Abstract

This study aims to examine the services provided to BPJS patients in Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the healthcare services provided at Klinik Pratama and Apotek Mulia Medika for BPJS participants are quite good. Patients are satisfied with the quality of services provided, including administration, medication services, and the comfort of the waiting room. However, there are still some challenges related to participants' understanding of BPJS facilities and accessibility barriers. This study offers valuable insights into the quality of BPJS services at primary healthcare facilities and can serve as an evaluation tool for service improvement in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the pharmaceutical services available at the Pratama Clinic and Mulia Medika Pharmacy. The method used in this research is the Qualitative Method. The data collection technique for this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis in this research uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions from respondents. The results of this research show that the pharmaceutical services provided at the Pratama Clinic and Mulia Medika Pharmacy have provided good service to patients.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in improving company financial risk predictions through the application of the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model supported by machine learning. Using systematic literature analysis, this research explores how ARIMA, with the help of AI, can be applied in financial risk management to identify short-term and long-term trends, detect financial anomalies, and improve the quality of decision making. ARIMA models based on machine learning enable faster and more accurate identification of abnormal financial patterns, which is very important in helping companies respond to risks that have the potential to disrupt financial stability. Key findings show that the combination of ARIMA and AI not only makes it easier to analyze large and complex financial data, but also expands the potential of data-driven financial risk management by providing deeper insights. By integrating machine learning, ARIMA becomes more effective in handling dynamic and fluctuating financial data, so companies can anticipate risks more proactively. This study underscores the enormous potential of AI and ARIMA in helping companies build adaptive, high-precision risk prediction systems, offering new opportunities to strengthen financial resilience in an ever-changing business environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty at Alfamart Kopo Serang. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population used in this study were Alfamart Kopo Serang customers in 2024 totaling 2,047. The sample used by the author in this study was 96 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was primary data. The primary data taken were the results of the questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality on customer loyalty with a calculated t value> t table or (10.197> 1985) and was also strengthened by a significance value <0.050 or (0.000 <0.050). There is a significant influence, so it can be concluded that the price variable has an effect on the customer loyalty variable with a calculated t value> t table or (7.921> 1.985) and was also strengthened by a significance value <0.050 or (0.000 <0.050). There is a significant simultaneous influence between service quality and price on customer loyalty with a calculated F value > F table or (54.702 > 2.700) and is also strengthened by a significance of < 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050).

Abstract

Program Food Estate di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tiga komoditi yakni bawang merah, bawang putih dan kentang. Pembentukan kelembagaan ekonomi petani berbasis korporasi petani memberikan jalur hilirisasi produk pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi kapasitas lokal dalam mendukung pemberdayaan kelembagaan ekonomi petani. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan responden kelompok tani di Kecamatan Pollung.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan melibatkan informan kunci petani dan pemangku kepentingan. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek kapasitas pengetahuan yang mengakar pada masyarakat, yakni sumber daya manusia yang mengelola usaha tani. Petani sudah terbiasa melakukan budidaya sesuai pengalaman dan penyuluhan pertanian. Petani mampu menganalisis biaya produksi tanaman. Pengetahuan lokal petani berupa penentuan jadwal tanam, pemanfaatan tanaman herbal sebagai ramuan obat-obatan alami, kuliner khas sebagai hidangan pada kegiatan petani. Potensi kapasitas lokal pada aspek pengetahuan dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan terhadap teknologi dan pengetahuan modern. Keberadaan aktor lokal dapat berpengaruh pada percepatan penyesuaian organisasi atau kelembagaan ekonomi petani secara modern berbasis korporasi petani. Diperlukan perubahan sistem nilai kepemimpinan lokal, agar dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pada para aktor lokal dalam mendukung kelembagaan ekonomi petani.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan bahaya dampak LGBT bagi generasi muda dalam perspektif kesehatan kepada mahasiswa STITNU Al Mahsuni. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 orang peserta yang berasal dari Mahasiswa STITNU Al mahsuni. Diharapkan informasi yang didapatkan oleh mahasiswa mapu ditularkan kepada mahasiswa lainnya di luar STITNU Al Mahsuni. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dalam beberpa sesi antara lain adalah sesi pembukaan, sambutan, penyampaian materi tentang bahaya dampak LGBT bagi generasi muda, sesi diskusi, dan penutup

Abstract

This study was about an analysis of toxic relationship representation between the main characters in It Ends with Us novel by Colleen Hoover. This study would answer the question “What kind of toxic relationship form experienced by the main character in It Ends with Us novel by Colleen Hoover. By answering the question the writer would know what kind of toxic relationship was found in the novel. The writer used descriptive qualitative research. The object of the study was a novel entitled It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover. The instrument of this study was the writer herself as the human instrument key. In collecting the data, the writer read the novel highlighted and underlined those sentences and quotations from the novel and the last rewrote them in another book. In analyzing the data, the writer identified the data, categorized and classified all data in the novel, reduced the data, and described and interpreted the data. There is a point explained in the novel. The writer found about Toxic Relationship in the novel and it is divided into seven parts. Deprecator Belittler, the Bad Temper Toxic Partner, the Guilt Inducer, the Overreacted, the Dependent Partner, the Independent Toxic Controller and the Possessive Toxic Controller.

Abstract

Effective English language learning for EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students involves integrating communicative methodologies, technological resources, and cultural awareness. This paper explores various approaches such as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT), emphasizing their roles in fostering communicative competence and language proficiency. CLT promotes interactive learning through real-life communication activities like debates and role-plays, enhancing fluency and pragmatic skills. TBLT complements CLT by engaging students in tasks that simulate authentic language use, promoting autonomy and problem-solving abilities. Technology plays a crucial role in modern EFL education, offering interactive tools and multimedia resources that cater to diverse learning styles and facilitate self-paced learning outside traditional classroom settings. Additionally, cultural competence is essential for effective communication, enabling students to navigate cross-cultural interactions with sensitivity and proficiency. By synthesizing these approaches and resources, educators create dynamic learning environments that prepare EFL students to communicate effectively in global contexts. This holistic approach not only supports language acquisition but also cultivates skills necessary for academic success and professional advancement in an interconnected world.

Abstract

This research aimed to prove significantly effective or not to use short story in teaching speaking skill. This research used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The population was all of the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Muara Beliti with consist that 131 students. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with method of lottery and the sample selected was XI IPA 2 class with consist 27 students. The data for this research were collected by used oral test. Technique for collecting the data was the researcher classifying individual score students and data collection. The researcher found that using Short Story to teach speaking skill to the eleventh grade students at senior high scholl 1 muara beliti was effective. It could be proved by the significant difference between the mean score in the pre-test and post-test. The mean score of the students in the pre-test was 4.60 and in the post-test was 7.30. the t-obtained was 17.66, it was higher than 2.056 as the critical value in t-table. Therefore, it was clearly stated that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas PT Bank Mandiri Tbk berdasarkan data laporan keuangan dari tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio keuangan, dengan fokus pada Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Bank Mandiri Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang sehat dalam hal likuiditas dan solvabilitas. Namun, masih terdapat kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pihak terkait dalam mengevaluasi dan mengambil keputusan terkait investasi atau kerjasama dengan perusahaan tersebut.
