Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of relationship quality of customer satisfaction, the effect of service quality of customer satisfaction, the influence of relationship quality on customer loyalty, the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, the influence of relationship quality and service quality together on customer satisfaction, the influence relationship quality and service quality together on customer loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty, the effect of relationship quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction together on student loyalty in informatics in Bandung. The research method used is descriptive verification analysis research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis design. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the quality of service and service quality both partially and simultaneously will affect customer satisfaction resulting in increased customer loyalty.

Abstract

The performance of members of an organization is needed to support organizational performance. The performance of employees at the BAPPEDA (Regional Development Planning Board) of West Java Province will affect the performance of this government agency. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the role of organizational culture, motivation, and training in order to improve the performance of employees in the Regional Development Planning Board of West Java Province, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification method. The source of data in this study were employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of West Java Province. Primary data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews with Regional Development Planning Board of West Java Province employees. Secondary data is collected by tracing documents that are relevant to the problem under study. The results of descriptive data analysis on research variables, showed that organizational culture, motivation, training, and employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of West Java Province were in the good category. Organizational culture, motivation, and training have a significant role in order to improve employee performance, which is equal to 72.2%. Motivational variables have a more dominant role in order to improve the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of West Java Province because they have the highest beta value, 37.1%.

Abstract

The existence of information becomes a very important part for individuals. The process of processing data into information is the main activity carried out by each individual. The process of processing data into information provides benefits not only for individuals, but also for organizations. Information is crucial for individuals and organizations. Information plays an important role in all aspects of life, both individuals and organizations. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology and organizational structure on the quality of accounting information systems and the effect of the quality of accounting information systems on the quality of accounting information at universities in Bandung. The population of this research is all universities in Bandung, with a sample of 30 universities with 3 observation units from each university. The research results are processed using the SEM-PLS approach with the help of the Wrap-PLS application. The results of the study came from 28 universities with a questionnaire return rate of 78 respondents, showing the results that there is an influence between information technology and organizational structure on the quality of accounting information systems and there is an influence between the quality of accounting information systems on the quality of accounting information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan. Green Human Resource Management merupakan pendekatan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan lingkungan dalam berbagai kebijakan dan praktik organisasi. Penerapan GHRM diharapkan mampu mendorong terciptanya perilaku kerja yang ramah lingkungan serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur seperti artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku, serta hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik Green Human Resource Management. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengkaji berbagai konsep, teori, serta temuan penelitian terkait pengaruh GHRM terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Green Human Resource Management memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan. Melalui berbagai praktik seperti pelatihan lingkungan, sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis keberlanjutan, serta kebijakan kerja yang ramah lingkungan, organisasi mampu meningkatkan kesadaran serta partisipasi karyawan dalam menjaga lingkungan. Selain itu, penerapan GHRM juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya serta memperkuat citra perusahaan sebagai organisasi yang bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperkuat peran dosen dalam membina prestasi mahasiswa melalui Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) sebagai bagian dari indikator kinerja akademik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pemahaman dosen dalam mengintegrasikan pembinaan mahasiswa dengan capaian kinerja akademik, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan UKM sebagai sarana pengembangan prestasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode coaching clinic, diskusi interaktif, dan pendampingan yang melibatkan dosen di tingkat fakultas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dosen dalam merancang strategi pengembangan karir akademik serta meningkatnya kesadaran terhadap pentingnya pembinaan mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari kinerja dosen. Selain itu, peserta mampu menyusun rencana pembinaan mahasiswa berbasis UKM yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dan mahasiswa secara simultan serta memperkuat keterkaitan antara tridarma perguruan tinggi dan capaian prestasi mahasiswa.
