Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengembangan obyek wisata. Peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang ada didaerah kawasan wisata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan potensi yang ada didaerah tersebut. Peningkatan sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan dan program. Oleh karena itu melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, melakukan pelatihan dan dan pendampingan kepada dua kelompok yaitu karang tarunan dan PKK. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM desa Jogomulyan. Hasil kegiatan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada dua kelompok karang tarunan dan PKK dengan fokus dan pokok materi tentang: desa wisata. Kegiatan ini mendapat sambutan yang sangat yang baik, dapat dilihat dari antusiasme dan keaktifan peserta. Selain itu keberhasilan kegiatan ini dapat di lihat dari produk taman yang dihasilkan oleh peserta dengan cukup indah dan siap dikunjungi oleh wisatawan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Modul elektronik merupakan bahan ajar mandiri yang disusun secara sistematis ke dalam pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu yang disajikan dalam bentuk elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul elektronik berbasis component display theory melalui model R&D yang telah diadaptasi sesuai kebutuhan pada penelitian ini. Data hasil penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisioner dan catatan lapangan untuk validasi ahli dan uji pengguna yang dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengembangan modul elektronik menunjukkan bahwa modul telah tervalidasi layak dari ahli teknologi dan materi untuk mata kuliah pembelajaran terpadu mahasiswa S1 PGMI. Hasil uji pengguna menunjukkan bahwa modul dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sebagai bahan ajar pendamping perkuliahan. Kelebihan elektronik modul berbasis component display theory ini secara tampilan memiliki visual design yang menarik dan fleksibel dalam penggunaannya, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengakses serta belajar kapanpun dan dimanapun mereka berada.Abstract:  Electronic module are independent teaching materials that are arranged systematically into learning to achieve certain learning goals that are presented in electronic form. This study aims to develop CDT-based electronic modules through the R&D model which have been adapted according to the needs of researchers. Research data were collected using questionnaire techniques and field notes for expert validation and user tests which were analyzed by quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the development of the electronic module show that the module has been validated properly from technology experts and materials for integrated learning courses of PGMI students. User test results also indicate that the module can be applied in learning as a teaching companion. The advantages of electronic module based on component display theory show that the display has an attractive visual design and the flexible in its use, so students can access and learn whenever and wherever they are.

Abstract

The low level of understanding of public health is one of the factors in the practice of early marriage. This community service purposes to address the problem of understanding early marriage, from a health perspective for students in SMPN IV Lumbang Satu Atap in the farming community of Sapih Village, Lumbang District, Probolinggo Regency. The Service Learning method used socialization focusing on health issues, and the pre-test and post-test are used to see students’ and parents’ understanding. The results show that socialization can solve the problem of students’ and parents’ understanding of the impact of erly marriage from a health perspective. The contextual delivery of material becomes the subject of discussion when implementing it  outreach to farming communities in rural areas.

Abstract

This training was conducted for prospective teachers at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) to develop participants' understanding and practical skills in differentiated learning. This community service was designed in several stages including preparation, socialization, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation of activities. The training materials included materials on student diversity, dimensions of diversity, equality and justice in learning, learning according to ability level, basic principles of differentiated learning, strategies for differentiating learning, and assessment in differentiated learning. The community service team also provided assistance to participants in preparing learning designs and ended with filling out a questionnaire to assess the implementation of the training as a whole. The results of the questionnaire showed that 93% of participants experienced an increase in understanding, 95% were motivated to implement differentiated learning and 100% of participants gave a positive response to the community service activities.

Abstract

Character is an important part to be developed in educational practices at school. Elementary schools as the foundation for instilling values ​​have a strategic role in strengthening the character of students. This research aims to reveal the practice of strengthening religious character based on school culture at MI Al Ma'arif 07 Singosari Malang. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach, where data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach in this research, where data collection was carried out through various methods to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. This approach was chosen to dig deeper into the processes and experiences experienced by the research subjects, as well as the context in which the school culture-based religious character strengthening program was implemented. Based on the research results, it shows that all elements in the school are able to collaborate well to create a strong religious character in students. Various religious programs are designed and implemented regularly to achieve this goal. Schools understand the importance of forming students' religious character from an early age as a foundation for future life. The findings in this research are that the practice of strengthening religious character based on school culture is carried out through various programs including congregational Dhuha prayers, congregational Dhuhur prayers, reciting Juz Ama before learning, reading surah yaasiin and tahlil on Fridays, reciting Rotibul Hadad, and literacy activities.

Abstract

Strengthening religious character in schools is an effort to equip students with a solid moral and ethical awareness of religious values. School culture is vital in developing students' religious character through various constructive methods, approaches, programs, and activities. This research aims to explore the practice of strengthening religious character at MI Roudlotun Nasyi'in Singosari Malang, which focuses on (a) the role of teachers in strengthening students' religious character at school, (b) school culture in strengthening students' religious character, and (c) the challenges faced schools in strengthening religious character. The research found that teachers are school role models, designing valuable learning inspiring, and motivating students. Apart from that, it was found that school culture, which plays a role in strengthening religious character, includes the habit of performing dhuha prayers, reading the Asmaul Husna before learning, midday prayers in congregation, commemorating Islamic holidays, and reading and writing the Qur'an every day. The findings also show that the challenges schools face in strengthening religious character include student discipline in participating in school activities, student consistency in carrying out good habits, and control over the continuity of good practices at home. This research is helpful for educational institutions, practitioners, and anyone who pays attention to education as a reference in developing a positive culture in schools and material for reflection in determining strategic programs for developing student character in schools.

