Abstract

Al-Huda Mosque, in Dewi Sartika street no.01, carries outsome constructive activities. The mosque takmir always strives to improve the advancement of the mosque. The focus of this study is the role of the mosquetakmir in increasing mosque prosperity in terms of idarah, imarah, and ri'ayah. This study employs qualitative methods with a case study approach. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, the roles of takmir in increasing mosque prosperity in terms of idarah, among others, are planning a program ofworkingcompetently; forming the mosque management through a deliberation; running administration role effectively. Second, the roles of takmir in increasing the prosperity of the mosque in terms of imarah, among others, are holding magdzoh and gairu magdzoh; organizing Islamic education and teaching; organizing da'wah; holding social activities. Third, the roles of takmir in increasing the prosperity of the mosque in terms of ri'ayah among others, are completing mosque facilities and infrastructure; maintaining cleanliness, attractiveness, and security of the mosque; maintaining the appearance of the mosque. Abstract

Kudha Manggala merupakan organisasi masyarakat yang bergerak di bidang seni tari khususnya jaranan. Alasan ketertarikan sesuai topik penulisan yaitu terletak pada popularitas Kudha Manggala. Bila dibandingkan dengan grup jaranan lain di Kabupaten Tulungagung, Kudha Manggala termasuk jaranan yang lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat. Kudha Manggala secara organisatoris tergolong organisasi yang sederhana, tetapi dengan kesederhanaan tersebut Kudha Manggala dapat menunjukkan eksistensi dan mampu mempertahankan popularitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan organisasi dan popularitas grup Kudha Manggala Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan perekaman dengan validitas data berupa teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kudha Manggala secara organisatoris menerapkan fungsi lengkap, yaitu strategi organisasi, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, serta produksi yang dikelola oleh anggota pengurus dengan memiliki tugas masing-masing dalam mewujudkan visi, misi hingga tujuan. Kudha Manggala dalam kegiatan berkesenian hanya fokus pada Jaranan Sentherewe. Kudha Manggala dalam popularitasnya dapat diketahui melalui popularitas sosiometrik yang meliputi faktor intern diantaranya pelaku seni, sarana prasarana, dan proses latihan. Selain itu Kudha Manggala dalam popularitasnya dapat dilihat dari popularitas perceived yang meliputi faktor ekstern yaitu masyarakat dan adanya modernisasi.Kata Kunci: Popularitas, Jaranan Sentherewe, Grup Kudha Manggala

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis pemerolehan bahasa dengan perhitungan MLU dan kajian aspek sintaksis anak usia 2,8 tahun. Pendekatan yang dipakai yaitu kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diambil memakai teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik rekam guna merekam semua ujaran yang dituturkan anak. Analisis data terdapat beberapa langkah dalam melakukan menganalisis suatu data yaitu, pendeskripsian data, seleksi data, klasifikasi data, dan paparan hasil analisis data. Peneliti mengambil data penelitian dari anak usia 2 tahun 8 bulan dengan melihat aspek sintaksisnya. Pengukuran Mean Length Of Utterance (MLU) untuk mengetahui jumlah rerata panjang ujaran sehingga dapat menentukan tahapan perkembangan bahasa anak. Hasil pemerolehan bahasa anak tersebut mencapai tahapan VI, perkembangan bahasanya sangat tinggi berdasarkan teori Brown.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work inspiration on the implementation of representation at the Bandar Lampung City DPRD secretariat, to determine the impact of the workplace on the implementation of representation at the Bandar Lampung City DPRD secretariat. Knowing the influence of work inspiration and the workplace on the implementation of representation at the Bandar Lampung City DPRD secretariat. This research uses a subjective exploration strategy with meeting techniques. The hypothetical premises used are inspirational, workplace, and representative execution hypotheses. Considering the consequences of directed exploration, it is reasonable that there is a positive and large impact between inspiration at the exhibition representing the Bandar Lampung City DPRD. Expanding inspiration within representatives can further develop worker performance, especially representatives of the Bandar Lampung City DPRD. There is a positive and critical influence between workplaces on the presentation of representatives of the Bandar Lampung DPRD. If offices increase, exhibitions will also increase or vice versa, if offices decrease, presentations will also decrease. There is a positive and critical influence between inspiration and the workplace on the presentation of representatives of the Bandar Lampung DPRD. Expanding inspiration and workplaces within representatives can further develop the performance of workers, especially workers in the Bandar Lampung City DPRD environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan rangkaian dari bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berbentuk Kuliah Kerja Nyata. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Gelangkulon Kecamatan Sampung Kabupaten Ponorogo. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat yang biasa menggunakan pupuk kimia yang membahayakan untuk lingkungan. Adapun cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggantikan pupuk tersebut dengan pupuk organic yang berasal dari urine sapi dan nabati lainnya. Proses ini mempunyai bahan dasar yaitu limbah urine sapi yang difermentasikan Bersama bahan lainnya seperti jahe, kunyit, lengkuas dan sebagainya. Dengan kegiatan ini mampu memahami kepada masyarakat khususnya petani dan peternak yang saling bersinambung dalam proses pembuatan pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan. Dengan adanya jalan alternatif ini diharapkan kelompok tani serta masyarakat tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya yang tinggi untuk membeli pupuk yang bersifat alami. This research is a series of community service in the form of Real Work Lectures. This service was carried out in Gelangkulon Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency. The purpose of this activity is to change the habits of people who are used to using chemical fertilizers that are harmful to the environment. The method used is to replace these fertilizers with organic fertilizers derived from cow urine and other plants. This process has a basic ingredient, namely cow urine waste which is fermented with other ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, galangal and so on. This activity is able to understand the community, especially farmers and breeders who are interconnected in the process of making environmentally friendly organic fertilizers. With this alternative path, it is hoped that farmer groups and communities will not need to pay high costs to buy natural fertilizers.

