Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas nilai-nilai Keislaman dalam Sistem Kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan suku Baduy di Banten. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami realitas sosial dengan lebih mendalam. Penelitian berfokus pada analisis sistem kepercayaan Baduy dengan penekanan pada unsur-unsur Islam yang memengaruhinya. Untuk memastikan validitas data, teknik triangulasi sumber dan teori digunakan, meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Lokasi penelitian adalah Desa Kanekes, Kabupaten Lebak, Banten, dipilih karena masyarakat Baduy di sana masih kuat menjalankan tradisi adat mereka. Sistem kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan Baduy memperlihatkan pengaruh Islam dalam beberapa aspek. Ini mencakup fenomena sinkretisme keagamaan, pengaruh budaya dan lingkungan, adaptasi terhadap aturan Islam, serta penyerapan nilai dan etika Islam dalam pandangan mereka. Sistem kepercayaan Baduy mengakui satu Tuhan yang disebut sebagai "Gusti Nu Maha Suci Allah Nu Maha Kuasa," serta malaikat dan nabi-nabi termasuk Nabi Adam dan Nabi Muhammad. Hal ini mencerminkan kompleksitas kepercayaan agama mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana masyarakat Baduy memadukan unsur-unsur Keislaman dalam Sistem Kepercayaan Sunda Wiwitan mereka, menciptakan dinamika unik antara tradisi adat dan agama Islam.

Abstract

Background: Electronic Medical Records (RME) is a supporting technology that allows users to provide fast, precise and quality services compared to paper-based medical records. One of the providers of health services is a clinic. The Registration Department is one of the work units in the Clinic. The implementation of RME at the Pratama Madani Clinic has gone well so far. Objective: The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of electronic medical records in the Registration section at Pratama Madani Clinic Tasikmalaya. Method: The research method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study. This research software system uses the waterfall development method which includes requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing and maintenance phases. The system design was developed using flowmaps, context diagrams and DFD Results: Several research results show that the Paratama Madani Clinic has been running well but has not fully implemented the use of electronic medical records. There are still several problems and shortcomings, namely inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the absence of special staff or teams to handle the implementation of electronic medical records, and the absence of written policies and fixed SOPs. Conclusion: Pratama Madani Clinic has not fully implemented RME because there are still several weaknesses and deficiencies in the system used and inadequate facilities

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan institusi kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat yang ditunjang oleh rekam medis sebagai pilar penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan rekam medis elektronik terhadap efisiensi dan kualitas pendaftaran rawat jalan di rumah sakit x. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah penerapan rekam medis elektronik di pendaftaran rawat jalan rumah sakit x menggunakan sistem E-Medrec dan SIMRS yang pembentukan sistemnya sudah berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan manfaat bagi petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan yang efisien dan berkualitas kepada pasien, namun masih terdapat permasalahan dan hambatan yang dihadapi di lapangan seperti permasalahan sistem error, perangkat elektronik mengalami buffering lama, masalah tanda tangan online, sidik jari (fingerprints) bagi pasien BPJS yang sulit atau tidak terdeteksi, dan masalah mati listrik yang masih terkendala dalam hal alat backups seperti genset dan UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) yang masih belum optimal dalam membackup sistem. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit x sebaiknya meningkatkan kembali alat untuk membackup sistem pada saat terjadi mati listrik agar berjalan optimal

Abstract

The registration process is a crucial element in medical record management, ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare services and impacting the quality of services. This study aims to design a web-based patient registration information system to improve the quality of healthcare services and operational efficiency in community health center. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through direct observation, interviews with medical record officers, and literature review. The sample consisted of two medical record officers, and the research was conducted at Pimping Community Health Center (Puskesmas Pimping) on December 20, 2024. For system development, a prototype-based system development method was used. The results of the study reveal that community health centers still use a manual paper-based registration system, leading to recording errors and administrative inefficiencies. To address these issues, a web-based information system has been designed to reduce administrative burdens, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the patient registration process. The implementation of this system demonstrates improved operational efficiency, a reduction in registration errors, and ease for staff in managing patient data through an intuitive interface. As a recommendation, this system requires further testing in real-world settings to gather user feedback, enabling continuous improvements to its features to meet field requirements.

Abstract

Digital transformation in healthcare services is an essential requirement for enhancing efficiency and patient convenience. This study aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness of online registration services through the Mobile JKN application on patient satisfaction at Karya Bhakti Pratiwi Hospital in Bogor. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design involving a survey of 100 outpatient respondents and supporting data from interviews obtained from the period of February 10 to May 10, 2025. The findings indicate that service speed and ease of access are the most important aspects for patients. Factors such as digital literacy, internet network quality, user experience with the application, and staff support significantly contribute to service effectiveness. The effectiveness of the service has been proven to have a significant positive impact on patient satisfaction. Nevertheless, several issues were identified in its implementation, such as discrepancies in real-time information displayed by the application, limited patient understanding of features and registration steps, and an application flow that is not fully understood by some users. Therefore, it is recommended that hospitals emphasize strengthening patients' digital capabilities, improving service infrastructure, and providing staff support to ensure the success of a more inclusive, adaptive, and patient-centered digital healthcare transformation.

