Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the implementation of community-based madrasah management as a strategy to integrate the roles of education and social services as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Hamidi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research explores community involvement throughout the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of the madrasah program. The findings show that the implementation of community-based management can improve education quality, foster accountability, and foster a sense of shared ownership. Success factors such as effective communication, active involvement of community leaders, and financial transparency play an important role in this success. However, the unavailability of inspirational leaders, communication gaps between madrasas, and limited facilities and infrastructure are inhibiting factors. This research contributes to the existing literature by proposing a systematic framework for community-based madrasah management that emphasizes sustainable service delivery and is appropriate to the context of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The study aims to identify how anti-bullying policies can build student resilience in dealing with bullying. This resilience functions as a fortress that protects students from the impact of the mistreatment they receive. This research method uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative approach was chosen to obtain broad and in-depth information about building student resilience through anti-bullying risk management—a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type is used to examine subjects such as behavior, motivation, and actions. The study results indicate that student resilience can be built through anti-bullying risk management by identifying bullying risks and receiving support from caregivers, counselors, and teacher support so that students can build resilience well. The implications of this study indicate that by placing bullying risks early on and providing support from caregivers, counselors, and teacher support, students can obtain better emotional protection and build mental strength to face difficult situations. Another aspect is that Islamic boarding schools need to establish a secure, encouraging, and supportive setting for students' growth.

Abstract

The citation system and compilation of the bibliography are two very important elements in the assessment used in journal accreditation. Journal managers, both national and international, enforce the use of Mendeley Reference Manager tools in preparing articles written by an author. Based on observations made, most students still use manual citations and a few also understand the use of Mendeley Desktop and do not understand the transition from the Mendeley Desktop application to the Mendeley Reference Manager. This service method is carried out with lectures, discussions and mentoring with several stages, namely the observation stage, the planning stage, the implementation stage, the mentoring stage and hold evaluation. The results of this service based on the pre-test conducted on training participants prior to the implementation of the training showed that most of the participants did not know and understand the operation of the Mendeley Reference Manager which is the latest version of the Mendeley application. The results of the post-training post test conducted on the participants showed a significant change after the Mendeley Reference Manager training.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of religious values in every aspect of life at MI Miftahul Ulum Opo-opo and its impact on the formation of student character. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through interviews and observation. This research focuses on routine religious activities carried out in schools, such as congregational prayers, reciting the Koran, and the integration of religious teaching in general subjects. Abstract

This study aims to examine how the optimization of learning management can enhance the quality of language learning through the gesture method at AEC Language Course, Kraksaan, Probolinggo. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving course administrators, instructors, and students. The findings indicate that the implementation of the gesture method, managed through the POAC-based learning management system (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), can improve students' language comprehension and boost their confidence in speaking English. Furthermore, the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in learning quality management ensures that the aspects of input, process, and output are optimally managed, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the gesture method in language learning. These findings affirm that a well-structured learning management strategy plays a crucial role in creating a more interactive and effective learning environment.