Abstract

Pendampingan Kepada Masyarakatmerupakan perwujudan dari partisipasi Perguruan Tinggi dalam upaya mengembangkan dan peningkatan pemberdayaan serta partisipasi masyarakat terhadap tuntutan kemajuan zaman melalui perkembangan IPTEK melalui mahasiswa. Serta melaksanakan program aksinya sebagai perwujudan dari “Asset – Based Community Development (ABCD)”. Tujuan penyelenggaraan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Bebasis Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Desa Blado Kulon Dusun Krajan 1 Kecamatan Tegal Siwalan yaitu Mengembangkan UMKM Bawang goreng dengan menciptakan produk baru yaitu Abon Tongkol Bawang. Adanya pengembangan pruduk ini diharapkan UMKM Barta dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi, serta dapat menyerap tenaga kerja lebih banyak di lingkungan masjid Nurul Huda, desa Blado Kulon, kecamatan Tegal Siwalan, kabupaten Probolinggo.

Abstract

Cheese has existed since ancient greece and became one of the fermented foods favored by the community. Cheese is obtained through the process of protein coagulation with the help of bacteria, enzymes, and acids. Increasingly accompanied by technological developments appear various types and preparations of cheese. Cheese is generally made from the milk of cows, goats, horses, and some other animals. But for the development of making cheese made from plants or plants is very rarely found. Making vegan cheese from peanut juice with coagulant enzyme, bromelin, pineapple and extra carrots as a source of antioxidants is present as a new cheese product. Antioxidants function as protectors of the body from free radicals that cause various diseases. To determine the content in vegan cheese made from peanut juice and the addition of carrot extract as a source of antioxidants, organoleptic tests were carried out, protein content tests using the biuret method, and antioxidant tests using DPPH solution. From the results of organoleptic tests carried out get a like response and in the protein content test, it was found that the use of peanut base ingredients has a higher level of protein content than the use of cow's milk base ingredients in cheese making. But in the test of antioxidant levels found that the addition of extra carrots had little affect antioxidant levels in cheese. This happens because the carrot extract present in vegan cheese undergoes oxidation.

Abstract

One of the characters that became the pillar of the Indonesian nation is religious character. In schools, religious character education is implemented through school culture. School culture is a step to train students through repeated habituation. One of the schools that has implemented religious character education, namely the value of worship and morals through school culture is MI NW Bagik Nyala. However, in its implementation, there are still problems found. This study aims to determine the cultivation of religious character of grade v students through school culture. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study show that religious character education through school culture in MI NW Bagik Nyala includes a culture of ideas, behavioral culture, and artifact culture in the form of worship and moral values. The strategies used in carrying out religious character education on the value of worship and morals are habituation, example, motivation, and punishment. The problem with character education at MI NW Bagik Nyala comes from the internal students themselves, namely the lack of self-awareness to implement school cultural programs. Thus, it can be concluded that religious character can be formed through school culture if supported by the right efforts and strategies. However, the problems found during the implementation of religious character cultivation cannot be avoided so that the involvement of principals and teachers is needed in religious character cultivation activities through school culture.

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this study is to examine how poverty is represented in the advertising videos of Kitabisa.com and to identify the forms of commodification of poverty portrayed in these advertisements.. Methodology: This study utilizes a qualitative approach, employing semiotic analysis based on Roland Barthes' theory. Results : The findings reveal that Kitabisa.com advertisements commodify poverty by portraying dramatic circumstances through the use of shabby appearances, children and elderly people working, and limited access to education and healthcare. These depictions are designed to elicit sympathy from the audience and encourage them to donate through the platform. Applications/Originality/Value: The analysis further identifies several forms of commodification, including the commodification of content through editing before dissemination and the commodification of audiences by inducing their curiosity and empathy towards the characters, thereby prompting them to donate to the cause. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into how poverty is portrayed and commodified in advertising and sheds light on the broader implications of such representations.
