Teacher performance is something that needs and deserves to be examined in depth. Many factors cause problems related to teacher performance. This article covers the influence of information and communication technology (ICT) skills and work culture on the performance of state junior high school teachers in the Bangkinang districts of Kampar. This research uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. The quantitative-descriptive research systematically, actually, and accurately describes certain social phenomena to describe the existing facts and data in detail. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The subjects of the research were 55 teachers at state junior high schools in Bangkinang. The results show that 1) information and communication technology (ICT) skill has a significant positive influence on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.002 or smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. In addition, 2) work culture has a significant positive influence on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.001. And, 3) information and communication technology (ICT) skill and work culture have a joint influence on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 and an R-square value of 0.403, which indicates that the proportion of influence of the variables information and communication technology (ICT) skill and work culture on teacher performance is 40.3%.

This article is derived from the potential that refers to the students’ personality attitudes, one of them is the practice of social care character with students’ Civics Education learning outcomes of class XI at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study described in this article was to find out whether there was a correlation between social care characters and the students’ learning outcomes in Civics Education learning subject in class XI at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The study was quantitative research with a statistical analysis method namely the Product Moment correlation formula assisted by the IBM SPSS version 20 program. The population of the study was 452 students of class XI at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. Determination of the sample used the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a number of 68 students of class XI at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru with consideration of Civics Education learning outcomes obtained in class X in semester 2. Data collection methods were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the statistical hypothesis test, hypothesis Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it could be concluded that there was a correlation of social care character with Civics Education learning outcomes of class XI students at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru with an r-count correlation coefficient 0.650 higher than r-table 0.235. The correlation could be seen from the number of correlation coefficients, the results were positive with an r-count correlation coefficient of 0.650, which was in the range of 0.60-0.799 with the interpretation of "big or strong relationship".

Copyright has been recognized as an object of fiduciary security under Law Number 42 of 1999, yet its implementation continues to face structural barriers. This study aims to identify and analyze the normative and administrative problems that hinder the imposition of fiduciary security over copyright, and to formulate regulatory and institutional reconstruction strategies necessary for enabling copyright to function effectively as collateral within the financing system. The research employs a normative legal specification with a descriptive–analytical design, applying both a statute approach and a conceptual approach. Data were collected through document study and literature review, and analyzed qualitatively by interpreting positive legal norms and administrative documents related to copyright-based fiduciary security. The findings reveal three principal obstacles: the absence of valuation standards, the lack of system integration between the Directorate General of Intellectual Property and the Directorate General of General Legal Administration, and the unavailability of technical protocols for intellectual property transactions. The study recommends strengthening valuation standards, integrating registration systems, and formulating implementing regulations as the basis for reconstructing the use of copyright as an object of fiduciary security. This research contributes theoretically by enriching the discourse on guarantees over intangible assets, practically by offering a regulatory and institutional framework for policymakers and financial institutions, and academically by addressing the gap that links legal norms, institutional capacity, and technical procedures in the imposition of copyright-based fiduciary security.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative integrated reading and compossion terhadap minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa indonesia kelas IV SD Negeri 104215 Sudirejo tahun pembelajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan melibatkan 35 siswa sebagai sampel total. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan tes pilihan ganda.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan angket partisipasi siswa yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 48,00 dengan kategori rendah dan posttest sesudah menggunaakan model sebesar 84,28 dengan kategori tinggi, serta nilai rata-rata angket sebesar 77,14. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f menunjukkan 0,470 yang berarti Ha diterima. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Compost ion terhadap minat belajar siswa.

This research is motivated by the character of student nationalism which is currently considered to be weakening, which is influenced by various factors, one of which is globalization. Pancasila Education is present in universities, playing an important role in building student character that has strong values and ethics. However, its influence on student nationalism is not yet clearly known. This study aims to determine the effect of the Pancasila Education course on the character of nationalism of Riau University students class of 2024. This study uses a quantitative method with a statistical approach. The sample amounted to 98 students selected using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study show that the Pancasila Education course has a positive and significant effect on the character of student nationalism, this is indicated by the F count value (37.875) ≥ F table (3.94). The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R square) test obtained 28.3%, which means that there is an influence of the Pancasila Education course on the nationalistic character of Riau University students in the class of 2024, while 71.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Convenience 4.0 and Digital Experience Quality on Continuance Usage Beyond Basic Features among users of the Livin' by Mandiri mobile banking application, with Affective Trust as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were obtained from Livin' user respondents who have used basic features and have accessed features beyond basic. The results show that Perceived Convenience 4.0 and Digital Experience Quality have a significant positive effect on Affective Trust and continued use of advanced features. In addition, Affective Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between convenience and digital experience on continuance usage, so emotional trust plays an important role in encouraging exploration of more complex features. These findings confirm that digital convenience and experience quality are key factors in building users' emotional relationships with the application, which ultimately increases the use of features beyond basic. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of mobile banking user behavior models as well as practical implications for optimizing experience- and trust-based digital banking strategies.

