Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemerintah desa yang ada di Desa Semangat sudah menerapkan PERMENDAGRI 113 Tahun 2014 dalam pengelolaan keuangan Desa nya atau belum. Peneliti menggunakan metode Penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif, dimana penelitian menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif ini merupakan suatu proses pengelolaan data yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dimana informasi tersebut kemudian dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam pengembilan keputusan ataupun informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi dari setiap permasalahan. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah kantor kepala desa di Desa Semangat Kec. Merdeka Kab. Karo. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah Kepala Desa, Sekertaris Desa, dan KAUR Keuangan Desa. Teknik analisis data yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini ialah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data pengelolaan keuangan desa yang digunakan ialah data dari tahun 2022. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan di Desa Semangat Kec. Merdeka Kab. Karo sudah cukup optimal terkait penerapan PERMENDAGRI 113 Tahun 2014, seperti pada tahap pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban. Namun pada tahap perencanaan, masih ada beberapa aturan dari PEREMENDAGRI 113 Tahun 2014 yang belum diterapkan dalam pengelolaan keuangannya. Seperti perencanaan rancangan peraturan desa tentang APBDes yang seharusnya dilakukaan oleh Sekretaris desa namun, didesa ini yang melakukan perencanaan ialah KAUR Perencanaan. Selain itu, terdapat juga keterlambatan dalam penyampaian Rancangan peraturan desa dimana seharusnya disampaikan paling lambat 3 hari setelah disepakati bersama, namun di Desa ini disampaikan paling lama 7 hari setelah disepakati bersama.

Abstract

The creative economy in rural areas is a crucial strategy for improving community welfare while fostering local business independence. Medan Krio Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, has potential but underutilized resources, particularly in household products. This community service program was designed to improve the skills of residents through dishwashing soap production training combined with digital marketing strategies. Twenty participants (n = 20) comprising housewives, youth, and small-scale MSMEs participated in the activity. Initially, residents did not understand the production process or digital marketing techniques. After training, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, participants were evaluated through a soap-making simulation. The results showed significant improvement: all participants, divided into five groups of four, were able to successfully produce dishwashing soap (100% success). Furthermore, approximately 80% of participants understood the production stages, label creation with Canva, and promotion via Instagram. The main obstacles encountered were limited capital (experienced by 55% of participants), simple production equipment, and the limited use of Canva by some elderly residents. In conclusion, this activity successfully improved technical skills, introduced simple digitalization, and opened up household business opportunities that have the potential to strengthen village entrepreneurship.

Abstract

In the case of PT AJB Bumiputera 1912, special restrictions are needed because insurance is different from a business established as a PT. This is where the difference is clear: in a PT, this is not always the case, but in a joint venture, the policy will inevitably also seek company investors. This feature involves legal risks as it requires each investor to accept liability for the company incurring losses. As a result, AJB Bumiputera's policyholders are responsible for any business activities that contain the risk of loss and are entitled to a portion of the company's income. The implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) at AJB Bumiputera is the subject of this research. The research method used in this study is qualitative. The findings of this study show that although AJB Bumiputera has tried to implement GCG principles (such as accountability, openness, and fairness), AJB Bumiputera has not implemented it optimally, in other words, the implementation has not been effective.

Abstract

Employee performance is the main factor in the success of a company, including in the plantation sector which has a field-based, hierarchical work system. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV The Tobasari is a state-owned company that implements the AKHLAK organizational culture (Trusted, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Competent) to improve employee performance, but its implementation has not been evenly distributed to all employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of AKHLAK Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV The Tobasari. The research method used was quantitative, with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 62 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV The Tobasari as respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationship between variables. The results of the study showed that AKHLAK organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV The Tobasari. Meanwhile, Leadership Style did not show any effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV The Tobasari. The findings in this study indicate that employees are more influenced by work culture than by leadership style.

Abstract

The high growth of service companies in Indonesia encourages companies to attract the hearts of their customers in order to become loyal customers of the company's products, one of the service companies that continues to grow in Indonesia is a service company in the insurance sector. Where life insurance is now seen as important and necessary in everyday life. One alternative approach that is widely used by companies is to create brand trust and the company's brand image to gain customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust and brand image partially or simultaneously on customer loyalty in using life insurance at Ajb Bumiputera 1912 Medan. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method by taking 89 respondents from selected customers as research samples through probability sampling technique with calculations using the slovin formula. The questionnaire uses hypothesis testing with SPSS version 25 software and uses linear data using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study simultaneously from the variable brand trust (X1) and brand image (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And partially the variables brand trust (X1) and brand image (X2) also have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in using life insurance. Abstract

