Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Snack Video application and live streaming agencies to increase revenue, and identify its strengths and weaknesses. With a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the study found that the implementation of the MoU had a significant impact on increasing agency revenue through four main indicators: Agency Revenue & Recruitment Task to recruit new hosts, Agency Host Active Task to increase host activity through training and incentives, Agency's Old Valid Host Task to maintain the loyalty of old hosts, and Agency Revenue Level Upgrade Task which reflects the optimal results of other strategies. The advantages of this strategy include effective incentives for host recruitment and activity, duration-based training, and a strong loyalty scheme. However, its weaknesses include complicated host validation, dependence on incentives, competition between agencies, and high revenue targets. The proposed solutions are marketing strategy diversification, service innovation, community strengthening, and market expansion. This study emphasizes the importance of simplifying the validation process and reducing dependence on incentives, while offering insights to improve the partnership model in the live streaming industry.

Abstract

Studying something using knowledge essentially constitutes one of humanity's efforts to obtain truth. Truth itself is a state that corresponds to the actual object, so studying something through philosophical knowledge is a step towards acquiring true and objective knowledge. This research aims to understand the nature of philosophy as a unifier of science and education.  In this study, the research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review combined with qualitative research methods. The literature review will critically analyze existing philosophical literature to explore the interconnectedness of philosophy, science, and education. Additionally, qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews, observations, and content analysis will be employed to delve into the perspectives and experiences of experts in the field. Through this combined approach, a deeper understanding of the essence of philosophy as a unifying force in science and education will be achieved. Truth is the essence of philosophy, serving as the foundation for every branch of knowledge. Science, or natural sciences encompassing physics, chemistry, biology, employs scientific methods, scientific thinking, and scientific frameworks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan latihan plyometric dalam meningkatkan ketepatan smash bola voli pada peserta klub TM. Junior Sindang Beliti Ilir. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pre-eksperimental designs dengan desain eksperimen Pre-test dan Post-test. Pengambilan sampel ini diambil dari jumlah populasi mengingat populasi hanya ada satu kelompok maka populasi merupakan sampel jenuh dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumen. Instrumen tes yang digunakan peneliti berbentuk tes ketepatan smash AHHPERD. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-z dengan hasil zhitung sebesar 4,00 yang lebih besar dari ztabel sebesar 1,64. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan latihan plyometric secara signifikan meningkatkan ketepatan smash bola voli pada peserta klub TM. Junior Sindang Beliti Ilir. Hasil dari pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan ketepatan smash, yang disertai dengan penyebaran hasil yang lebih seragam di antara peserta.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek krusial dalam membentuk individu yang bermartabat. Penelitian ini menganalisis pentingnya pendidikan karakter dalam konteks filsafat Timur, khususnya dalam pandangan Ki Hajar Dewantara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filsafat Timur, dengan penekanan pada nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual, dapat menjadi landasan kuat dalam membangun karakter siswa. Konsep pendidikan karakter yang diusung oleh Ki Hajar Dewantara, yaitu menuntun siswa untuk tumbuh sesuai kodratnya, selaras dengan nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam filsafat Timur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai filsafat Timur dalam pendidikan karakter dapat menghasilkan individu yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki kepribadian yang baik dan berakhlak mulia. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional yang ingin membentuk generasi penerus yang berkualitas dan berkarakter.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine the effect of the implementation of financial-based accounting and internal control systems on the accountability of government agency performance at the State Asset Management Institute. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 92 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that the tcount value is 3.324 > ttable of 1.98 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that accounting standards have a partially positive and significant effect on the accountability of the performance of government agencies at the State Asset Management Institute. The test results show a tcount value of 4.554 > ttable of 1.98 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the internal control system has a positive and partially significant effect on the accountability of government agency performance at the Asset Management Institute Country. The research results show that accrual-based accounting and internal control systems have a positive and significant effect on performance accountability with a calculated F value of 16.521 which is greater than 3.10 and a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong kebutuhan masyarakat untuk menguasai keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis desain grafis sebagai sarana komunikasi dan pembelajaran. Salah satu aplikasi yang populer dan mudah digunakan adalah Canva, yang memungkinkan penggunanya menciptakan media presentasi interaktif secara kreatif. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan aplikasi ini, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan desain. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Pembuatan Media Presentasi Interaktif Menggunakan Canva pada tanggal 26 April 2025 secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 orang dari berbagai kalangan. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, mulai dari persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, diskusi, evaluasi, hingga tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap literasi digital, keterampilan dalam menguasai fitur-fitur Canva, serta kemampuan mendesain media presentasi yang lebih menarik, komunikatif, dan interaktif. Peserta juga menunjukkan motivasi dan kreativitas tinggi dalam menghasilkan karya, serta terbentuk forum lanjutan sebagai wadah berbagi pengalaman. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dan komunikasi visual masyarakat, yang pada akhirnya dapat menunjang produktivitas, pembelajaran, maupun aktivitas profesional di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the methodological characteristics of quantitative research in the field of Islamic Education Management. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis method, this study analyzes scientific papers in the form of theses, dissertations, and accredited journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results of the study show that the quantitative approach in this field is dominated by descriptive and correlational designs, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and simple statistical analyses such as correlation and regression. Although this method offers advantages in terms of objectivity, efficiency, and generalization of findings, its weakness lies in its limitations in exploring the contextual meaning, spiritual values, and complexity of the phenomenon of Islamic education. The study also uncovered key challenges such as inconsistency in instrument validity, gaps between Western methods and Islamic values, and limitations in the use of experimental designs. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening methodological literacy, the development of contextual instruments based on Islamic values, and the application of more complex quantitative methods to improve the quality of decision-making in Islamic educational institutions. These findings are expected to be the foundation for building an integrative methodological framework in the field of Islamic Education Management.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is how values such as honesty, hard work, and empathy can be instilled through effective teaching methods, including discussion, practice, and reflection. Although progress has been made in the implementation of character education, significant challenges remain, particularly related to the pressure to achieve high academic results and the lack of support from educational management. The role of teachers as role models in applying the principles of philosophy of science is also emphasized, as they can inspire students to adopt these positive values. This article concludes that collaborative efforts from all stakeholders are crucial to addressing the existing challenges and creating a balanced education between academic aspects and character, in order to produce a generation that is both intelligent and morally upright.

Abstract

Digitalization in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has opened new opportunities to create more effective, interactive, and relevant teaching methods for contemporary needs. This study aims to explore the experiences, perceptions, and challenges faced by teachers, students, and school management in implementing digitalization in PAI learning at SMK Bustanul ‘Ulum, Bandung Regency. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with research subjects. The findings reveal a strong commitment from the school to integrate technology through clear policies, supporting facilities, teacher training, and digital ethics guidelines. Teachers and students positively embrace digitalization despite challenges such as infrastructure limitations and digital literacy gaps. The philosophy of science perspective underscores the importance of aligning technology usage with Islamic values, ensuring that digital-based learning not only creates engaging experiences but also focuses on character and moral development. This study aims to provide theoretical and practical insights for designing ethical, value-oriented technology-based religious education relevant to the digital era.
