS usage increased during the two months under study, despite cash’s continued dominance. Full adoption is hampered, nevertheless, particularly in the pharmacy unit where there are issues with tax integration and insufficient corporate procedures. Both staff and younger patients reported that they favored digital methods since they were quick and easy, while elderly patients opted to stick with cash. The results of the study show that QRIS offers a more effective alternative. Nonetheless, wider implementation of QRIS requires technology integration and policy alignment. Future research should look at the effects of digital technologies on patient satisfaction and workflow optimization across various hospital departments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media buku teka-teki silang yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Perwanida 2 Palembang. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4D (define, design, development, dan disseminate), penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis awal, peserta didik, tugas, konsep, dan perumusan tujuan. Pada tahap perancangan, media buku teka-teki silang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi, media, dan bahasa, diikuti uji coba praktikalitas oleh guru. Penyebaran dilakukan melalui uji coba skala kecil dan besar untuk mengukur keefektifan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media yang dikembangkan sangat valid, dengan persentase rata-rata 93,26% (ahli materi), 91,66% (ahli media), dan 80% (ahli bahasa). Kepraktisan media dinilai sangat baik (94,16%). Uji coba menunjukkan keefektifan media dengan observasi 89,50% dan angket instrumen peserta didik mencapai 90,54% pada skala besar. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan pengembangan media terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf, dengan nilai thitung = 45,60 Lebih besar dari t tabel = 2,015.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop learning media in the form of digital media that are valid, practical, and effective in improving the ability to introduce mathematics to children aged 5-6 years. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were group B at TK Negeri Pembina Sekayu. Data collection techniques used validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness data were obtained based on questionnaire response data analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed the validity of material experts 93, very valid category, media design experts 93 very valid categories, and language experts 84 very valid categories. The practicality test of the Digital media initial field trial 70.205 practical, the main field trial 90.36 very practical, and the teacher response questionnaire 90 very practical category. The results of the study showed the effectiveness test by conducting a pretest before use 46% and the Posttest results 95% effective category. The effectiveness test of digital media based on local wisdom can be seen in the t-test so that the calculated t = (8.516) is obtained while for the t table = (0.443). then it can be concluded that the calculated t> t table then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of the use of digital media based on local wisdom on the initial mathematical abilities of children aged 5-6 years at Pembina Sekayu State Kindergarten. The results of this study conclude that digital media based on local wisdom to recognize mathematical abilities is declared valid, practical, and effective for use in learning.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini memiliki judul yaitu “Membangun Kelekatan Antara Orang Tua dan Anak Melalui Kegiatan Practical Life”, yang diselenggarakan di Aplikasi Google Meet, dan Group Whatsapp. Tujuan dari pengabdian melalui webinar ini ialah untuk memberi pemahaman mengenai bagaimana membangun kelekatan antara orang tua dan anak melalui kegiatan practical life. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini ada dua langkah yaitu, 1) kegiatan perencanaan yang dimana dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji dasar hokum serta masalah yang saat ini sedang berkembang, yang akan memunculkan tema dasar dari pengabdian ini, lalu menentukan lokasi yang diaanggap memerlukan pendampingan, dan dilanjutkan dengan medisain bahan-bahan seminar, dan terakhir ada penerapan practical life. 2) kegiatan webinar yang terdiri dari pembukaan, pemberian kata sambutan, penyampaian materi, tanya jawab atau diskusi, serta penutup. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan via daring ini akan memperoleh pemahaman tentang bagaimana membangun sebuah kelekatan dengan anak melalui kegiatan yang biasa dilakukan pada kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif dalam pembelajaran dengan strategi REACT dan strategi pembelajaran siklus 5E pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP, untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran yang lebih baik digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains, dan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran yang lebih baik digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment (eksperimen semu) dengan desain pretest-posttest group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster random sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas VIII D sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji Manova. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik antara pembelajaran dengan strategi REACT dan strategi pembelajaran silkus 5E pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP, strategi REACT lebih baik digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains daripada strategi pembelajaran siklus 5E, dan strategi REACT lebih baik digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif daripada strategi pembelajaran siklus 5E.Kata kunci: Strategi REACT, strategi pembelajaran siklus 5E, keterampilan proses sains, hasil belajar kognitif .The aim in this research is to know a differences of science process skill and cognitive learning outcomes in between classes using REACT strategy and learning cycle students 5E strategies on the eighth grade junior high school, to know learning strategy that better get used to improved the science process skills, and to know learning strategy that better get used to improve cognitive learning outcomes. The type of this research is quasi experiment with pretest-posttest group design. The sample techniques used the cluster random sampling and obtain class VIII B as an experiment class one and class VIII D as an experiment class two. The analysis used the research is Manova. The results of this research are there is difference science process skill and cognitive learning outcome of students between the classes that use REACT strategy and learning cyce 5E strategy on the eighth grade junior high school, REACT strategy better than learning cyce 5E strategy to improve science process skills, and REACT strategy better than learning cyce 5E strategy to improve cognitive learning outcome.Keywords: REACT strategy, learning cycle 5E strategy, science process skill, cognitive learning outcome

