Abstract

The head of the library is someone who has a high responsibility or leadership role in managing the library in the school. The purpose of this study is to analyse the strategies that have been applied by the head of the library in increasing students' interest in reading. High reading interest is one of the main keys in improving the quality of educational institutions, so there needs to be an active role of the school library. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research location is Nurul Jadid Junior High School, which is based on the school's efforts in developing a culture of reading literacy with various programmes supported by the library. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the library, two teachers, and documentation related to the reading literacy program. Then the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Furthermore, the results of this study show that the strategies implemented by the head of the library include providing a collection of books that are in accordance with the needs of students, implementing reading literacy activities that are attractive to students, and collaborating with teachers in school library-based learning. So that the implementation of this strategy is proven to increase students' interest in reading at Nurul Jadid Junior High School.

Abstract

In the increasingly competitive era of education globalization, brand awareness is one of the most important aspects to strengthen the prestige and positive image of an educational institution. This study aims to analyze public relations strategies for increasing brand awareness as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors at Insan Terpadu Junior High School, a dormitory-based school known for its slogan Qur'anic Character, Future Insight. The research approach used qualitative case studies. Data were obtained by participant observation and in-depth interviews with the principal, head of public relations, head of student affairs, teachers, and students. The results showed that the public relations strategies used include active communication with student guardians through social media, innovative programs such as English Peer Tutoring (EPT), and religious-based activities such as Rihlatut Tasmi's Wa Khotmil Qur'an. The main supporting factors are the involvement of student guardians and the utilization of social media, while constraints include limited human resources and budget. The importance of a comprehensive public relations strategy to build positive relationships with the public and increase the competitiveness of the institution so that it will have an impact on increasing the reputation and public trust in Insan Terpadu Junior High School, which in turn strengthens the school's brand awareness and attracts more potential students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine organizational behavior in increasing employee engagement based on religious motivation. The forms of involvement of educators and educational staff discussed in this study are personal engagement and organizational engagement. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study. Collecting data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. After the data was collected, the researcher used the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, which consisted of data reduction, data display, and verification to analyze the data and draw research findings. This study indicates that the form of involvement of educators and educational staff in Pesantren consists of personal engagement, which is the motor of organizational engagement and cultural engagement. Meanwhile, the management is carried out by building harmony and harmony, capability, and spiritual leadership.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the implementation of strategic management used by PPIQ Tahsin in meeting the needs of mu’allim at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. The low level of reading al-Qur'an among students is due to a lack of teachers, or mu’allim. The research approach uses qualitative methods for the type of case study. The object of the research is the Qur'an education center of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. The research data collection technique consists of participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research data consists of primary and secondary data, where primary data is obtained through observation and interviews with five informants consisting of the director and secretary of the al-Qur'an Science Education Center (PPIQ), the head of the Nurul Jadid mu'allim section, the boarding bureau, and the head of the tahsin section. Secondary data were obtained from national and international journals that are in accordance with the research topic. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that first, PPIQ Tahsin's strategy formulation is based on objectives with internal and external environmental analysis. Second, the implementation of the PPIQ Tahsin strategy is carried out in a structured and efficient manner. This is reflected in the activity program and the education system that support producing mu'allim al-Qur'an. Third, strategy evaluation at the PPIQ Tahsin dormitory is carried out regularly every three months. Program evaluation includes rigorous exams, such as tajweed written exams, memorization exams involving recitals of verses selected by the examiner, and al-Qur'an recitation exams assessed by the examiner.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan telah memainkan peran penting dalam evolusi manusia. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, revolusi pendidikan menjadi penting untuk mempersiapkan generasi mendatang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian campuran dengan metode penelitian memanfaatkan observasi, wawancara, dan kerangka alur teknologi untuk mengumpulkan data, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan informasi untuk mempelajari subjek atau fenomena yang diteliti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian interdisipliner, kolaborasi manajemen pendidikan yang terintegrasi sehingga terwujud teknologi dalam revolusi pendidikan. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari guru, siswa dan karyawan atau tenaga kependidikan. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari penelitian awal, pengumpulan data, analisis dokumen, implementasi hasil rancangan, pengujian sistem, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa hasil uji coba aplikasi menggunakan skala Likert menunjukkan angka 91,8% dalam kategori "Sangat Baik". Ini menandakan bahwa mayoritas pengguna memberikan penilaian positif terhadap aplikasi yang kami kembangkan. Dengan menggunakan teknologi untuk memimpin revolusi pendidikan, siswa dan evaluasi mereka dipersiapkan untuk generasi berikutnya.Abstract:  Education has played an important role in human evolution. With the rapid advancement of technology, revolutionizing education has become essential to preparing future generations. This is mixed-method research utilizing observations, interviews, and technological frameworks to collect data, analyze, and interpret information to study the subject or phenomenon under study. This research is an interdisciplinary, integrated education management collaboration so as to realize technology in the education revolution. The informants in this study consisted of teachers, students and employees or education personnel. The research stages consist of initial research, data collection, document analysis, implementation of design results, system testing, and conclusions. The results showed that the results of the application trial using a Likert scale showed 91.8% in the "very good" category. This indicates that the majority of users give a positive assessment of the application we developed. By using technology to lead the education revolution, students and their evaluations are prepared for the next generation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out human resource management in improving teachers competence through the training of Qira'ati method in Al-Qur’an Kindergarten of An-Nadwah. The research method is qualitative descriptive method with case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants were the principal and 3 teachers selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the concept of Milles and Huberman, namely data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The result of the study shows that teachers education and training is one of the most effective activities to increasing teachers competence. With the achievement of teachers competence, the quality of teachers in Al-Qur’an Kindergarten of An-Nadwah will increase.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing strategies that combine local cultural values with digital technology and the challenges faced. A qualitative approach with a case study type was used in the research. The data collection techniques used include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the integration of local wisdom in marketing helped strengthen the pesantren's identity and attract prospective students, while the adoption of digital communication technologies such as e- learning and social media successfully expanded the marketing reach and increased the accessibility of education. However, the research also identified challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and the need for adequate training. Recommendations include increased investment in technology infrastructure, continuous training for staff and santri, and the development of a balanced marketing strategy between local values and technology. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for other educational institutions in adopting similar approaches to improve the quality of education and the attractiveness of institutions in the digital era.

