The idea of sustainable finance is becoming more and more important in today's fast-paced global world, pushing financial institutions to take the effects on the environment, society, and economy into account when conducting business. The primary resource for reporting sustainable performance is the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Nevertheless, there are still few comprehensive studies on the application of BRI Syariah and Bank Muamalat's sustainable finance concept in the context of the sharia financial sector, particularly when it comes to evaluating the sector's performance from 2018 to 2020. The research question is: What impact does the sharia financial sector's performance have from the application of the concept of sustainable finance, as defined by "first movers on sustainable banking" and based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)? and what and what is the impact of implementing the sustainable finance concept "first movers on sustainable banking" based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) on the performance of the sharia financial sector ? . This kind of research is classified as qualitative, and it is specifically descriptive in nature. A secondary source is the data source that was used. Time triangulation, literature analysis, and documentation are some of the methods used in data collection. After that, the data was examined through data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion-making. Based on GRI guidelines, BRI Syariah has successfully implemented sustainable financial concepts with satisfactory economic performance, including market adaptation and moderate growth. Actions taken in the field of green banking, like funding TJSL, CSR, and sustainable agriculture as well as renewable energy, benefit society. In the areas of the economy, environment, and society, Bank Muamalat Indonesia has also been successful in putting the GRI sustainable finance concept into practice. Liquidity, fund raising, and efficient asset management all demonstrate its financial sustainability.

Dalam sebuah usaha inovasi, peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu usaha. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah sektor ekonomi nasional yang paling strategis yang menjadi salah satu bidang yang digandrungi masyarakat. Keripik umumnya masih di produksi oleh industri rumah tangga dalam skala kecil. Industri rumah tangga terkendala untuk meningkatkan produksi karena kurangnya teknik pemasaran dan kurangnya inovasi. Dalam kegiatan ini Tim pengabdi melaksanakan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dengan mitra pengabdian produsen keripik pisang yang berada di Dusun III Kecamatan Sungai Pinang, Kabupaten Kampar. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan yaitu pelatihan pembuatan keripik pisang dengan varian rasa, pemberian bantuan peralatan dan bahan untuk meningkatkan produksi dan pendampingan pembuatan desain label kemasan. Hasil kegiatan ini antara lain adanya peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi keripik, peningkatan skala produksi, dan peningkatan penghasilan mitra dari sebelumnya.

Community service activities is one of the obligations that must be implemented by lecturer at the university sabagai one aspect of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The activity was carried out by a Team of Community Service entitled "The Application of Coconut Waste Processing Technology as Organic Fertilizer and Nata de Coco" is a devotion activity involving two partners, namely Bakti Karya Farmer Group and Mekar Jaya Farmer Group are two groups of farmers who are active in cultivation and coconut cultivation in Desa Asahan Mati, Tanjung Balai Sub-district of Asahan Regency. Problems faced is the low quantity and quality of coconut production caused by the limited information about the culture culture of coconut cultivation, especially aspects of pest control and fertilization. In addition, the presence of coconut straw waste in the form of midrib and leaves and coconut water that is very large to be a problem because it has the potential to cause environmental pollution and become a pest of nests. . In order to solve the problems of both partners, this activity will be conducted in the form of lectures, discussions, practices and introduction of coconut chopping machine in the form of leaf and stem to be used as raw material of organic fertilizer, hybrid coconut seeds and coconut waste water treatment equipment as nata de coco . After the implementation of the dedication activity to the partner community has been able to make organic fertilizer bokashi by utilizing the waste of coconut plants by digging the compost cutting machine that introduced, the practice of hybrid coconut cultivation, and waste water treatment of coconut to nata de coco. Research-based community partnership program activities involve two partners, namely the Murti Lestari Farmer Group and Agrina Creation UKM in Helvetia Village, XI Gang Sawit Hamlet, Labuhan Deli District Deli Serdang Regency. This dedication activity is the application of the results of research that had been carried out two years earlier which was USU's Talent Grants in 2017 and 2018. The problem faced was the lack of understanding of oyster mushroom baglog waste management techniques that have the potential to pollute the environment, on the other hand the farmer group Murti Lestari also experienced difficulties in increasing the quantity and quality of sweet potato production which is also widely cultivated in this village. The low interest of farmers is also encouraged because of the low price of sweet potato products and a relatively limited shelf life. The method implemented for training and discussion, accompanied by the practice of making compost from mushroom baglog waste, the practice of preparing planting material in the form of local sweet potato clones with high beta carotene content, compost application in sweet potato cultivation, maintenance to harvesting and post-harvest process using processing equipment into sweet potato flour rich in beta carotene and various other processed food products. Activities that have been carried out are training on composting of baglog mushroom waste using compost counting machines and bioactivators introduced in this activity so that the composting process goes faster, training on technical culture of orange sweet potato cultivation by applying mushroom baglog compost, training on mushroom making mushrooms and composting Oyster mushroom cultivation using shelves made of mild steel and fogging using a sprayer. Production and quality of yields of sweet potatoes that were given compost baglog oyster mushroom waste increased compared without the provision of compost. The next crop is processed into sweet potato flour with high beta carotene content and various food products using an introduced machine, which is a sweet potato slicing machine, flour machine, macaroni making machine and equipment for making sweet potato flour based food processing products.

