This paper discusses the urgency of academic supervision in the development of teacher professionalism in the industrial era 4.0. Academic supervision is a series of activities in the form of providing professional services to help teachers develop their abilities (competencies) to better manage the learning process. In an era of disruption where all digital lines are added, plus access to information is very fast, the teacher as the central point of improving the quality of education as an impact on the quality of the learning process, the teacher's professionalism needs to continue to grow and develop so that the teacher can do his job professionally. This study aims to analyze and describe how the implementation of learning management in the I'dadiyah Islamic Boarding School Nurul Jadid Az-Zainiyah Region. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study, with the research site at I'dadiyah Pesantren Nurul Jadid. The results showed that the implementation of learning management at the I'dadiyah institution consisted of the following steps: learning planning, through planning programs that have been made based on the pesantren curriculum in Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and compiling a program that will be achieved every month and every quarter. , organizing learning, carried out by distributing tasks to teachers along with study hours and learning materials that focus only on building reading the al-quran and furudul 'ainiyah followed by compiling a learning schedule and examinations. implementation of learning, through mental and physical processes of students while honing their development; monitoring of learning, monitoring is carried out by foster caregivers by comparing the results of previous monitoring regarding the development of students. learning evaluation, carried out with a test system both written and oral tests regarding the knowledge of reading al-quran and furudul ʻainiyah. Pesantren in the annals of history plays an important role in the world of education, economics and politics. The economy of pesantren has fundamentally prepared itself as an organizational independence in maintaining its existence. The MORA regulation hints at the independence of pesantren with a roadmap of independence as the main guideline. Meanwhile, the Pesantren Law has not specifically mentioned this. This paper seeks to explain the implementation of the independence of pesantren and the need for reconstruction of the Pesantren Law in the perspective of the pesantren m andirian. This research uses a literature approach. The results of the study show the need for a discourse on the reconstruction of articles in the Pesantren Law in line with the pesantren independence program and the programs or technical implementations under it, starting from the funding of pesantren, the roadmap for pesantren independence, to technical guidelines for pesantren business assistance.   Abstrak Pesantren dalam catatan sejarah memainkan peran penting dalam dunia pendidikan, ekonomi dan politik. Ekonomi pesantren pada dasarnya telah mempersiapkan diri sebagai independensi organisasi dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Peraturan Kemenag mengisyaratkan independensi pesantren dengan roadmap kemerdekaan sebagai pedoman utama. Sementara itu, UU Pesantren belum secara spesifik menyebutkan hal tersebut. Tulisan ini berupaya menjelaskan pelaksanaan independensi pesantren dan perlunya rekonstruksi UU Pesantren dalam perspektif pesantren m andirian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya wacana rekonstruksi pasal-pasal dalam UU Pesantren sejalan dengan program kemandirian pesantren dan program atau teknis pelaksanaan di bawahnya, mulai dari pendanaan pesantren, roadmap kemandirian pesantren, hingga petunjuk teknis bantuan usaha pesantren

Today's society thinks more realistically and critically in choosing educational institutions for their families. Therefore, educational institutions, through the principal as a manager, must carry out their duties with a transformative leadership style so that the positive image of the school increases so that it becomes the community's first choice to send their families to the school. This study presents a transformative leadership strategy for improving the school's image so that it exists amid competition between educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this research is Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid. The results showed that: Transformative leadership can create and enhance a positive image of the school where the positive image of Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid can be seen from the achievements in academic and non-academic fields; The strategy used by the principal in improving the positive image of Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid is by empowering and increasing the discipline of all school members which in its implementation is influenced by supporting factors, namely academic achievement, pleasing personality, and high socialization while the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of new teachers in educating students.

