Abstract

One of the resources that the author focuses on is one of the functions of human resource management in the form of organizational culture and extrinsic motivation for the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Java Province. This is the focus of the author's observation on the grounds that the organization's resources, are one of the resources that are very closely related to other resources and activities carried out in the process of achieving organizational goals. One of the resources that the author focuses on is one of the functions of human resource management in the form of organizational culture and extrinsic motivation for the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Java Province. This is the focus of the author's observation on the grounds that the organization's resources, are one of the resources that are very closely related to other resources and activities carried out in the process of achieving organizational goals. In the preparation of this thesis, the author uses descriptive method research and quantitative approach. The samples taken in this study were 30 employees of Bappeda West Java Province. From the results of descriptive analysis, it is known that organizational culture is in the very good category, extrinsic motivation and performance are in the good category. Organizational culture and extrinsic motivation have an influence on the performance of employees of Bappeda West Java Province both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) Work Discipline (2) Work Motivation; (3) performance; and (4) The influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of Level II Hospital Medical Rehabilitation employees 03.05.01. Dustira Cimahi City, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this research is the employees of the Medical Rehabilitation Hospital Level II 03.05.01. Dustira Cimahi City with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this research is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that Work Discipline for Level II Hospital Medical Rehabilitation employees 03.05.01. Dustira Cimahi City, apparently employees gave good responses, Work Motivation for Level II Hospital Medical Rehabilitation employees 03.05.01. Dustira Cimahi City can generally be said to be good, employee performance at Level II Hospital Medical Rehabilitation employees 03.05.01. Cimahi City's Dustira is currently considered good. Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously influence the performance of Level II Hospital Medical Rehabilitation employees 03.05.01. Dustira Cimahi City. However, work discipline partially influences employee performance more than work motivation. Because work discipline predominantly influences performance, it is the first priority in improving employee performance. then the Level II Hospital Medical Rehabilitation employee 03.05.01. Cimahi City Dustira are advised to consistently maintain existing work discipline, so that they are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

The existence of information becomes a very important part for individuals. The process of processing data into information is the main activity carried out by each individual. The process of processing data into information provides benefits not only for individuals, but also for organizations. Information is crucial for individuals and organizations. Information plays an important role in all aspects of life, both individuals and organizations. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology and organizational structure on the quality of accounting information systems and the effect of the quality of accounting information systems on the quality of accounting information at universities in Bandung. The population of this research is all universities in Bandung, with a sample of 30 universities with 3 observation units from each university. The research results are processed using the SEM-PLS approach with the help of the Wrap-PLS application. The results of the study came from 28 universities with a questionnaire return rate of 78 respondents, showing the results that there is an influence between information technology and organizational structure on the quality of accounting information systems and there is an influence between the quality of accounting information systems on the quality of accounting information.

Abstract

Lengkong District Office of Bandung City as the implementing element of the Regional Government Policy in Bandung in terms of implementing services directly to the community. Optimization of job satisfaction is also related to the new Bandung City regional regulations relating to compensation or benefits for improving the performance of each employee, so that the implementation of a government performance is able to provide service to stakeholders and the community in a prime and transparent and accountable manner. But in reality there is job satisfaction for employees of the Lengkong District Office in Bandung City is still not optimal when viewed from the main tasks and functions that are the responsibility. This is evidenced by the finding of conditions regarding the implementation of training programs that are structural and functional in nature that have not been optimally implemented and competencies that are not according to their abilities. The purpose of this study is to describe training, competence, and job satisfaction and analyze the effect of training and competency on employee job satisfaction. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis of employees of the Lengkong District Office in Bandung City with a population of 32 employees. Time horizon in this study is cross sectional and the analytical method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be found that the implementation of the training is quite in accordance with the needs of the organization. the competencies of the employees are quite appropriate. Training and competencies jointly affect employee job satisfaction, but when viewed partially, it turns out that training has a more dominant influence on employee job satisfaction than competence.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit Bandung. The variables tested in this study consist of leadership style and employee performance. This research method is a descriptive and verification method using a quantitative approach and is grouped in causal research. The population and sample in this study were 37 employees of Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Samples were determined using Saturated Sampling. The data used is primary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature. To measure the influence of these variables, simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used with the help of the SPSS 25 computer application program. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (KD) is 56.9% with a value correlation coefficient of 0.755. Based on these results it can be concluded that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance at Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakann pendekatan kuantitatif serta dikelompokkan dalam penelitian kausal. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit Bandung sebanyak 37 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer yang di kumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket (kuesioner), dan kepustakaan. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut di gunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi liner sederhana, di peroleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 56,9% dengan nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,755. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Room Division V Hotel Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, alat ukur penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan skala Likert. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi seluruh karyawan Room Division V Hotel Bandung yang berjumlah 35 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik sampling jenuh. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data statistic dengan rumus analisis jalur (Path Analysis) serta data yang berskala ordinal terlebih dahulu ditranspormasikan menjadi data berskala interval melalui metode suksesif interval (Method of Successive Interval). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 59.5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Pengujian secara parsial diketahui bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi memberikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 25.5%, dan disiplin kerja memberikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 51.5%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Profesionalisme, (2) Komitmen, (3) Kinerja Guru, dan (4) Pengaruh Profesionalisme dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung. baik secara bersamaan maupun sebagian.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif dan survei eksplanatif, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di lingkungan guru SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung dengan jumlah sampel 46 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausalitas, dan horizon waktu dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Profesionalisme Guru SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung sudah baik, Komitmen Guru SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung secara umum dapat dikatakan baik, Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung saat ini sudah dapat dikatakan baik. Profesionalisme dan Komitmen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung. Namun secara parsial Komitmen dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dari pada Profesionalisme karena Komitmen lebih dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja, menjadi prioritas pertama dalam meningkatkan Kinerja, Guru SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung diharapkan untuk secara konsisten menjaga komitmennya sehingga mampu bekerja lebih profesional, sehingga mampu bekerja lebih profesional.

Abstract

The Office of Food Crops of West Java Province as one of the Regional Government Organizations (OPD) of the West Java Province, which has the authority for the Management of Food Crop Agriculture. However, on the other hand, the obstacle is not achieving realization of the output produced is not in accordance with the plan that has been previously set. The low performance of employees of the Food Crop Service of West Java Province is allegedly due to low competence and motivation. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially, and discussed descriptively. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis of staff of the Food Crop Service in West Java Province with a sample (n) of 50 employees. Time horizon in this study is cross sectional and the analytical method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. The findings of this study are that employee competencies are generally assessed on good criteria; Work motivation given to employees is inadequate; employee performance has high and very high performance Work motivation and competency together influence the performance of the staff of the Food Crop Service in West Java Province. But partially dominant work motivation influences employee performance rather than competence.

Abstract

Artikel berjudul "Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi pada Pegawai di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Barat)" membahas pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Barat, sebagai salah satu Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), bertugas merumuskan kebijakan operasional di bidang Kesejahteraan Sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dan eksplanatori, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 pegawai. Tipe investigasi yang digunakan adalah kausalitas, dan time horizon yang diterapkan adalah cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan disiplin kerja pegawai dinilai baik, dan keduanya berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, secara parsial, kompetensi lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja dibandingkan disiplin kerja. Karena kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar, peningkatan kompetensi menjadi prioritas utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Barat diharapkan meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan agar mereka dapat bekerja lebih profesional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di Taman Kanak-kanak Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Bandung. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kepemimpinan maupun motivasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan kontribusi kepemimpinan lebih besar dibandingkan motivasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan kerjasama antara pimpinan dan guru dalam menjaga budaya positif, serta meninjau kembali kebijakan gaji untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru.