The purpose of this study was to investigate potential correlations between tax evasion and leverage, capital intensity, and profitability. This investigation's primary goals and focus are companies that are listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2019–2021 period. 54 observation samples in all were used in this study, and they were all chosen using purposive sampling methods. The data examined using Eviews software was subjected to multiple linear regression testing methodology for the purposes of this investigation. The use of leverage and tax evasion are unrelated, according to study findings. Tax evasion is impacted by both capital intensity and profitability considerations.

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio, Net Operating Margin and Curret Ratio on Financial Performance. The population in this study is Sharia commercial banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. The number of samples in this study as many as 30 samples. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The research method used is quantitative with data sources in the form of secondary data. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis with Eviews 10. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio and Net Operating Margin affect Financial Performance. However, the variable Curret Ratio has no effect on Financial Performance. The results of this study give the implication that to improve a financial performance in Islamic commercial banks is Financing to Deposit Ratio and Net Operating Margin.

Purpose – This inquiry aims to examine the impact of Green Banking performance and service quality on customer satisfaction using Mobile Banking. Methodology - In this inquiry using the type of primary data by survey method, which makes a questionnaire with questions related to research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This technique is useful to find out the impact of several independent elements on the dependent element analyzed through SPSS version 29. Findings – Based on the results obtained that the performance of green banking and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Together, green banking performance and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction using mobile banking. Implications – The results of this inquiry will provide recommendations on the association between the performance of green banking and mobile banking is increasingly crucial in the context of digital transformation in the banking sector that focuses on sustainability. Originality – This inquiry provides insights to increase attention to the concept of sustainability in the modern banking world, especially in the application of green banking.

Metode Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) diterapkan di sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan pemahaman siswa selama pembelajaran. IBL memfokuskan pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, di mana siswa secara mandiri terlibat dalam proses bertanya, menyelidiki, dan menemukan solusi berdasarkan rasa ingin tahu mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas IBL dalam mendorong minat belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa di kelas V dan VI SDN Cisaat Gadis. Melalui metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi langsung, wawancara dengan guru, dan angket siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode IBL mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan memperdalam pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep yang dipelajari. Tantangan dalam penerapan IBL antara lain adalah kebutuhan pelatihan guru dan penyesuaian kurikulum. Secara keseluruhan, IBL menawarkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang dinamis.

This study aims to analyze the influence of two crucial elements, namely Customer Experience and Price, on the purchasing decisions of Shopee users. Information technology and digital transformation have altered the way consumers interact with the market. E-commerce platforms have become the main foundation for this change, with Shopee as a key player illustrating this significant shift. The dramatic change in consumer behavior from conventional shopping to online shopping raises important questions about how customers interact with e-commerce platforms. Shopee, as an entity reflecting this dynamic, becomes the focus of research to understand the impact of Customer Experience and Price on consumer purchasing interest. The research method employed is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that Customer Experience and Price have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing interest of Shopee consumers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Amenitas dan Atraksi terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Kembali dengan Experiential Marketing sebagai variabel mediasi yang ditinjau dari perspektif Bisnis Islam studi pada pengunjung Pantai Rio By The Beach. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif adalah tentang pengujian sebuah teori yang terdiri dari variabel, diukur dengan angka, dan dianalisis dengan prosedur statistik untuk menentukan apakah teori tersebut benar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pantai Rio By The Beach. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi tidak diketahui, maka dalam menentukan jumlah sampel peneliti menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, berdasarkan perhitungan didapatkan hasil sampel sebesar 96 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Amenitas dan Atraksi memiliki dampak berbeda: Amenitas meningkatkan Experiential Marketing, namun tidak secara langsung mendorong Keputusan Berkunjung Kembali, sedangkan Atraksi terbukti secara langsung memengaruhi Keputusan Berkunjung Kembali. Di sisi lain, Experiential Marketing secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara Amenitas dan Keputusan Berkunjung Kembali, menegaskan bahwa pengalaman yang baik menjadi kunci pengunjung untuk kembali, berbeda dengan hubungan antara Atraksi dan Keputusan Berkunjung Kembali yang tidak dimediasi oleh Experiential Marketing. Dalam perspektif bisnis Islam, keputusan berkunjung tidak hanya didasarkan pada keuntungan materi, tetapi juga pada nilai etika dan moral yang mengutamakan maslahah (kemaslahatan). Oleh karena itu, destinasi yang dipilih harus memenuhi prinsip syariah, seperti menghindari gharar (ketidakjelasan), maisir (judi), dan riba (bunga), serta menjamin kehalalan produk dan layanan yang disediakan.