There are two schools that carry out hadith learning in PAUD, namely PAUD RA Al Falah and PAUD Barokah in Pematangsiantar City. The Hadith learning education program delivered at RA Al Falah PAUD aims to shape and mold the personality of early childhood based on Faith and Piety, while the Hadith learning education program delivered at Barokah PAUD aims to form a generation with the character of the Prophet who has noble and noble character. character building. The purpose of this study was to determine learning strategies in PAUD. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a multi-site design with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. These stages include reduction, presentation and conclusion with research conducted on the RA Al Falah Al-Qur'an PAUD Program and the Barokah PAUD Program in Pematangsiantar City. The results of the research obtained by the RA Al Falah Qur'an PAUD Program and the Barokah PAUD Program Pematangsiantar City were the implementation of hadith learning strategies every day after reading prayers, reading Asmaul Husna, short suras. The conclusion of this research is the implementation strategy of developing aspects of child development through hadith learning, which is carried out classically and individually has been considered successful; its implementation is considered successful, and the results are also very good because friendly character education in all its aspects has improved significantly.

Abstrak Dewasa ini, berbagai artikel dapat dicari dan diunduh melalui platform yang terkoneksi dengan internet dengan bebas dimana saja dan kapan saja. Akan tetapi kemudahan tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan pengetahuan dan etika dalam menulis karya ilmiah sehingga terindikasi plagiasi. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan tim, masih terdapat sebagian besar mahasiswa dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah baik makalah dan artikel asal jiplak tanpa menuliskan sumbernya, tidak melakukan parafrase serta tidak melakukan pengecekan dengan aplikasi turnitin sehingga terdeteksi plagiasi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan pendampingan melalui lima tahapan yaitu observasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan serta evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan turnitin sebagai alat dalam pengecekan tingkat kesamaan sehingga terhindar plagiasi. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas perbandingan hasil pre test dan post test peserta pelatihan yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

This research examines the strengthening of student character education through learning management at MTs Ihyaul Islam Alaspandan. Learning management through the basic functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling to be applied to students in order to make character-educated students will certainly be useful for the progress of the nation and State as well as the ideals of the institution. Both parents need to be considered and endeavored by the institution as one of the efforts that greatly affect the success of students who will become responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and character-educated leaders in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach of case study type with data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This study aims to determine how student behavior management is based on parental involvement and what factors hinder its implementation. The qualitative approach used in this research is multi-site. The research locations were MI Azzainiyah II and MTs Azzainiyah II. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in obtaining data consisted of the principal, vice principal for student affairs, teachers, and student guardians. The data analysis used consists of single-case data analysis and cross-case data analysis. The results showed that involvement-based learner behavior management is implemented to assist schools in carrying out educational tasks and enriching the learning experience gained by students. Parents' participation in student behavior management is to supervise or control their children's learning time and learning methods; monitor the development of their children's academic abilities; monitor the development of their personalities, which include attitudes, morals, and behavior; and ask about the activities their children do while at school. This research discusses bina furudhul ainiyah with the diffusion of innovations made in its learning management in I'dadiyah institutions, especially the Al- Hasyimiyah area of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from research informants including teaching staff of I'dadiyah institutions, foster guardians of I'dadiyah institutions and some students, while secondary data were obtained from scientific journals both national and international. Data were collected through participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used a continuous participatory technique, through the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study inform that the I'dadiyah institution of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School implements organized learning management with group and inter-personal innovation diffusion in the form of bina furudhul ainiyah innovation intensively for three months. Furthermore, the diffusion of this innovation is very influential on the effectiveness of student learning, especially religious learning with a predetermined achievement target for three months and is able to give a positive impression and response by students.

This study aims to determine organizational behavior in increasing employee engagement based on religious motivation. The forms of involvement of educators and educational staff discussed in this study are personal engagement and organizational engagement. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study. Collecting data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. After the data was collected, the researcher used the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, which consisted of data reduction, data display, and verification to analyze the data and draw research findings. This study indicates that the form of involvement of educators and educational staff in Pesantren consists of personal engagement, which is the motor of organizational engagement and cultural engagement. Meanwhile, the management is carried out by building harmony and harmony, capability, and spiritual leadership.
