Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in the Context of Accelerating Land Registration at the Bone Regency Land Office as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) at the Makassar City Land Office. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive data analysis through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) system model at the Bone Regency Land Office is considered not to be implemented effectively, although there are still several shortcomings in its implementation. This can be seen from the policy standards and objectives, the characteristics of implementing agencies/agencies, communication between organizations, the attitude of implementers in implementing PTSL which has gone well, but there are still deficiencies in policy resources and the economic, social and political environment.

Abstract

Application of Social Media Marketing in Increasing the Competitiveness of Syrup Businesses at CV. Nuh Aurora Makassar is one way to expand marketing coverage. Social media marketing is very important in increasing sales and competitiveness. The problem that then arises is how to apply social media marketing and the determinant factors in increasing competitiveness. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is processed using a descriptive qualitative approach. This study took 2 (person) respondents who were owners and employees of Aurora Passion Fruit Syrup. Source of data in this research is primary data. The interview technique was carried out in a structured manner using interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that the application of social media marketing uses a website, namely Google My Business, then uses social media, namely Instagram, and Facebook ads. From this application, auora passion fruit syrup can reach more consumers and markets so that it can increase its competitiveness. The determinant factors that influence the application of social media marketing are supporting factors consisting of product quality and social media used. The inhibiting factors are negative reviews or comments that cannot be controlled, and human resources that are lacking in social media and marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work innovation of employees in the Barebbo District office, Bone Regency, using a qualitative design approach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques in data collection. The key informants of this research are the sub-district head, the head of the section and the community with data analysis techniques used, namely data condensation, data display or data presentation, and verification or conclusions. The results showed that the innovation of the work of the state civil apparatus at the Barebbo sub-district office was innovated quite well. This means that employees in Barebbo, Bone Regency, have shown and carried out various innovations in carrying out their work duties by utilizing all computer technology to work more easily, quickly and precisely. In addition, other forms of innovation are to design standard operating procedures that are easier and clearer and to innovate in work attitudes by always saving materials and reducing costs used for work.