Abstract

Hospital X as one of the referral health facilities in the Cimahi area and its surroundings faces significant challenges in health claims management. This semi-digital process can result in significant financial losses and high operational costs. This research aims to build an application for the health claim verification process with the results of analysis at X Hospital. Developed a web-based health claims verification application with Agile methods that integrates ICD-10 standards and artificial intelligence (AI) to automate document checks, reduce human error, and speed up the verification process. The research uses agile methods with system development through Scrum. Key frameworks include Flask-Python (backend), Bootstrap 5 (frontend), and SQLite/PostgreSQL (database). Data is collected through interviews with medical staff and observation of existing verification processes. Implementation during 4 sprints resulted in a reduction in verification time from 3-5 days to <24 hours. The claim reduction is rejected from 8% to 2.5% through automatic validation. Multi-role system with 4 separate dashboards (admin, medical staff, verifier, participant). Pre-screening AI integration detects 92% of nominal anomalies of claims. This app is proven to improve verification accuracy and faster time efficiency. The success of the implementation of Agile is demonstrated by the ability to adapt to 12 changes in the requirements of the development time.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in the digitalization of healthcare services, particularly in the outpatient registration process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of EMR in outpatient registration, examine the role of Medical Recorders, and identify obstacles and possible solutions. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, which includes direct observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of SOP documents and flowcharts, as well as a literature review of related scientific journals and books published in the last decade. This literature review is used to strengthen the theoretical basis, compare the results obtained in the field with previous research, and develop a state of the art framework. The results of the study indicate that the EMR system has been connected at all stages of registration, starting from checking patient data, inputting information into the Hospital Management Information System (SIM-RS), to printing the Participant Eligibility Letter (SEP). The role of Medical Recorders is very important in ensuring the smooth registration process and the accuracy of patient data. However, several issues arose during the system's implementation, including technical issues with the SIM-RS, an unstable network, and a lack of technical training for Medical Recorders. Based on the findings, it is recommended to strengthen the technology infrastructure, improve the SIM-RS system, and implement regular training and digital literacy programs for Medical Recorders to support the creation of effective, accurate, and long-term outpatient registration services.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based outpatient service information system. The development of this system applies the waterfall method, with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) used as modeling tools. Based on the findings, outpatient services at the Primary Healthcare Facility are still conducted manually. Patient data is stored using paper-based media, which leads to time-consuming data retrieval processes, as staff must search through paper sheets across multiple books and archives. Moreover, each entity is not yet integrated, resulting in slow, inaccurate, and irrelevant information output. To address these issues, an information system is needed to facilitate efficient data entry, collection, processing, searching, and reporting of patient data. The proposed information system is expected to reduce the existing problems in Primary Healthcare Facilities. With integrated media for data storage, patient data processing, and medical record files, registration officers can serve patients more quickly and easily during their visits for medical treatment.

Abstract

Emergency services require rapid and accurate patient assessment, usually using systematic approaches such as ABCDE (Airway, Breathing, Circulation, Disability, Exposure) and AMPLE (Allergies, Medications, Past medical history, Last oral intake, Events leading to illness/injury). This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system to improve the completeness and accuracy of initial medical assessments in emergency departments, overcoming problems in manual documentation practices. The system is developed using the Waterfall method, with Flask (Python) for the backend, HTML/CSS/JavaScript for the user interface, and SQLite for database management. The implemented system features an easy-to-use interface with login modules, patient registration, digital assessment forms, real-time completeness validation, and PDF exports. The test confirms functional reliability, with successful results in data input, validation, and reporting (100% success rate). Web-based systems significantly improve the completeness, readability, and accessibility of emergency medical assessments. By integrating structured digital forms and automated validation, the system reduces documentation errors and improves workflow efficiency.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, including at Hospital X Bandung, where the diagnosis process still relies on paper-based clinical pathways that are prone to errors and inefficiencies. This research aims to design a web-based information system to digitize the clinical pathway of TB diagnosis to improve the accuracy, consistency, and speed of patient treatment. The system development method uses the Waterfall approach with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the Flask framework with the Python programming language, utilizing SQLAlchemy for SQLite database management. The implementation results include key features such as patient data input, structured clinical pathway forms, medical record management, and treatment evaluation tracking. Black box testing shows that all system functionality is running as expected, including data validation and patient information storage. This system is expected to reduce the variation in clinical practice, improve medical documentation, and facilitate real-time patient monitoring. Future development suggestions include integration with other hospital systems, the addition of artificial intelligence-based prediction features, and optimization of the interface for mobile access.
