<![CDATA[ ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings of this study indicate that the orientation of entrepreneurship and market has significant effect both partially and simultaneously on business performance on MSMEs. <![CDATA[The importance of maritime defense and State Diplomacy is faced with the problems that exist in Koarmada II, especially related to the maintenance of warship, especially related to the support of On Board Spare (OBS) spare parts. Problem solving solutions are needed, among others, the first is to streamline and streamline the operation degree so that it is right on target against the reemergence of potential threats to maritime defense and security, the second is to evaluate, record, record and record everything related to spare parts needs OBS warship which carries out operational tasks, and improves the professionalism of soldiers based on technology and information, as well as increasing the ability to observe and supervise up to the ability to take action against perpetrators of violations of sovereignty at sea. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative method, which examines how Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Decision Support System (DSS) using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis approach which originates from questionnaires. Data analysis was assisted by SmartPLS 2.0 software. The research samples were soldiers who served in Koarmada II based in Surabaya. The results showed that Supply Chain Management had a significant effect on Operational Readiness. These results indicate that Supply Chain Management has a positive and significant direct effect on Operational Readiness. Decision Support System has a significant effect on Operational Readiness. These results indicate that the Decision Support System has a positive and significant direct effect on Koarmada II Operational Readiness. Supply Chain Management and Decision Support System for Warship Spare Parts do not have a positive and significant direct effect on Koarmada II Operation Readiness.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital, environmental performance and environmental cost on financial performance in the manufacturing sector. Green accounting is measured by environmental cost and environmental performance which are independent variables in this study. While the company's performance is measured by financial performance as a proxy for ROA. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies that are PROPER participants and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 – 2019. This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 23 program. The sample in this study used purposive sampling method to obtain 36 samples of sector companies. manufacture. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Capital has an effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, environmental performance and environmental cost have no effect on financial performance. Simultaneously Intellectual Capital, environmental performance and environmental cost affect financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan bertujuan: Mengonsep (produk Software) mobile learning berbasis laptop dan PC (Personal Computer) untuk tarunaAkademi Angkatan Laut dalam mendukung revolusi industri 4.0, mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif berbasis laptop dan PC ditinjau dari ahli media, ahli materi dan taruna. Merupakan jenis penelitian RnD (Research and Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Akademi Angkatan Laut dengan responden 14 taruna Korp suplai dan dosen. Validasi produk dilakukan menggunakan teknik skala likert. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) kelayakan multimedia interaktif berbasis laptop dan PC berdasarkan data hasil observasi memperoleh presentase sebesar 87,5% dikategorikan “layak”;(2) kelayakan multimedia interaktif dari ahli materi mendapat presentase total 88,75% dikategorikan “layak”;(3) kelayakan multimedia interaktif berbasis laptop dan PC dari taruna mendapat presentase total 86,875% dikategorikan “layak” dari presentase 80%-89%;.]]>

<![CDATA[Tunjangan kinerja adalah bayaran berupa imbalan yang diberikan kepada seseorang atas prestasi kerja yang dilaksanakan, tunjangan kinerja diberikan juga untuk memotivasi seseorang agar bersemangat dan dapat meningkatkan prestasi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh pemberian tunjangan kinerja yang ada di lingkungan Akademi Angkatan Laut. Peneliti mengambil data dalam satuan kerja yang ada di Lingkungan Akademi Angkatan Laut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan kuisioner yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. <![CDATA[Guided inquiry is a learning approach in which the teacher provides broad guidance or instructions to students, and the teacher makes most of the planning. Students carry out a series of activities with the guidance of the teacher. Thus, it right ahead means that students are involved with scientific questions. They formulate hypotheses, experiments, data analysis interpretation, and