Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee performance, to identify and analyze employee work motivation on employee performance, to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and work motivation simultaneously. on the performance of employees in the Household Subdivision of the Secretariat General of Defense Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. As for the population in this study are all employees in the Household Subdivision, amounting to 43 people. The data needed is primary data for the basis of analysis, while the data collection technique is a questionnaire. The results showed that leadership, organizational climate and work motivation have an effect on employee performance in the Household Subdivision of the Secretariat General of Defense Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

Now a day, supply chain management (SCM) is becoming increasingly important. SCM practices have been emerged up to a great extent. However, a significant part of literature is still missing on SCM in services sector. A scarce number of research studies were focused on SCM in the academia. In rare cases any study formally documented the role of public policy for private partnership on SCM in educational institutions, particularly in Indonesia. Thus, the prime objective of this study is to investigate the role of education suppliers and research suppliers to boost up SCM in Indonesia with moderating role of public policy for private partnership. To achieve this objective, the current study used quantitative approach. Survey method used to collect the data. Data were collected from employees of Indonesian universities. Three hundred (300) questionnaires were distributed among the respondents. After analysing the data through Smart PLS 3, it was found that education suppliers and research suppliers have significant influence on SCM through universities management. Moreover, it was investigated that public policy for private partnership has moderating role between university management and SCM. Public policy for private partnership significantly enhance the positive effect of education suppliers and research suppliers on SCM. Thus, the current study contributed by investigating the mediating role of university management and moderating role of public policy for private partnership. Finally, this study investigated the major derives of SCM in educational sectors, namely; education suppliers, research suppliers, university management and public policy for private partnership.

Abstract

As the most important component in life, the existence of water should be preserved and preserved. The principles of water conservation must be adhered to in daily life so that water sustainability can last into the future. The Citarum River as one of the biggest water potentials in West Java has a huge potential for the community, both for its beneficial potential and for its detrimental potential. Unfortunately, the community and the government tend to be lulled by the beneficial potential of the Citarum river, and unwittingly increase the potential loss of the river. Reduced land conservation areas, densely populated settlements, pollution of rivers by domestic and industrial waste, and others cause disasters such as floods, droughts and landslides. This is a problem that must be resolved together between the government and the community. Coordination, division of responsibilities, and harmonious communication between the two are believed to solve the complicated problems that occur in the Citarum River Basin.

Abstract

As an innovation, Online Single Submission is expected to guarantee the certainty of licensing which has been considered complicated and inefficient. In its development, electronic-based licensing did not work as expected. Lack of socialization and assistance for the Small and Medium Enterprises, has an impact on the low level of their understanding. The target activity is the Small and Medium Enterprises in Depok City. The activities went very well. The obstacle to this activity is the lack of supporting tools.

Abstract

Along with the development and innovation of technology information at the international level, one of the transactions payment is from offline to online (cashless payment).  The utilization of technology cashless platforms mobile payment, Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore still shows less than 4%. In Indonesia, there are currently 21 companies (providers) that are engaged in mobile payment with a variety of services provided. Millennial, Generation-Z, tends to have a virtual transaction space that has attracted their interest in using social media as a technology with cashless payments of We-Chat pay. At the end of the activity, a post-test was held relates to the socialization of the We-Chat Pay as one of Digital Payment Innovation. The posttest was given to find out the enthusiasm of the participants. The post-test obtained an overview of the participants’ interest in the use of We-Chat pay cashless payments, namely 34% as an option for shopping; 30% as an option to eat together; 19% as an option for traveling; and 17% as an option for Nobar (watching together). Therefore, it does not rule out the possibility of the digital payment technology apply in Jakarta and Bekasi, Indonesia to adopt the innovation of WeChat Pay.

