Abstract

As the digital world develops, it causes changes in the trading system in the world, one of which is in Indonesia. The emergence of trade carried out indirectly between sellers and buyers on e-commerce platforms. With the development of this trading system, transactions can be made easier because there is no need to meet face to face, but there are also problems that arise, such as unhealthy business competition. One example is predatory pricing or selling at a loss, where they sell products below the capital price or below the production price which is expected to beat rivals with similar products on a digital platform. Usually these business actors offer promotions that are as attractive as possible so that consumers or the public are interested in increasing their shopping in e-commerce. This requires strong law enforcement so that predatory pricing does not become a culture in digital business and harms many business actors. This research will discuss how to regulate and enforce the law against perpetrators of predatory pricing in e-commerce applications in terms of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolies and Unfair Business Competition. This research uses a normative legal approach. The results of this research show that business actors who are proven to have carried out predatory pricing practices have violated Article 20 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopoliesand Unfair Business Competition and can be subject to administrative or criminal sanctions.

Abstract

Bullying is a behaviour that abuses power by hurting someone either physically or emotionally. However, what is very unfortunate and what is more concerning is that there are still many acts of bullying that occur in the school environment. In comparison, schools should be a safe environment for children to play and learn. The level of bullying is most often found at the adolescent level because adolescence is a transitional period when changes occur in the physical, spiritual, or physical, emotional, social, and personal aspects so that changes in adolescent behaviour also occur related to challenges, and what they are facing. The purpose of this research is to facilitate young victims of bullying to safely report the events they experience without any fear of their identity being known. The method used in this paper is literature review which is a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research works and ideas that have been produced by researchers and practitioners. The implementation of guidance and counselling (BK) services is carried out online by utilizing technology as a means to support guidance and counselling. So from the results of this study, we hope to be able to overcome the problems experienced by adolescent (junior high school) victims of bullying that occur in society

Abstract

The research had two objectives; 1) to explore teachers’ belief about the use of full English during learning activities, and 2) to determine the factors that affected the use of full English in teaching English to teach English to young learners. Embedded mixed method was used in this study. The quantitative data were gained by distributing 1 set of closed-response questionnaire item to 38 teachers of English who teach English at elementary schools in Palembang, a capital city of South Sumatera Province, Indonesia. Meanwhile, the qualitative data were gained from one-to-one in depth interview to 15 teachers of English who were willing to be interviewed. Students’ responses to each questionnaire item were analyzed by using descriptive statistics analysis by Employing SPSS program. Meanwhile, the qualitative data gained from the interview were analyzed by using thematic analysis. It was revealed from the study that first, teachers shared positive belief about the use of full English while teaching English in the class. Secondly, there are five factors that affected the use of full English during learning activities; 1) The English Proficiency of the teachers; 2) School Policy; 3) The homogeneous level of students’ language performance 4) Teacher’s classroom management skills and 5) Students’ attitude toward English.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peranan hadis dalam perkembangan historiografi Islam awal, khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan metode penulisan sejarah, sumber riwayat, serta kontribusi ulama hadis dalam menjaga otentisitas catatan sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menelaah literatur klasik dan modern yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis berperan sebagai metode, sumber, catatan historis, sekaligus landasan filosofis dalam penyusunan sejarah Islam pada masa awal. Tradisi sanad, kritik riwayat, dan ketelitian ulama hadis menjadikan historiografi Islam memiliki keunggulan dalam objektivitas dan validitas dibandingkan tradisi sejarah lainnya. Dengan demikian, hadis memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pembentukan narasi sejarah Islam yang autentik dan ilmiah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perkembangan kebudayaan dan peradaban Islam pada masa Khulafā’ al-Rāsyidīn sebagai fondasi awal sejarah Islam. Fokus kajian meliputi proses pengangkatan para khalifah, model kepemimpinan masing-masing tokoh, serta permasalahan sosial-politik yang muncul pada masa Abu Bakar, Umar, Utsman, dan Ali. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah sumber klasik dan modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masa Khulafā’ al-Rāsyidīn merupakan periode penting konsolidasi politik, ekspansi wilayah, pembentukan sistem administrasi, dan kodifikasi ajaran Islam. Tantangan seperti pemberontakan, konflik internal, dan dinamika politik berhasil ditangani dengan kebijakan strategis para khalifah. Kesimpulannya, masa Khulafā’ al-Rāsyidīn memberi landasan kokoh bagi perkembangan peradaban Islam di periode berikutnya.