Abstract

This research is on CV. Netral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality and price simultaneously on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency; To find out the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency; To find out the effect of prices partially on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study are all consumers who use the services of CV. Neutral Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency which is infinite in number, where visitors are teenagers to adults, the population used is 24,057 people. While the sample in this study amounted to 100 people with a nonprobability sampling technique. Thisr research used quantitative methods, namely by multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination, and F test and t test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: From the quantitative calculations obtained using the multiple linear regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 obtained Y = 3.808 + 0.238 X1 + 0.528 X2, namely the constant coefficient value (a) amounting to 3.808 this means that if the value of service quality (X1) and price (X2) equals zero, then the level or amount of customer satisfaction (Y) is equal to 3.808. The coefficient value of X1 = 0.238 means that if the service quality (X1) rises by one unit, while the price variable (X2) remains, customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.238 and vice versa if the service quality (X1) decreases by one unit, while the price variable (X2) remains, consumer satisfaction (Y) will decrease by 0,238. The coefficient value of X2 = 0.528 explains that if the price (X2) rises by one unit, while the service quality variable (X1) remains, the level of customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.528 and if the price (X2) falls by one unit, while the service quality variable (X1) remains that consumer satisfaction (Y) will decrease by 0.528. Multiple linear correlation coefficient (R) that is 0.885 means that the relationship that has a very high correlation between service quality and price to customer satisfaction is 0.885. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.783, meaning that customer satisfaction can be explained by variations in changes in the independent variable (service quality and price) of 78.3%, while the remaining 21.7% is explained by other variables outside the research. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 175,051 with a significant level of 0,000. While Ftable at 100% (0.05) is 3.09. In both calculations, F count> Ftable is 175,051> 3,09. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test obtained the value of tcount X1> t table = 2.101> 1.98447 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the independent variable (X1) service quality partially has a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, the value of tcount X2> t table = 4.268> 1.98447 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the independent variable (X2) price partially has a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Guru hendaknya memiliki media pembelajaran yang tepat untuk mengembangkan potensi anak, termasuk dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan yang masih rendah. Pembelajaran yang diberikan harus mampu membantu anak memahami konsep secara benar, salah satunya melalui penggunaan media kartu angka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh media kartu angka terhadap kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak pada kelompok A usia 4–5 tahun di PAUD Al-Fatah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anak di PAUD Al-Fatah, sedangkan sampel dipilih secara purposive, yaitu 12 anak kelompok A. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu angka dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji-t yang memperoleh nilai thitung = 85,13. Dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05, nilai ttabel pada dk = 22 adalah 2,074. Karena thitung ttabel, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan media kartu angka terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak kelompok A usia 4–5 tahun di PAUD Al-Fatah Desa Tapus.

Abstract

Biology is one of the general subjects taught to all students in grade 10 and continues in higher grades for students who choose science-related (MIPA) specialization. Biology learning in senior high schools is often considered less engaging when it relies solely on textbooks as learning resources, due to limited information and a lack of connection to everyday life. One effort to address this issue is through the use of contextual learning modules and interactive learning media. In this regard, biology learning modules can incorporate the utilization of traditional medicinal plants as solutions for maintaining health and treating diseases. Traditional medicinal plants are highly relevant to biodiversity topics due to the abundance of genetic resources and the extensive ancestral knowledge related to medicinal plants. This study aims to determine the effect of learning that utilizes a traditional medicinal plant module assisted by the Wayground educational game on improving senior high school students’ formative assessment scores. The Wayground educational game is used to increase student engagement through features that support independent learning and repeated practice, allowing students to learn from their mistakes. The results show an improvement in students’ formative scores, indicated by an increase in the percentage of correct answers on Wayground quizzes from 48% to 72%, as well as an increase in the percentage of students who completed the quizzes from 78% to 92%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that biology learning utilizing a traditional medicinal plant module assisted by the Wayground educational game has a positive effect on improving senior high school students’ formative assessment scores.
