Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the application of learning media and the impact of the application of innovative learning media in science lessons in grade VI SD. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research subjects or data sources were class teachers and students of grade VI of SD Negeri 10 Kalideres. The results showed that the application of innovative learning media called Borama had a good impact. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of innovative learning media in science subjects, students become more understanding, not bored in learning activities and improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan buat menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, self-awareness, komitmen serta on the job training. Tipe riset yang dicoba oleh penulis pada riset ini merupakan riset deskriptif kuantitatif, pada riset deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan metode total sampling dalam pengumpulan informasi. Posisi riset yang dicoba penulis buat menguji hipotesis merupakan pada PT. United Transindo Sidoarjo yang bertempat di Jalan. Raya Lingkar Timur, Sinar Buduran II Blok A Nomor. 9, Prasung, Buduran. Jumlah responden dalam riset ini sebanyak 80 orang. Riset ini memakai uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta uji anggapan klasik dalam menguji kelayakan informasi yang didapatkan. Metode analisis informasi yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, serta uji f. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuesioner dengan skala likert yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu disiplin kerja dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta disiplin kerja dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui self-awareness, sedangkan on the job training tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penguasaan standar kompetensi membuat motif hias dasar jumputan, di SD Negeri Sumokembangsri I Balongbendo pada tahun ajaran 2012-2013 memiliki ketuntasan belajar rendah yaitu 65%. Hal ini disebakan karena metode yang diterapkan berupa penjelasan atau ceramah dan demonstrasi. Maka dari itu, diperlukan penerapan metode yang tepat sesuai materi bahan ajar dan kondisi siswa, yaitu metode latihan. Metode latihan ini sangat cocok diterapkan pada pengetahuan deklaratif dan pengetahuan prosedural karena cara pengajarannya dilakukan tahap demi tahap sehingga diharapkan hasil kerja siswa harus tuntas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru, dan mengetahui aktifitas siswa serta mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dalam menerapkan metode latihan membuat motif hias dasar jumputan dengan teknik pewarnaan dingin dalam pembelajaran Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan. Peneltian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Sumokembangsri I Balongbendo. Jumlah siswa sebanyak 27 siswa. Sedangkan obyek penelitiannya yaitu aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa : Keterlaksaan metode latihan dapat dikategorikan sangat baik, ditinjau dari aktivitas guru selama penerapan metode latihan menunjukkan hasil yang mencapai 93,04%. Sedangkan ditinjau dari aktivitas siswa mencapai 91,56%. Ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 92%. Jadi, penerapan metode latihan pada kompetensi dasar membuat motif hias dasar jumputan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Sumokembangsri Balongbendo dapat dikatakan berhasil (tuntas). Kata kunci: Metode Latihan & Kompetensi Dasar Membuat Motif Hias Dasar Jumputan Abstract Mastery of standards of competence make jumputan decorative motifs, made basic competence test in SD Negeri 1 Sumokembangsri Balongbendo 2012-2013 have a low passing grade is 265%. This is because the learning model is applied in the form of an explanation or lecture and demonstration. Therefor, the necessary aplication of training methods appropriate teaching materials and the condition of the student, the metohod of direct practice. This learning method is very suitable to be applied on declarative knowledge and prosedural knowladge because learning how to do step by step so that student work is expected to be completed. This research is descriptive. The subject of his research is in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Sumokembangsri I Balongbendo. The number of students by 27 students. Date collection techniques used observation and tests. Analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis technicques with percentages. The study states that : Doid learning models can be considered very good , in terms of the activities of teachers during the implementation of learning model show that the result reached 93,04% , while in terms of student activity reached 91,56% . Mastery learning student by 92% . Thus , the aplication of training methods directly on the basis of competence make jumputan motif in class V in SD Negeri 1 Sumokembangsri Balongbendo was succsessful ( completed ) . Abstract

The application of Pancasila values, particularly the First Principle of “Belief in One God” and the Fourth Principle of “Democracy guided by the wisdom of deliberation among representatives,” is important to be implemented from an early age so that students have behavior based on faith and are able to deliberate wisely. This actualization activity was carried out by the Pancasila Education Course Group at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung at MTs Ar-Rosyidiah, Pasir Batu, on October 30, 2005. The purpose of this activity was to provide an understanding of the importance of faith, manners as part of divine character, and the ethics of deliberation. The activity was carried out using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' ability to express their opinions politely, respect their friends' opinions, and understand that deliberation must be based on faith. Games, light discussions, and rewards helped increase student participation and awareness of manners. This activity proves that connecting the values of faith and deliberation can strengthen positive habits in learning and interacting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan sejauh mana siswa merasa senang dengan layanan makan bergizi di SD Muhammadiyah Plus Kota Salatiga. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima aspek kualitas layanan, yaitu bukti fisik, ketepatan, responsif, kepercayaan, dan empati layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang didesain untuk memberikan gambaran akurat tentang situasi sebenarnya. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 160 siswa kelas V yang dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatan mereka dalam program makan bergizi menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup yang telah melalui persiapan indikator, pengembangan instrumen penelitian, uji keterbacaan, dan tinjauan ahli. Untuk menganalisis data, dilakukan beberapa tahapan seperti mengedit, memberi skor, dan membuat tabel, kemudian diolah dengan metode statistik deskriptif untuk mendapatkan angka rata-rata dan kategori tingkat kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat kepuasan siswa adalah 3,01, yang berada dalam kategori "Puas". Aspek reliability, assurance, dan empathy mendapat skor tertinggi, yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa merasa aman, percaya, dan mendapat perhatian yang cukup dari petugas. Sementara itu, aspek tangibles dan responsiveness perlu diperbaiki, terutama terkait penampilan makanan, kebersihan tempat penyajian, serta ketepatan petugas dalam merespons kebutuhan siswa. Secara keseluruhan, layanan makan bergizi dinilai berjalan dengan baik, tetapi masih perlu peningkatan di beberapa aspek agar kualitas layanan semakin baik.
