Abstract

Mahasiswa Pengelolaan Perhotelan merupakan salah satu program studi termuda di lingkungan Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Sesuatu yang masih belum dimiliki oleh mahasiswa program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan adalah kemampuan mereka untuk menganalisa sesuatu yang baru, seperti halnya menciptakan peluang usaha baru sampai dengan penentuan wilayah usaha. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah memberikan dukungan pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa tentang kemampuan melakukan analisa terhadap pemilihan lokasi atau wilayah usaha baru sebagai bekal bagi mahasiswa ketika nanti lulus perkuliahan. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah Mahasiswa mampu melakukan Analisa data lokasi yang akan dipertimbangan sebagai lokasi baru dalam melakukan usaha .

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of digital marketing strategies on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali. Through a quantitative approach, this study tests the hypothesis that various digital marketing strategies-including search engine optimisation, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing-significantly predict SME performance. The findings show that the implementation of these strategies contributes to increased sales, market share, and better customer relationships. Although the hypothesis regarding dynamic environment moderation did not show significant effects, the study identified challenges that SMEs face, such as resource limitations and digital literacy deficits. The results recommend that SMEs should utilise digital channels more effectively and conduct data-driven analysis to optimise marketing strategies. This research confirms the importance of digital marketing as a vital tool for the growth and success of SMEs in Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support, self efficacy, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive random sampling dengan kriteria karyawan yang telah bekerja di PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang selama minimal 1 tahun. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang karyawan ditentukan dengan memaksimalkan kebijakan penyebaran kuisioner yang diperbolehkan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS Statistics 27. Berdasarkan hasil olah data didapat bahwa variabel perceived organizational support, self efficacy, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to explore how the application of blockchain technology can contribute to improving human resource (HR) performance through a value co-creation strategy at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Central Java Province. This study uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with employees at the managerial level to collect relevant data. Blockchain, as a technology known for its security and transparency, is expected to improve operational efficiency and collaboration between departments, which in turn has an impact on improving HR performance. Method - The method used in this study is qualitative, which is a research approach used to understand social phenomena in depth, from a complex and contextual perspective. In qualitative research, data is collected in a way that allows researchers to explore the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of respondents, and to understand the context in which the phenomenon occurs. Result - This study identified that blockchain can improve trust and communication between management and employees, creating a more cooperative and dynamic work environment. This allows companies to respond to market changes more quickly and efficiently. The study also revealed that blockchain can reduce administrative and operational costs through the automation of processes that previously required human intervention, such as payroll and contract management. The study concluded that value co-creation strategies supported by blockchain technology can be an effective tool in improving HR performance in the Islamic Banking industry. Implication - Recommendations for further implementation include training and developing employee skills in using blockchain technology as well as improving the company's information technology infrastructure to support this digital transformation. Originality - Blockchain, as a technology known for its security and transparency, is expected to improve operational efficiency and collaboration between departments, which in turn has an impact on improving HR performance. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of blockchain can strengthen the HR management system through the creation of shared value (value co-creation) between management and employees. Abstract

Problems including salary delays, uneven incentives, and frequent employee lateness to work occur at PT Putra Rimbu Sejati Demak. This research aims to determine the effect of salary, incentives, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Putra Rimbu Sejati Demak. This research used quantitative methods with a saturated sample of 80 employees. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS version 27. The results showed that salary, incentives, and work discipline partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.562 indicates that 56.2% of variation in employee performance is explained by these three variables. This research is expected to help companies improve HR management

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan strategi work-life balance mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan start-up. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei. Dalam penelitian ini regresi linier sederhana diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 25 dengan metode sampel jenuh melibatkan seluruh populasi pada karyawan SMI Group, Kota Semarang sejumlah 52 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pendekatan work-life balance pada perusahaan start-up berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di SMI Group, Kota Semarang. Total pengaruhnya sebesar 56,5%, sisanya sebesar 43,5% diperngaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini. Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance, Kinerja Karyawan, Perusahaan Start-Up.   ABSTRACT This research aims to find out how much influence implementing work-life balance strategies can improve employee performance in start-up companies. This research uses a quantitative method approach with a survey research design. In this study, simple linear regression samples were processed and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 with the saturated method involving the entire population of SMI Group employees, Semarang City, totaling 52 respondents. The results of this research analysis show that implementing the work-life balance approach in start-up companies has a positive effect in improving employee performance at SMI Group, Semarang City. The total influence is 56.5%, the remaining 43.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this research. Keywords : Work-Life Balance, Employee Perfomance, Start-Up Company.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of leadership style and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Perum Perhutani, Central Java regional division in Semarang city. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection using questionnaire instruments that are distributed directly, and analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results show that leadership style has a positive effect on OCB, while the work environment does not affect OCB. Therefore, Perum Perhutani is expected to improve its work environment so that loyalty and organizational citizenship behavior increase. Further researchers are expected to explore other related objects and variables, such as in the banking sector, and employee satisfaction in further research.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan Sharing session dengan pemilik UMKM buket bunga Infinitee.Bouquets, Semarang. Peran strategis UMKM di Indonesia mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional serta peningkatan inovasi dalam membuat usaha menjadi dasar pelaksanaan program ini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan UMKM buket melalui strategi manajemen waktu dan pengelolaan modal yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, Sharing session memperkuat jejaring antar pelaku usaha, memungkinkan UMKM buket meningkatkan produktivitas, stabilitas keuangan, dan daya saing di pasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Sharing session dengan pendekatan kolaboratif, mencakup pelatihan manajemen waktu, strategi keuangan, serta diskusi dengan pemilik dan narasumber pengabdian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, survei, serta analisis pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan pelaku UMKM mampu menyusun jadwal kerja yang lebih terstruktur, memprioritaskan aktivitas esensial, dan mengurangi pemborosan waktu. Hal ini membantunya dalam meningkatkan produktivitas usaha serta memenuhi permintaan pelanggan dengan optimal. Pelaku usaha juga memahami cara mengalokasikan modal secara strategis, termasuk memanfaatkan catatan keuangan sederhana untuk memantau arus kas dan mengurangi pemborosan.
