Abstract

This training aims to develop the organizational skills of MA Badridduja student council through a structured, hands-on approach. The program is designed to provide theoretical understanding as well as practical skills that students can apply in their daily lives. Interactive methods such as group discussions, simulations, and role-playing are used to help students understand the concept of leadership and how to apply it in an organizational context. Careful preparation prior to implementation, such as information dissemination, preparation of training materials, and coordination with relevant parties, were key to the success of this training. The implementation phase included initial evaluation and delivery of training materials. The final evaluation showed significant improvement in students' abilities in leadership and organizational skills. The results of this training show that students not only get direct benefits in the development of leadership skills and organizational skills. In addition, it also provides a solid foundation for students' academic success and prepares them to become competent and influential future leaders in society.

Abstract

Students have difficulty designing or writing manuscripts that will be published in accredited national journals. The purpose of this service is to provide solutions with training and mentoring activities for female students who will or are writing accredited scientific journal manuscripts by utilizing Chat GPT management both theoretically and practically. The action learning method, which consists of several stages starting with preparation, implementation, and evaluation, is the method used in this service, which is carried out face-to-face. The results of this service have a very significant impact on female students in making national journal manuscripts, starting from making titles to pamphlets with Chat GPT management. This can be seen from the test results before and after the training

Abstract

This research was conducted to present the principal's assertive behaviour in creating a superior school. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research site is Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun’im Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that the principal's proactive behaviour in creating an excellent school at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Munim Paiton Probolinggo was indicated by the behaviour of providing information; searching for information; giving an opinion; reflecting the message content; giving criticism or praise; accepting criticism or praise; Express feelings; and share feelings. In terms of capabilities, the head of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun'im Paiton Probolinggo is proven in the form of an attitude of consistency and idealism in deciding and implementing policies; and a person who is honest and open to others so that he becomes a respected and authoritative person. Based on the research, the principal's assertive behaviour can create a superior school through the principal's proactive behaviour, which is romantic, consistent and respectful towards others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of blended learning management in developing students' soft skills in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The location of this research is MI Raudlatul Jannah I Maron Probolinggo Data collection is done with primary and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observation. At the same time, secondary data is obtained through documents and learning tools. The results showed that the application of blended learning management at MI Raudlatul Jannah I consisted of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The application of blended learning in the new normal era can develop students' soft skills in four aspects, namely discipline, honesty, attitude, and communicativeness.

Abstract

Today's society thinks more realistically and critically in choosing educational institutions for their families. Therefore, educational institutions, through the principal as a manager, must carry out their duties with a transformative leadership style so that the positive image of the school increases so that it becomes the community's first choice to send their families to the school. This study presents a transformative leadership strategy for improving the school's image so that it exists amid competition between educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this research is Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid. The results showed that: Transformative leadership can create and enhance a positive image of the school where the positive image of Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid can be seen from the achievements in academic and non-academic fields; The strategy used by the principal in improving the positive image of Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid is by empowering and increasing the discipline of all school members which in its implementation is influenced by supporting factors, namely academic achievement, pleasing personality, and high socialization while the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of new teachers in educating students.

Abstract

The performance of teachers has a significant impact on the overall performance of educational institutions. This research focuses on the implementation of the performance management system to improve teacher productivity at Nurul Jadid High School. A qualitative approach is the approach used in this research, while a case study is the type of research. In addition, this research was conducted at an educational institution within the boarding school environment, namely Nurul Jadid High School. Research data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Informants of the principal, vice principal, and teachers were used as primary data, while secondary data were obtained through national and international journals. Data analysis was carried out in a series of sequential stages, starting with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research performance management system are implemented through several stages, starting with the planning system, implementation system, evaluation system, and reward system. In addition, the implementation increases teacher productivity in carrying out their duties and functions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing strategies that combine local cultural values with digital technology and the challenges faced. A qualitative approach with a case study type was used in the research. The data collection techniques used include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the integration of local wisdom in marketing helped strengthen the pesantren's identity and attract prospective students, while the adoption of digital communication technologies such as e- learning and social media successfully expanded the marketing reach and increased the accessibility of education. However, the research also identified challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and the need for adequate training. Recommendations include increased investment in technology infrastructure, continuous training for staff and santri, and the development of a balanced marketing strategy between local values and technology. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for other educational institutions in adopting similar approaches to improve the quality of education and the attractiveness of institutions in the digital era.

Abstract

The Community Service Programme at MA Mambaul Ulum Paiton focuses on improving the digital literacy of grade XII students through Microsoft Word training. This initiative addresses the urgent need for the students to acquire essential office software skills, which are critical for success in higher education and professional environments. The programme is implemented through three stages viz: planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. It starts with identifying students' skill gaps, designing a phased curriculum, and delivering hands-on practice-based training. Training sessions covered basic topics, including an introduction to the Microsoft Word interface, formatting and organising documents, as well as advanced features such as creating tables and creating charts. To maximise learning outcomes, training was conducted in small groups, using interactive teaching methods and continuous evaluation. The results showed significant improvements in students' competencies, demonstrating the programme's ability to effectively bridge the digital skills gap. In addition, the initiative also provides long-term benefits by improving students' readiness to face academic and professional challenges. This effort not only fulfils an educational need, but also strengthens the overall quality of education contributing to the growth of digital literacy in MA mambaul Ulum.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools face the challenge of adapting to globalization and digitalization without losing their traditional identity. This study aims to analyze the application of strategic management to improve the performance of administrators at the Bureau of Female Islamic Boarding Schools of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study, where data is collected through participant observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews. Informants consist of the head of the bureau of female Islamic boarding schools, staff, and female Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School students. The selection of the research location is based on the ease of obtaining research data and the strategic role in the development of Islamic boarding school-based education, which is based on the research topic. Data were analyzed in three stages: reduction, display, and conclusion. The study results show that the stages of strategic management include formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Formulation involves formulating a vision and mission, SWOT analysis, and strategic goal planning. Implementation of the strategy consists of selecting administrators, providing leadership training, using digital applications for Islamic boarding schools, and giving appreciation to outstanding administrators. Evaluation is carried out through regular meetings to monitor progress and make strategy adjustments. Supporting factors include institutional leadership and inter-departmental coordination while inhibiting factors include limited time and funds. Implementing effective strategic management can improve the performance of administrators, support the achievement of the vision of the Islamic boarding school, and create an adaptive and competitive environment in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the form of religious culture development based on local wisdom in Tunas Luhur Paiton High School and the factors that influence it. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were principals and high school teachers. This study found that developing a religious culture based on local wisdom has several forms: the habit of praying in the congregation, use of Islamic attributes, habituation of smiles, greetings, greetings (Senyum, Sapa, Salam-3S), availability of Islamic facilities, and celebration of Islamic holidays. The factors that support religious culture development are motivation and a pleasant work climate.