Abstract

Digitalisasi pendidikan menjadi permasalahan mendasar ketika pemahamannya hanya menggunakan media pembelajaran teknologi. Maka dari itu kebutuhan kebijakan teknologi pendidikan harus dikaji lebih mendalam dari berbagai referensi untuk menemukan konsep kebutuhan yang sebenarnya. Sehingga penemuan konsep sederhana harus dilakukan untuk penerapannya di lingkungan sekolah dasar (SD). Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mendapatkan konsep litersi digital sepanjang hayat di lingkungan SD . Penggunaan meta-analisis sederhana digunakan mengkaji literatur, kriteria, dan analisis karakteristik diberbagai literatur. Data base Google Scholar, Eric, Springer lebih digunakan untuk mengkaji 300 lebih artikel dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir, guna mencari kata kunci dengan tema literasi digital dan implementasi di SD. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan literasi digital harus diadakan dilingkungan SD guna menemukan; 1) Pembelajaran Digital Sepanjang Hayat; 2) Kebutuhan Pembelajaran Digital Disetiap Lembaga; dan 3) Terakhir Khusus Implementasinya pada Satuan Pendidikan Khusus di SD. Hasil dan pembahasan setiap poin dapat lebih lanjut dibaca pada tulisan ini akan digital sepanjang hayat dan menggunakan pendekatan student centered learning. Kedepan hasil dari meta-analisis sederhana ini diharapkan dapat menambah konsep dasar penerapan teknologi literasi digital untuk praktisi dan guru sebagai dasar teoritis dan praktis lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berisikan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang ditunjukkan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas kewirausahaan mahasiswa Prodi PGSD melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan untuuk branding produk berbasis konsinyasi. Pada pelaksanannya pelatihan diwujudkan dalam kegiatan workshop dengan pola on-in-on secara blended (offline dan online) dengan materi tambahan terkait branding produk yang difasilitasi oleh mitra dari Sahabatukm.id. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi dengan hasilnya dianalisis melalui teknik SWOT secara deskriptif. Hasilnya branding enam produk usaha mahasiswa berhasil dilakukan dan dikonsinyasikan dalam Eduprener Center. Selama kegiatan ini diperoleh peningkatan aktivitas kewirausahaan mahasiswa berdasarkan keberhasilan branding, keberhasilan konsinyasi, dan progress keuntungan usaha yang dicapai dalam kategori baik. Dari segi teknis, materi, kebermanfaatan, dan luaran kegiatan mendapatkan penilaian sangat baik dari mahasiswa dalam pengembangan usahanya pada Eduprener Center.

Abstract

The high number of cases of violence and bullying that occur is a character crisis or the fading of character values in children. These challenges and problems are easy to face if children have good character values from various aspects through character education. The purpose of this research is to describe the character values that exist in fables, describe the use of fables as an alternative teaching material in elementary schools, and describe the efforts that can be implemented to instill character education values. This type of research is descriptive research. This study uses the qualitative data analysis technique of Miles and Hibermas. The results of the study show that there are 13 character education values in the book “Fairy Tales of Sheep and Friends of the Jungle” by Kak Thifa. Fairy tale books can be used as an alternative teaching material for second grade elementary school students in the form of worksheets. Efforts or methods made by IIC SD class teachers in instilling character education can be done in various ways, namely through exemplary, collaborative and active learning in the classroom, stories and literature, character assessment or reflection, advice and punishment, and giving motivation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are 13 character education values in the book "Tale of the Sheep and Friends of the Jungle" by Kak Thifa. Abstract

One of the characteristics of learning in the independent curriculum is the application of differentiated learning, where this learning seeks to facilitate the needs and diversity of students in the class. This diversity can come from aspects of student learning styles, abilities, interests which will have an impact on the learning practices designed by the teacher. By implementing differentiated learning, the independent curriculum provides ample space for teachers to develop flexible and adaptive learning. This research aims to explore the implementation of differentiated learning in elementary schools. The researcher wants to reveal the practices carried out by teachers in facilitating student diversity at SDN 1 Ketindan, Malang Regency which focuses on differentiated learning practices. Researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach to explore and describe this phenomenon which emphasizes process, meaning and understanding to realize research objectives. Based on the research results, it shows that teachers have implemented differentiated learning well, content differentiation is carried out by teachers by differentiating content or material during learning. Teachers differentiate them by referring to the level of students' understanding of the material to be studied. Process differentiation is carried out by teachers by differentiating ways of delivering material to students which refers to their learning styles. Furthermore, the teacher carries out product differentiation by differentiating the learning products produced by students to see and measure students' mastery of the material they have studied.