Abstract

The problem of waste in Indonesia has reached 175,000 tons/day which is equivalent to 64 million tons/year, which until now has been managed by being transported and dumped in the final processing site (TPA) because people still have the perception that waste is a waste material that is considered useless. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has limited access to activities outside the home, ultimately changing consumer behavior by shifting the way to shop for their needs to online shopping. The study method utilized social media platform to distribute the online webinar information to gathered large number of participants. Thus, the study find that the Generation Z is a generation that is synonymous with digital technology and information, as a Collaborative Generation, a generation that knows the "sharing economy" is the foundation of hope to take advantage of waste problems as challenges and opportunities that can create a generation of Social Entrepreneurs who create waste into products that have bargaining power and competitiveness in the creative economy market through social media or e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Proses administrasi dapat dilihat melalui proses umum, sedangkan tindakan administratif dapat dilihat pada tingkat program tertentu. Chain of custody (CoC), dalam konteks hukum, mengacu pada dokumentasi kronologis atau jejak kertas yang mencatat urutan penahanan, kontrol, transfer, analisis, dan disposisi bukti fisik atau elektronik. Dalam proses layanan, CoC berfungsi untuk melacak dokumen layanan atau jejak dokumen sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditentukan. Dalam pelayanan publik, kegiatan administrasi dilakukan untuk mengendalikan upaya instansi pemerintah agar tujuannya tercapai. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan CoC dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Berdasarkan pendekatan kuasi-kualitatif yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan CoC dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dapat memberikan kerangka kerja yang berguna untuk memahami dan meningkatkan upaya pengurangan masalah administrasi dalam pelayanan publik.Administrative processes can be seen through a general process, while administrative action can be examined at a certain program level. Chain of custody (CoC), in the context of law, refers to chronological documentation or paper traces that record the sequence of detention, control, transfer, analysis, and disposition of physical or electronic evidence. In the service process, the CoC serves to track service documents or document traces according to the procedures specified. In public services, administrative activities are carried out to control the efforts of government agencies so that their objectives are achieved. This paper aims to examine the application of CoC to the administration of public services in Indonesia. Based on the quasi-qualitative approach taken, it was produced that the application of CoC to the administration of public services can provide a useful framework for understanding and improving efforts to reduce administrative problems in public services.

Abstract

Throughout 2021, the number of investors in the Indonesian capital, the Indonesian capital market, recorded the highest growth record in the 44-year history of the Indonesian capital market. The number of young investors investing in financial products, especially stocks in the capital market, has increased significantly amid the global pandemic. The stock market is driven by emotion and investors are driven by the fear of buying or selling stocks at the right time or the fear that they shouldn't buy or sell when they do. The community service is therefor held to bridge the current phenomena of invetment. The method applied was forum group discussion and lecturing given by speaker that expertise in the field of investment. Thus, the participants joined the webinar may enhance their knowledge on investment while encouraging their awareness on investment as well.

Abstract

Along with the growth of cellular phone subscribers in Indonesia, cellular network operators continue to strive to build infrastructure to establish broader service coverage areas, thus, increasing the quality of service. Regional Rules & Regulations in DKI Jakarta are intended to regulate the BTS towers within an area. However, they become a barrier for Telecommunications operators to meet the needs of good networks/signals. Changes in the zoning of telecommunication towers can meet the needs of operators and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses qualitative method analysis with an interview. The results show that policy evaluation regarding the implementation of telecommunication towers has yet to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers (Tower Providers) and has been shown to cause areas that operator signal networks cannot cover. This situation impacts the satisfaction of particular customers and can threaten the business continuity of the operator. Conclusion of the Policy of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 14 of 2014, concerning the Implementation of Telecommunication Towers for Telecommunication Tower Providers, the annexse to the zoning of telecommunication towers needs to be reviewed because it has not been able to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers and can pose a threat to business continuity.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mendorong kolaborasi riset antara mahasiswa dan dosen adalah keharusan publikasi tugas akhir mahasiswa yang mengharuskan mereka berkolaborasi dengan dosen pembimbing mereka. Pelatihan tentang cara membangun penelitian yang dapat dibagikan kepada mahasiswa sangat diperlukan. Tujuan dari pelatihan statistic series dilaksanakan guna meningkatkan keterampilan dalam penggunaan software statistika yang pada akhir muaranya dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data penelitian. Setelah pelatihan statistic series terlaksana, terdapat peningkatan pemahan dari peserta mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ini
