Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a learning application focused on introducing flags to first-grade students at SDIT EL Fatah. The application is designed using the Construct 2 platform, a tool that allows the development of interactive applications without requiring deep programming skills. This application integrates various interactive features that include learning materials, quizzes, user profiles, and usage instructions. The learning materials are presented in engaging and easy-to-understand slides, while the quizzes are designed to test and reinforce students' understanding of the material they have learned. The user profile feature allows students to track their learning progress, and the usage instructions provide clear guidance for navigating the application.The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes steps such as identifying potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, and mass production. The results of this study indicate that this flag introduction learning application is effective in increasing students' interest and understanding of historical material. The application also received positive responses from teachers and students, indicating that the use of technology in learning can enhance student interaction and engagement.Therefore, this application is expected to become an innovative and effective learning solution, particularly in the context of primary education in Indonesia. This study also contributes to the development of technology-based learning methods that can be applied to various other subjects in primary schools

Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal memiliki potensi besar untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, memperkuat identitas budaya, memperkuat hubungan antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat lokal, serta menciptakan wirausaha yang berdampak positif bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi dan tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dalam kurikulum kewirausahaan serta mengidentifikasi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing mahasiswa dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kualitatif, mengutamakan analisis literatur sebagai sumber data. Dengan menggunakan basis data seperti Google Scholar, artikel diidentifikasi, disaring berdasarkan relevansi, dan dianalisis secara induktif untuk mengekstraksi dan mensintesis data. Validitas dijamin melalui dokumentasi sistematis dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menyoroti pentingnya pengenalan kearifan lokal dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, memperkuat identitas budaya, dan memperkuat hubungan antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat lokal. Namun, tantangan seperti kompleksitas integrasi nilai-nilai lokal dan kurangnya pemahaman dari pihak pengajar juga ditemukan. Meskipun demikian, implementasi praktik lokal dalam kurikulum kewirausahaan menawarkan peluang bagi pengembangan keterampilan praktis dan memperkuat hubungan antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat lokal. Kesimpulannya, dengan mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang, pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk menciptakan wirausaha yang berdampak positif bagi masyarakat dan ekonomi lokal

Abstract

This study was about an analysis of toxic relationship representation between the main characters in It Ends with Us novel by Colleen Hoover. This study would answer the question “What kind of toxic relationship form experienced by the main character in It Ends with Us novel by Colleen Hoover. By answering the question the writer would know what kind of toxic relationship was found in the novel. The writer used descriptive qualitative research. The object of the study was a novel entitled It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover. The instrument of this study was the writer herself as the human instrument key. In collecting the data, the writer read the novel highlighted and underlined those sentences and quotations from the novel and the last rewrote them in another book. In analyzing the data, the writer identified the data, categorized and classified all data in the novel, reduced the data, and described and interpreted the data. There is a point explained in the novel. The writer found about Toxic Relationship in the novel and it is divided into seven parts. Deprecator Belittler, the Bad Temper Toxic Partner, the Guilt Inducer, the Overreacted, the Dependent Partner, the Independent Toxic Controller and the Possessive Toxic Controller.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri 6 Muara Rupit setelah diterapkan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Pair Check secara signifikan tuntas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu menggunakan desain penelitian pre-test dan Post-Test. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 6 Muara Rupit dengan sampel berjumlah 18 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil dengan teknik Tes berbentuk soal essay yang berjumlah 9 soal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji- z. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test 48,59 dan rata-rata nilai post-Test 74,37. Hasil analisis uji-z diperoleh Zhitung > Ztabel yaitu, 2,45 > 1,64, yang menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Pair Check dapat menuntaskan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri 6 Muara Rupit.

Abstract

The increasingly modern business world like today is very much about its development, foreign and domestic competition makes companies want to continue to increase productivity. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, occupational health, and occupational safety on employee work productivity at PT. Machine Control & Automation. This research is a replication study using a quantitative approach method. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling with a total sample of 84 employees. Data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the analysis showing that work discipline, work health and work safety have an influence on employee productivity as proven by the t-test which shows tcount > ttable. The results of the F-test analysis show that work discipline, work health and work safety have a simultaneous effect on work productivity. This can be proven from the results of the f test by paying attention to the value of Fcount > Ftable. And the significance value is <0.05. The limitations of this research are employee productivity which is influenced by work discipline, work health and work safety. Suggestions for further research are expected to retest based on dimensions and indicators other than those examined in this research

Abstract

The result states Citrus Hill Farm. perform a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy in handling complaints through a customer data collection process, customer data analysis, data collection on complaints that can be detrimental. From the consumer's point of view, in-depth interviews were conducted with (1) product evaluation, (2) the price of submitting a complaint,(3) speed of handling complaints, (4) level of consumer satisfaction after filing a complaint. complaint. The results show that Citrus Hill maintains and increases consumer trust by using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and handling any complaints quickly. Citrus Hill has product advantages in the form of plant seeds and other agricultural products as well as the ease of purchasing goods online. In terms of handling consumer complaints, Citrus Hill handles them quickly and satisfactorily so as to increase trust and purchase of Citrus Hill products

