Abstract

This study focuses on knowing how the effect of adding Styrofoam as an additive added to the AC-WC mixture using Pattunuang River Stone, Maros Regency as a material, the research method used is a series of conventional Marshall tests, the results of the research with the plan to add variations in Styrofoam content 0%, 1 %, 2%, 3%, 4% with a composition of 36.90% coarse aggregate, 50% 30 fine aggregate, 5.8% filler, with varying levels of asphalt used 5.5% so as to obtain the characteristics of the AC-WC mixture in the test Conventional marshall obtained Stability, flow, VIM, VMA and VFB meet the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) diselenggarakan di kantor Desa ma’rumpa, Kecamatan Marusu, Kabupaten Maros, dengan mitra pengabdian adalah kelompok ibu-ibu PKK yang berlangsung selama dua hari yaitu pada tanggal 16 dan 17 November 2022. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan dengan materi cara membuat tas tali kur dan cara pemasarannya.  Metode ceramah dan praktik langsung oleh peserta membuat efektif dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta yang berjumlah 20 orang mampu membuat tas tali kur dengan motif dasar yang telah diajarkan oleh tim pengabdian. Di hari pertama peserta belajar tentang dasar menyimpul dilanjutkan dengan membuat tas, kemudian di hari kedua dilakukan finishing dengan menambah lapisan serta penutup tas, dan terakhir pemberian materi cara menjual secara online.The community service was held at the Ma'rumpa Village office, Marusu District, Maros Regency, with the dedication partner being a group of PKK mothers which lasted for two days, on 16 and 17 November 2022. This activity aims to provide skills with materials for making and marketing tali kur bags. The participants' lecture method and hands-on practice made implementing this training effective. The result of this dedication was that 20 participants could make tali kur bags with the basic motifs that the service team had taught. On the first day, participants learn about the basics of knotting, followed by making bags, then on the second day finishing by adding layers and bag covers and finally providing material on how to sell online.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja mahasiswa dan juga dosen. Pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang tepat akan meningkatkan minat dan kinerja mahasiswa dan kreativitas dosen. Tantangan dosen pengampu mata kuliah Rekayasa Lalu Lintas Kelas G3 Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus adalah bagaimana agar mahasiswa mampu menerapkan teori lalu lintas pada kondisi lapangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja belajar dari mahasiswa dan kreatifitas dosen. Peserta kegiatan yaitu Mahasiswa Teknik Sipil, kelas G3 Mata kuliah Rekayasa Lalu Lintas, waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu 1 semester. 2022-2023 (September 2022 – Januari 2023) di Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus. Hasil evaluasi belajar mahasiswa melalui penerapan kegiatan project based learning pada mata kuliah Rekayasa Lalu Lintas, terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata mahasiswa dari 79,5 (tahun ajaran 2021-2022) menjadi 87,3 (tahun ajaran 2022-2023). Untuk setiap materi mata kuliah, mahasiswa menjadi lebih antusias. Penerapan metode project based learning dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme pada mata kuliah Rekayasa Lalu Lintas Kelas G3, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus adalah tepat guna dan meningkatkan kinerja belajar mahasiswa dan kreatifitas dosen.

Abstract

An intersection is a meeting place where two or more roads join together to intersect. Calculations and analysis use the method of calculation in the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI). This four-signal intersection has four arms where the north-facing approach on Jl. Makassar – Maros axis consisting of 4 lanes with a road width of 15 meters. on the east west approach Jl. Dg. This Ramang has 2 lanes and a road width of 7.5 meters, on the approach to the west of Jl. Batara Bira baddoka has 2 lanes and a road width of 6.5 meters. Based on the results of data analysis regarding the length of vehicle queues, during peak hours in the morning the north arm has the largest queue length of 112.58 m, during peak hours in the afternoon the south arm the queue length the largest is 76.93 m, and at peak hour in the afternoon of the south arm the largest queue length is 344.68 m. Based on the results of analysis of research data regarding the average delay that occurs at the intersection with the Baddoka signal, the largest average delay value that occurs during the morning peak hours of the northern arm is 285.36 seconds/cur, during the afternoon peak hours of the southern arm is 250.59 sec/cur, and during the afternoon peak hours of the south arm the highest average delay value is 808.24 sec/cur.

Abstract

At the intersection of BTP – Perintis Kemerdekaan – West Ring has experienced a long queue of vehicles, especially the Perintis Kemerdekaan road, from the south to the north of the vehicle queue to door 2 of UNHAS while from the opposite direction the queue of vehicles occurs until the Regional Library and Archives Office of South Sulawesi Province. Vehicle queues occur during peak hours. This study aims to determine the saturated current, capacity, and degree of saturation of the BTP – Pioneer of Independence – West Ring interchange at the peak hour of morning or evening existing conditions, as well as the relationship between capacity to the degree of saturation at the BTP – Pioneer of Independence – West Ring interchange. To calculate traffic flow, vehicles divided into 4 namely Light Vehicles, Medium Vehicles, Motorcycles, and Non-Motorized Vehicles are not considered part of the traffic flow but side obstacles. The method used in this study is in accordance with PKJI 2014. From the data and results of research conducted manually on the performance of the interchange that brings together BTP, Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan and Jalan Lingkar Barat, it was found that the degree of saturation of intersection performance is included in category C. According to the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines, the results of this study can be said that the condition of the interchange traffic flow that brings together BTP, Independence Pioneer Road and West Ring Road The current is stable but the speed and motion of vehicles Controlled.