To achieve successful market penetration, businesses must navigate complexities related to culture, legal frameworks, economic conditions, and competition. Businesses must decide whether to standardize their marketing strategies across different markets or adapt them to suit unique market characteristics. Competition is the ability to perform better, and faster. In facing competition, companies need to determine the right strategy, because in general companies are trying to survive, grow and develop. The purpose of the Market Penetration Strategy research by Increasing Company Competitiveness can include several aspects, namely, Assessing the company's strengths and weaknesses. Conducting market analysis to understand existing opportunities and challenges, including consumer preferences and behavior, and market trends and Developping an effective Market Penetration Strategy to increase market penetration, such as products, improving customer service, or competitive pricing strategies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to find out how PT. AJS Bumiputera markets its products, using market penetration to increase competitiveness, or to find out what the biggest challenges are in its market penetration strategy. This study uses a qualitative method as one of the methodologies in research that does not yet have a standard definition and is generally agreed upon for use. From the results of the study it is known that PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, using market penetration through digital platforms such as social media, company websites, and online advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience. Organizing events, seminars, or workshops, related to finance or health. Providing education about the benefits of insurance products to the public, conducting direct promotions through telemarketing, or face-to-face marketing to introduce products directly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the intrinsic value of the stock is in undervalued, overvalued, and fair-valued conditions. Quantitative research methods were applied to eleven companies listed on ISSI, mainly Telecommunication, Pharmaceutical, and Finance companies. Based on the use of the PER and PBV methods and the results of the independent sample T-Test test, it was revealed that there is a significant difference between the average results of PER and PBV stock valuations. Through PER, 5 companies have shares with undervalued price conditions, namely TLKM, KAEF, KLBF, PYFA, and SIDO and 6 shares are in overvalued price conditions, namely ISAT, DVLA, MERK, TSPC, BRIS, and BTPS. Based on the use of the PBV method, 5 companies have shares with undervalued price conditions , namely DVLA, KAEF, KLBF, MERK, and SIDO,  6 companies are in overvalued price conditions, namely ISAT, TLKM, PYFA, BRIS, BTPS, and TSPC, and 6 companies with the same conditions using PER and PBV, namely KAEF, KLBF, SIDO, TSPC, BRIS and BTPSTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai intrinsic saham apakah berada pada kondisi undervalued, overvalued, dan fairvalued. Metode penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan pada 11 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam subsektor Telekomunikasi, Farmasi, dan Keuangan yang tergabung dalam ISSI. Berdasarkan penggunaan melalui metode PER dan PBV didapatkan hasil uji independent sample t-test sebesar 0,032 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata hasil valuasi saham PER dan PBV. Root Mean Square Error digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesalahan didapatkan bahwa nilai RMSE PER (1786) < PBV (1935) artinya metode PER lebih baik dibandingkan PBV karena memiliki tingkat kesalahan lebih kecil. Melaui PER didapatkan 5 perusahaan memiliki saham dengan kondisi harga undervalued yaitu TLKM, KAEF, KLBF, PYFA, dan SIDO dan 6 saham berada dalam kondisi harga overvalued yaitu ISAT, DVLA, MERK, TSPC, BRIS, dan BTPS. Berdasarkan penggunaan metode PBV didapatkan 5 perusahaan memiliki saham dengan kondisi harga undervalued yaitu DVLA,

Abstract

This research aims to find out the main priority strategy for Rumah Zakat in improving the welfare of the people in North Sumatra. by presenting the internal and external conditions that have been carried out so far. Then, in addition, the researcher also explained several urgent measures that need to be implemented so that the Zakat House can be more focused. The method used is a qualitative method using SWOT and QSPM analysis. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire were 5 respondents each for SWOT and 5 respondents for QSPM. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategy quadrant obtained after processing it in the IFE and EFE matrices is in Quadrant I. This states that the strategy used is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that the company has strengths and opportunities. Furthermore, the QSPM analysis showed that the main priority strategy that must be implemented is encouraging and adopting the use of information technology to create efficient and effective Zakat governance.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Jati Sari, Kecamatan Padang Tualang, dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari upaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa. Program ini mencakup lima fokus utama, yaitu edukasi, kebersihan lingkungan, moderasi beragama, pencegahan stunting, dan kegiatan mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan partisipasi aktif dari mahasiswa dalam kegiatan sosial masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan, serta peningkatan toleransi antarumat beragama melalui moderasi beragama. Kegiatan pencegahan stunting yang dilakukan melalui penyuluhan gizi dan kesehatan juga berdampak signifikan dalam menurunkan risiko stunting pada anak-anak di desa tersebut. Selain itu, kegiatan edukasi dan mengajar turut memberikan motivasi kepada anak-anak untuk lebih aktif belajar. KKN ini berhasil membangun hubungan sinergis antara dunia akademik dan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup di Desa Jati Sari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses klaim asuransi kecelakaan pada Jasa Raharja perwakilan Medan, dengan fokus pada kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan dan solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, dan menganalisis dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai kendala dalam proses klaim, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang prosedur klaim, lambatnya respons dari pihak Jasa Raharja, dan kendala administrasi yang mempengaruhi kecepatan penyelesaian klaim. Selain itu, analisis juga mengidentifikasi kebutuhan penting seperti edukasi kepada masyarakat, peningkatan sistem informasi, serta penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di Jasa Raharja. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, solusi yang diusulkan meliputi program sosialisasi, digitalisasi proses klaim, serta peningkatan kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik terbaik dalam pengelolaan klaim asuransi kecelakaan di Indonesia, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan perlindungan bagi masyarakat.