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu modal penting bagi masa depan generasi penerus bangsa. Dengan memiliki wawasan dan pengetahuan yang luas maka akan mampu menyiapkan generasi muda yang berkualitas dan mampu membangun bangsa dan negara ini lebih baik. Dalam hal ini, bukan hanya pendidikan moral serta akademik yang dibutuhkan, tetapi juga pendidikan mengenai pengelolaan uang. Konsep pengelolaan uang yang baik harus diajarkan kepada anak sedini mungkin. Mengetahui konsep pengelolaan uang sejak dini dapat memberikan manfaat yang baik untuk mengelola pendapatannya pada masa depan. Terdapat indikator terbaik untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pengelolaan keuangan untuk masa depan adalah ketersediaan anak-anak untuk menunda mengeluarkan uang untuk kepuasan dan memperkuat tabungan jangka panjang. Selain itu, permasalahan ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia dari dulu hingga kini adalah masalah pengangguran. Berdasarkan berita resmi statistik, Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), tingkat pengangguran terbuka Provinsi Banten per Februari 2022 sebesar 8,53 persen atau 504,26 ribu orang. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Para sarjana muda dengan tingkat intelektual yang tinggi diharapkan dapat menciptakan pekerjaan-pekerjaan baru bagi masyarakat yang tidak memiliki kesempatan mengenyam pendidikan tinggi. Akan tetapi, pembentukan paradigma sebagian besar sarjana muda yang fokus looking for job perlu diubah menjadi create jobs. Namun pemikiran tersebut tidak dapat diubah dengan cepat karena ketidakberanian untuk mengambil risiko ditambah tidak adanya modal untuk memulai suatu usaha. Sehingga diperlukan pembentukan pola pikir create jobs yang dilakukan sejak dini dalam bentuk sarana pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam pengelolaan uang yang baik sehingga kemampuan melek keuangan atau literasi keuangan anak dapat meningkat. Melalui media gambar berupa komik diharapkan dapat menarik perhatian anak untuk membacanya.

Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah fasilitas kesehatan perorangan yang menawarkan berbagai layanan kesehatan, diantaranya rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan adalah pelayanan yang dibutuhkan setiap individu, dan dapat memuaskan individu tersebut. BPJS merupakan badan hukum yang dibuat untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pasien peserta BPJS dalam pelayanan kesehatan di RS Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara mendalam secara lansung dengan informan terkait. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dilihat dari beberapa dimensi, yaitu tangibles (wujud nyata), responsiveness (daya tanggap), empathy (perhatian), reliability (keandalan), assurance (jaminan), menunjukan bahwa RS Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung telah memberikan pelayananan yang baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa area yang perlu diperhatikan seperti kebersihan toilet/kamar mandi, respon terhadap keluhan pasien, ketepatan waktu dalam pelayanan, dan ketepatan jadwal kunjungan dokter. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien secara menyeluruh, pihak rumah sakit perlu rutin melakukan evaluasi dan peningkatan pada aspek-aspek tersebut..

Abstract

The younger generation is the foundation and capital of the nation's development. For this reason, parents, educators and the government are expected to seriously provide the best education for them. The reality is that all citizens, local governments, families and parents are obliged and responsible for providing protection and guaranteeing the fulfillment of children's human rights in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. Legal rules regarding bullying against children have been regulated by the State in the form of laws, meanwhile, a clear understanding of bullying is not yet owned by some adolescents both within the school environment and outside the school environment. Even though acts of bullying can harm other people and can even cause the loss of the future of a child who is a victim of this act. For this reason, the Serang Raya University Service Team is interested in carrying out community service activities for students of SMP Negri 2 Cikeusal Serang which in this case is given in the form of "Socialization of the Dangers of Bullying for Mental Students". using several methods including delivering material directly or lectures, sharing, discussions, questions and answers, and dialogue. The results obtained from the Socialization of the Dangers of Bullying for students' mentality are: the results of this dedication show that students' knowledge about stopping bullying increases, increase knowledge and understanding of legal regulations related to bullying, the impact of bullying.

Abstract

This research aimed to prove significantly effective or not to use short story in teaching speaking skill. This research used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The population was all of the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Muara Beliti with consist that 131 students. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with method of lottery and the sample selected was XI IPA 2 class with consist 27 students. The data for this research were collected by used oral test. Technique for collecting the data was the researcher classifying individual score students and data collection. The researcher found that using Short Story to teach speaking skill to the eleventh grade students at senior high scholl 1 muara beliti was effective. It could be proved by the significant difference between the mean score in the pre-test and post-test. The mean score of the students in the pre-test was 4.60 and in the post-test was 7.30. the t-obtained was 17.66, it was higher than 2.056 as the critical value in t-table. Therefore, it was clearly stated that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted.
