Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of brand awareness, brand awareness and brand image on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable on 3Second clothing products in the Shopee marketplace. Methodology: A quantitative approach is used using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research sample was 105 consumers who had purchased 3Second hirt products on Shopee, which were dominated in Semarang City. Results: The path coefficient hypothesis test shows a direct effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable, that brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while brand image has no effect on customer loyalty. Then the indirect effect is shown by the specific indirect effect test, namely that brand awareness and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) on customer satisfaction of 0.514 indicates that customer satisfaction is influenced by these factors by 51.4%, while 48.6% is influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the R-Square value on customer loyalty of 0.511 indicates that customer loyalty is influenced by these factors by 51.1%, while 48.9% is influenced by other variables. Findings: The combined effect of brand awareness, brand image significantly affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Originality: This study provides insight into consumer behavior in purchasing 3Second products on the Shopee marketplace. Novelty: This study highlights the importance of these factors in shaping customer satisfaction which is reinforced by customer loyalty in the context of 3Second clothing products on Shopee. Conclusion: Increasing brand awareness and brand image can increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Type of Paper: Empirical research paper.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Aspek kepuasan kerja pegawai menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam mendukung kinerja sebuah organisasi, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek seperti komunikasi serta kepemimpinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data, melibatkan 48 pegawai sebagai sampel. Analisis yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil yang memperlihatkan bahwasannya baik kepemimpinan maupun komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, dengan kontribusi sebesar 46,3%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya gaya kepemimpinan gaya kepemimpinan yang terbuka serta pola komunikasi yang efektif mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai, meskipun masih terdapat faktor-faktor lainnya di luar dua variabel ini yang juga perlu diperhatikan.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja.   ABSTRACT   Employee job satisfaction is one of the key factors in supporting organizational performance, influenced by various elements such as communication and leadership. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership and communication on the level of job satisfaction among employees at the Department of Youth and Sports of Semarang City. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument and involving 48 employees as the sample. The analysis reveals that both leadership and communication have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, contributing 46.3%. It can be concluded that an open leadership style and effective communication patterns can enhance employee job satisfaction, although there are other contributing factors beyond these two variables that also warrant attention.   Keywords : Leadership, Communication, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance refers to the extent to which employees accomplish their tasks within a specific period. This study investigates the influence of democratic leadership style, work environment, and employee motivation on employee performance in the Inspect Denim Department of PT. Apac Inti Corpora. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 80 employees through a total sampling method, and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) democratic leadership style has a statistically less significant effect on employee performance, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and (3) employee motivation also has a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings highlight the importance of supportive working conditions and motivation in enhancing employee performance, while indicating that leadership style may play a less central role in this context

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of price and perceived value on repurchase intention with purchase decisions as a mediating variable for Indomaret customers in Semarang. The methodology used is quantitative with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Information was collected from 112 respondents who shopped at Indomaret through online and offline surveys. The findings of this research imply that purchasing decisions have a significant impact on repurchase intention. Price is proven to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, but not directly on repurchase interest. On the other hand, perceived value has a significant influence on both purchasing decisions and repurchase intention. Purchasing decisions are proven to be an important mediating variable in the relationship between price and perceived value and repurchase intention. This research provides insight into effective marketing strategies for Indomaret in increasing consumer loyalty amidst tight competition with Alfamart and other retailers. Apart from that, this research also adds contributions to the literature regarding consumer behavior in the Indonesian retail sector.Keywords: Price, Perceived Value, Purchase Decision, and Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and compensation on employee retention at PT HHK Sungai Jelai Estate. Methods: This study involved 100 employees as samples. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Results: The results of the study prove that leadership style, work environment, and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee retention, with the work environment being the most dominant factor. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian adalah 110 karyawan di Perum Bulog Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. dengan pengolah data SPSS versi 24. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine how the community views digital da'wah in promoting social welfare and understanding Islamic values.Method - A purposive sampling technique will be employed to select a minimum of 200 respondents, representing diverse ages, genders, educational levels, and occupational backgrounds, to ensure representative data. The respondents will be aged 17-70 years, actively access the internet, and have education ranging from elementary school to tertiary level, using digital technology to access da'wah content.Result  -  The results showed that both digital and conventional da'wah play a crucial role in understanding Islamic values and enhancing social welfare.Implication – This Method suggest to to developing fresh strategies for disseminating religious messages, improving education on Islamic values, and proposing policy recommendations to enhance Muslim community involvement in digital platforms.Originality - This research exploration of the transformation of digital da'wah and its role in enhancing social welfare, as well as its influence on the perception and acceptance of the Muslim community towards digital platforms.***Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana masyarakat melihat dakwah digital dalam mempromosikan kesejahteraan sosial dan pemahaman nilai-nilai Islam.Metode - Teknik purposive sampling akan digunakan untuk memilih minimal 200 responden, yang mewakili berbagai usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan latar belakang pekerjaan, untuk memastikan data yang representatif. Responden tersebut berusia 17-70 tahun, aktif mengakses internet, dan memiliki pendidikan mulai dari sekolah dasar hingga tingkat perguruan tinggi, menggunakan teknologi digital untuk mengakses konten dakwah.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dakwah digital maupun konvensional memainkan peran penting dalam pemahaman nilai-nilai Islam dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial.Implikasi - Metode ini menyarankan pengembangan strategi baru untuk menyebarkan pesan-pesan agama, meningkatkan pendidikan tentang nilai-nilai Islam, dan mengusulkan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat Muslim dalam platform digital.Orisinalitas/Nilai - Penelitian ini merupakan eksplorasi tentang transformasi dakwah digital dan perannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial, serta pengaruhnya terhadap persepsi dan penerimaan masyarakat Muslim terhadap platform digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pengolahan kelapa sawit. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa bahwa lingkungan kerja motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi masukan untuk PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia khususnya, dan semua bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang agrobisnis pada umumnya agar selalu menjaga dan memperbaiki lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan.
