<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of product attractiveness and promotional attractiveness on purchasing decisions for boy bread in Banda Aceh City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method which aims to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables in a study. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The sampling technique used for data collection was carried out by means of nonprobability sampling using accidental sampling technique. Research data was collected through a list of questions / questionnaires and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) are intended to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that simultaneously product attractiveness and promotional appeal influenced boy bread in Banda Aceh City. Then partially the attractiveness of the product and the attractiveness of the promotion affect the boy's bread in the city of Banda Aceh. So, the implications in this study are product attractiveness and promotional attractiveness that can influence consumers to purchase boy bread in Banda Aceh City.]]>

<![CDATA[The learning model is a plan or pattern that can be used to desaign learning, materials, and guide learning the classroom. This study aims to describe the implementation of vocal technique learning using the NHT model fourth grade of SD Negeri 10 central Aceh. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Based on research data that the implementation of learning technique using the NHT model has been going well. The use of the NHT model when learning motivates students in learning vocals processing techniques. Students are divided in to several groups and given assignments as ccording to initials or number. Each groups completes its task and presents the result of the task. They can also demonstrate in the form of singing practise by applying the corect vocal techniques. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet dance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques using the stages of observation, interviews and documentation with the aim of examining social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet Dance. This qualitative study can be used to understand social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet Dance. The results of this study indicate that the form of social change in the function of the Drop Daruet dance at the Cut Nyak Dhien Banda Aceh Studio, which was originally a medium of education and a medium of preaching, has changed into a medium of entertainment for dance performances only and the function of previous cultural values has shifted as a meeting of young people but now it is only as a dance performance for entertainment. While the factors that cause social change in the function of the Drop Daruet dance at the Cut Nyak Dhien Banda Aceh Studio are the rapid development of technology in the current era of Globalization, the mindset of society that continues to develop and is critical, and changes in the tastes of the younger generation. Social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet dance, namely as a medium of education and a medium of preaching, have changed into a medium of entertainment and a medium of performance. This has both good and bad impacts on society.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap bisnis sustainability yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan pada butik fashion nazifah di bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan merupakan pelanggan butik nazifah bekasi. Adapun jumlah sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 Responden. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing) dengan menggunakan Structural Equitation Model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana . Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif dan dikerjakan dalam bentuk observasi, wawancara dan interview di lapang, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Prosedur Penelitian Kegiatan dimulai dan diawali dengan mendatangi PT Chemi-con Indonesia serta melakukan observasi berupa pengumpulan data secara langsung terhadap proses yang berlangsung di pabrik. Berkaitan dengan itu dilakukan kegiatan identifikasi, pelaku dan sumber pasokan. <![CDATA[Sectio Caesarea merupakan salah satu metode persalinan yang saat ini kerap dilakukan dan menjadi prosedur pembedahan yang menyelamatkan jiwa ibu dan bayi ketika terjadi komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri, tindakan ini memberikan efek nyeri berat pada ibu sehingga tindakan pereda nyeri pasca operasi sangat penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas dari edukasi manajemen nyeri pada pasien yang menjalani operasi sectio caesarea terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelayanan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan suatu metode intervensi pendukung manajemen nyeri yang dapat dilakukan oleh perawat dan bidan di ruang rawat kebidanan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pre-experimental design dan menggunakan rancangan intact group comparison yang dilakukan di ruang bersalin dan ruang rawat Arafah 2. Jumlah partisipan yang direkrut dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 partisipan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi: 1) Ibu yang sebelum dan setelah melakukan operasi sectio caesarea; 2) bersedia mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir; 3) mampu berbicara Bahasa Indonesia dan mampu baca tulis; dan 4) bukan berasal dari perawatan di Intensive Care Unit. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah pemberian informasi mengenai manajemen nyeri yang dilaksanakan satu kali setelah operasi dengan durasi 7-10 menit. Alat pengumpulan data tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert berisi 25 item pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan mean rank tingkat kepuasan ibu (aspek reliability dan responsiveness) yang signifikan pada pengukuran pre test dan post test pada kelompok intervensi (p < 0.05) serta tidak terdapat peningkatan mean rank tingkat kepuasan ibu yang signifikan pada pengukuran pre test dan post test pada kelompok kontrol (p > 0.05). Hasil analisis lanjutan menggunakan Mann Whitney U Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan mean rank kepuasan ibu (variabel tangibles, empathy, reliabity, responsiveness dan assurance) pada pengukuran pre test dan post test pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p < 0.05). Perlu adanya kebijakan berupa standar operasional prosedut terkait edukasi manajemen nyeri agar petugas kesehatan khususnya perawat/bidan agar dapat melakukan edukasi yang adekuat kepada ibu postpartum sehingga dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan mengurangi nyeri yang dirasakan setelah operasi berlangsung.]]>

<![CDATA[Warm compress is a nursing action by providing warmth to a certain area using a bag filled with warm water so that it creates a warm feeling in the part of the body that needs it. Warm compress can relieve pain and improve the healing process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of warm compress therapy at the injection site on pain in infants during measles immunization in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is a Quasi Experimental research type with a research design using the Post test only control group design approach. This research was conducted in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022, the population in this study was 40 toddlers. then the sample is part of all the objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used is 40 people using the Non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. the results of data analysis with the Mann Whitney Test obtained a Symp.sig value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between warm compress therapy at the injection site during measles immunization on pain responses in infants in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.]]>