Abstract

This research examines the strengthening of student character education through learning management at MTs Ihyaul Islam Alaspandan. Learning management through the basic functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling to be applied to students in order to make character-educated students will certainly be useful for the progress of the nation and State as well as the ideals of the institution. Both parents need to be considered and endeavored by the institution as one of the efforts that greatly affect the success of students who will become responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and character-educated leaders in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach of case study type with data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of research on strengthening character education through learning management at MTs Ihyaul Islam Alaspandan use the essential functions of learning management planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling the character education of amal ma'ruf, nahi mungkar, hablun min Allah and hablun min annas students.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools face the challenge of adapting to globalization and digitalization without losing their traditional identity. This study aims to analyze the application of strategic management to improve the performance of administrators at the Bureau of Female Islamic Boarding Schools of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study, where data is collected through participant observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews. Informants consist of the head of the bureau of female Islamic boarding schools, staff, and female Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School students. The selection of the research location is based on the ease of obtaining research data and the strategic role in the development of Islamic boarding school-based education, which is based on the research topic. Data were analyzed in three stages: reduction, display, and conclusion. The study results show that the stages of strategic management include formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Formulation involves formulating a vision and mission, SWOT analysis, and strategic goal planning. Implementation of the strategy consists of selecting administrators, providing leadership training, using digital applications for Islamic boarding schools, and giving appreciation to outstanding administrators. Evaluation is carried out through regular meetings to monitor progress and make strategy adjustments. Supporting factors include institutional leadership and inter-departmental coordination while inhibiting factors include limited time and funds. Implementing effective strategic management can improve the performance of administrators, support the achievement of the vision of the Islamic boarding school, and create an adaptive and competitive environment in the modern era.

Abstract

This article examines human resource management (HRM) strategies for improving teacher productivity at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Jadid, which operates within a pesantren environment. The study focuses on humanistic, participatory, and contextual HRM practices that align with the characteristics of Islamic education. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to explore in depth the experiences and perspectives of the principal, the vice principal for curriculum, and teachers regarding professional development and performance management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation, then analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that teacher productivity is enhanced through several key strategies, including a humanistic approach to supervision and coaching, peer-based performance assessment, educationally oriented attendance evaluation, needs-based teacher training, and the provision of awards for exemplary teachers. These strategies function not only as mechanisms of work control but also as means of strengthening professional responsibility, motivation, and a collaborative culture among teachers. The study highlights the distinctive nature of HRM in pesantren-based madrasahs, emphasizing a balance between professionalism and Islamic values