Artikel ini membahas kebijakan pendidikan Islam kontekstual dan tantangan kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam dalam masyarakat pesisir Selat Malaka. Pendidikan Islam di wilayah pesisir dihadapkan pada dinamika sosial yang khas, seperti fluktuasi ekonomi maritim, mobilitas sosial yang tinggi, serta karakter budaya masyarakat yang terbuka dan egaliter. Kondisi tersebut menuntut kebijakan pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya bersifat normatif dan seragam, tetapi mampu beradaptasi dengan konteks sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen kebijakan, dengan menelaah berbagai literatur nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama pendidikan Islam di masyarakat pesisir bukan terletak pada ketiadaan kebijakan, melainkan pada lemahnya integrasi antara kebijakan pendidikan Islam dan kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam di tingkat kelembagaan. Kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis sebagai mediator yang menerjemahkan kebijakan ke dalam praktik pendidikan yang kontekstual. Artikel ini menawarkan model integratif yang menekankan kontekstualisasi kebijakan, kepemimpinan kultural-adaptif, dan orientasi keberlanjutan sebagai prasyarat terwujudnya pendidikan Islam yang relevan, memiliki legitimasi sosial, dan berkelanjutan di masyarakat pesisir.

Education plays a strategic role in developing knowledgeable and character-driven human resources, making teacher quality a key determinant of learning success. However, pedagogical competence among teachers remains a challenge, particularly in understanding student characteristics, designing instruction, and conducting effective evaluation. The Pre-service Teacher Professional Education (PPG Prajabatan) program addresses this issue through Field Experience Practice (PPL), which integrates theoretical knowledge with real classroom practice. This study aims to examine the effect of Field Experience Practice on the pedagogical competence of pre-service PPG students majoring in Pancasila Education at the University of Riau. This research employed a causal associative survey method involving 21 students who participated in the PPL program in the 2024 Batch II. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that Field Experience Practice has a positive and significant effect on students’ pedagogical competence, demonstrating that direct teaching experience contributes substantially to the development of professional teaching skills.

The increase in population and neglect of the elderly in recent years has become a widespread phenomenon in Indonesia, especially in urban areas. This is due to crucial factors, particularly economic factors, which affect the fulfillment of the needs of elderly care and nursing within families that are often below the ideal capacity. This study aims to analyze future constructions, expectation dynamics, and strategies for managing psychosocial pressures faced by the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Service Unit in Pekanbaru. The psychosocial pressures referred to are conditions resulting from complex interactions between psychological factors and a social environment that is new or unfamiliar to them due to their separation from their families and the habits they have been accustomed to outside the nursing home. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative design by conducting interviews with 8 informants and direct observation at the social nursing home. The results of the study reveal that the life experiences of the elderly in the institutional system form two fundamentally different patterns of future construction, which are influenced by the presence or absence of a family support network. Elderly people who do not have family ties tend to form a future construction oriented towards life after death, where death is understood as the final horizon that must be prepared for through the strengthening of spiritual practices and self-development. Conversely, elderly people who still have families maintain a future construction oriented towards social reintegration, characterized by preparation for life after death while hoping to return to the bosom of the family. The implications of this study show that hope helps people adapt and remain strong. Therefore, to improve the functioning of social institutions, the paradigm must shift from uniform care to a meaning-based approach.

This study was motivated by challenges in the learning process due to differences in student abilities, especially interpersonal intelligence. Initial observations and interviews showed that students with high interpersonal intelligence were more active, communicative, and skilled in group discussions, while those with low intelligence tended to be passive and had difficulty collaborating, resulting in inconsistent learning outcomes in Pancasila Education, which requires interaction. The research question in this study is whether there is an effect of interpersonal intelligence on the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education for eighth-grade students at Al Azhar 37 Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of interpersonal intelligence on student learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population consisted of 77 eighth-grade students. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The instrument was a questionnaire distributed to eighth-grade students. Data analysis techniques included prerequisite tests (normality, linearity), F-test, simple linear regression test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect between interpersonal intelligence and student learning outcomes. The calculated F value is 73.72 > F table of 3.97 and sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, so the Ha hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination of 49.6% indicates that interpersonal intelligence contributes 49.6% to the variation in learning outcomes. In conclusion, interpersonal intelligence effectively improves the Pancasila Education learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at Al Azhar 37 Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru.