Abstract

Currently the world is trying to improve air quality which has an impact on climate change. Including Indonesia contributing to various international forums that discuss greenhouse gas emission reduction programs, including in the transportation sector. The Batua Raya-Toddopuli-Borong Raya intersection is an alternative intersection for travelers from Makassar City to Sungguminasa City or Maros City, and vice versa. The aim of this research is to obtain the delay and the relationship between the delay and the emission load at the un-signalized intersection of the Batua Raya-Toddopuli-Borong Raya road, Makassar, SIDRA INTERSECTION 8 Software is used to calculate the value of the delay and emission load. Delays that occur on weekdays are higher than holidays, seen on Monday morning at peak hours 17.00-18.00 there is a very high intersection delay of an average of 3888.52 seconds. The relationship between traffic delays and NOx emissions, which has an effect of 84.32%, each second addition of the delay value can increase HC emissions by 0.0000005 kg/hour. The relationship between traffic delays and CO emissions, which has an effect of 95.56%. The relationship between traffic delays and HC emissions, which has an effect of 93.76%. The relationship between traffic delays and CO2 emissions, which has an effect of 93.64%. The addition of delay time at the intersection increases the emission value and reduces the quality of the intersection level of service.

Abstract

However, along with the pace of population growth and progress in the world of transportation, various problems have appeared. Currently, the problem of traffic congestion has been troubling for road users and has become a widespread problem. This also happened on Jalan Andalas which is the main access road. This study aims to determine the performance of road sections and the impact of side obstacles on the capacity of Andalas Road sections. Data collection is divided into primary data obtained from surveys at the location, namely data on traffic volume, side friction, vehicle speed and road geometry as well as secondary data, namely population data, in data processing using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997 (MKJI 1997) Urban roads. Based on calculations and analysis of data for 7 days of observation, the largest traffic flow was obtained on Tuesday, namely 1,941.8 pce/hour, the highest side resistance on Tuesday with a total of two directions during the average peak hour flow, namely 342.9 events/hour and the highest degree of saturation is 0.394. The effect of side friction on road capacity is that the greater the side resistance, the lower the capacity and performance of the road segment, conversely if the side resistance is low, the load capacity is large.

Abstract

One of the public transportation that uses a fare system is the Trans-Mamminasata Bus. The regional government determines the amount of the fare for a vehicle by setting an upper and lower limit which is adjusted to the amount of vehicle operating costs (BOK), thus it is hoped that the fare charged to passengers is not burdensome or in accordance with applicable regulations. The aim of this research is to find out the load factor of the Trans-Mamminasata Bus, what the Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) of the Trans-Mamminasata Bus are and what the appropriate fare is based on vehicle operational costs. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from related agencies and primary data obtained from load factors and interviews. The BOK analysis method used is LAPI ITB 1997. The results obtained are that the average load factor obtained is 0.074%, the operational cost of the Trans-Mamminasata bus vehicle is IDR 8,822.68/km and the tabulated fare determination is obtained from the load. the average factor is the basic rate of IDR 5,961.27; fare IDR 129,061.60 per passenger and standard load factor 70% basic fare IDR 330.19; and the fare is IDR 13,643.74 per passenger. Meanwhile, for 100% load factor tariff, the basic tariff is IDR 441,134; and the fare is IDR 9,550.65 per passenger

Abstract

A good transportation system provides maximum performance and service to the community. Traffic performance that is less than optimal will cause congestion that can disrupt people's daily activities. One of the factors that can reduce the level of performance and transportation services is the increase in vehicle volume and side friction factors on roads. Along the road Dr. Ratulangi has shops, shopping centers, restaurants and offices so that the area is dense with community activities, this creates traffic problems that cause congestion. This study aims to determine the traffic flow and the impact of side barriers on the degree of saturation on Jalan Dr. Ratulangi in front of the New Agung Store, Makassar City. In processing the data, the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) were used, the research data taken were primary data obtained from survey results at the location in the form of traffic volume data, side barriers, vehicle speed and road geometry as well as secondary data, namely the population of Makassar City. The research results from 3 days of observation obtained the largest volume of traffic flow on Monday where the south direction is 1807.4 cur/hour and the north direction is 1850.2 cur/hour. The highest side friction is on Monday with a total of two directions during the clock flow the average peak is 1364.2 events/hour and the average degree of saturation is in the south direction is 0.709 and the north direction is 0.726.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyoroti peran infrastruktur hijau perkotaan dalam mengurangi polusi udara yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia dan dengan demikian meningkatkan kualitas udara di Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, pengamatan penginderaan jauh, dan analisis data dengan memanfaatkan berbagai informasi yang disediakan oleh Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) dan beberapa situs terpercaya yang menyediakan informasi yang diperlukan terkait polusi udara di Jakarta. Pengamatan di Jakarta di lakukan pada dua puluh titik. Sedangkan pengamatan di kota Bogor di lakukan pada dua titik. Data yang diperoleh dari pengamatan jarak jauh di dua puluh lokasi di Jakarta menyebutkan, kualitas udara di Jakarta rata-rata berada pada level tidak sehat. Sedangkan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di kota Bogor menunjukkan bahwa kualitas udara di Bogor masih sehat. Rata-rata kualitas udara di Jakarta adalah 131. Sedangkan rata-rata Rata-rata kualitas udara di Bogor adalah 31.