results communication. This research aims to describe the teacher's ability to manage learning activity using the guided inquiry approach. Moreover, the results of the study showed that learning with a guided inquiry approach can improve the learning outcomes of cadets, especially for the subjects held in the laboratory (practicum). Inkuiri terbimbing adalah suatu pendekatan pembelajaran yang dalam pelaksanaannya, guru menyediakan bimbingan atau petunjuk cukup luas kepada siswa, serta sebagian besar perencanaannya dibuat oleh guru. Serangkaian kegiatan tersebut dilakukan oleh siswa dengan bimbingan guru. Dengan demikian secara langsung bahwa siswa terlibat dengan peristiwa dan pertanyaan ilmiah. Siswa merumuskan hipotesis, eksperimen, siswa menganalisa dan menginterpretasikan data, dan mengkomunikasikan hasilnya. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendiskripsikan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menggunakaan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar taruna, khususnya pada mata kuliah yang dilaksanakan di labortorium (praktikum).]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is an archipelago country with a vast amount of ocean which brings the consequence that sea defence must be prioritised. The sea becomes the barometer of the country's defence system to avoid threats. By having scattered islands, security patrols by the Indonesian Navy are needed. Security patrols with Indonesian Warships (KRI) are needed in maintaining the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia. In order to support the operations of the Indonesian Warship (KRI), logistics such as fuel oil (BBM) are needed, besides this support which is no less important is the decision making carried out by the leadership of the Indonesian Warship (KRI) in guarding the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of fuel supply support for the main equipment and weapons systems, especially warships (KRI) and decision making faced in KRI operations. Research on warship crews (KRI) and a sample of 42 people. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and supported by the SPSS 22 programme. The analysis includes normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and determination tests. The findings of this study conclude that fuel supply support has a significant effect on the operation of Indonesian Warships (KRI). Decision making has a significant effect on the operation of warships (KRI). Simultaneously, fuel supply support and decision making have a significant effect on the operation of Indonesian warships. Indonesia merupakan negara archipelago dengan jumlah lautan yang luas yang membawa konsekuensi pertahanan laut harus diutamakan. Laut menjadi barometer sistem pertahanan negara untuk menghindari ancaman. Dengan memiliki pulau-pulau yang tersebar maka diperlukan patroli keamanan oleh TNI AL. Patroli keamanan dengan Kapal Perang Indonesia (KRI) sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjaga kedaulatan NKRI. Guna mendukung operasional Kapal Perang Indonesia (KRI) dibutuhkan logistik seperti Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM), selain dukungan tersebut yang tidak kalah penting adalah pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan Kapal Perang Indonesia (KRI) dalam mengawal wilayah NKRI. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dukungan bekal BBM bagi alat utama dan sistem senjata khususnya kapal perang (KRI) dan pengambilan keputusan dihadapkan pada operasi KRI. Penelitian terhadap awak kapal perang (KRI) dan sampel berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan didukung program SPSS 22. Analisis tersebut mencakup uji normalitas, multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas, dan uji determinasi. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dukungan bekal BBM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap operasi Kapal Perang Indonesia (KRI). Pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap operasi kapal perang (KRI). Secara simultan dukungan bekal BBM dan pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap operasi Kapal Perang Indonesia (KRI).]]>

<![CDATA[Pertambahan jumlah penduduk dunia semakin tidak terkendali dan energi fosil akan segera habis. Kejadian ini menyebabkan perebutan sumber daya dari negara asing ke Indonesia. Tulisan pemikiran ini menekankan pada isu pelanggaran wilayah Negara Tiongkok di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif Indonesia (ZEEI) di Perairan Natuna. Negara Indonesia khususnya TNI AL harus mempertahankan wilayah NKRI dengan segala kemampuan yang dimiliki untuk melaksanakan Operasi Tempur Laut saat kondisi krisis. Ketersediaan cadangan amunisi strategis KRI yang terbatas dalam rangka menghadapi ancaman tersebut tentu saja akan menghambat TNI AL dalam rangka melaksanakan tugas pokok. Dengan menggunakan teori logistik operasi oleh Henry E. Eccles yakni strategi, logistik, dan taktik artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan amunisi strategis KRI harus di dukung oleh pengembangan industri pertahanan nasional.
